Good day all. As you might have guessed, I\u2019m on a bit of a tear regarding the Judges appointed by the Great Mistake, Barack Obama. These judges, who generally rule in favor of the Progressive Movement, (Communist Totalitarian).<\/p>\n

Recently, President Trump opened fire on the actions of the Obama judges with regards to their legislating from the bench. This has led United States Supreme Court Chief Justice John \u201cObamacare\u201d Roberts to reply stating \u201cThere ain\u2019t no such thing as an Obama Judge.\u201d Here are the details from the Washington Times<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. issued a striking rebuff to President Trump<\/a> on Wednesday, saying there is no such thing as \u201cObama judges or Trump<\/a> judges\u201d and insisting the country\u2019s federal judges uphold their independence from politics. <\/b><\/p>\n

The scolding \u2014 unprecedented for Chief Justice Roberts \u2014 took the legal world by surprise and irked Mr. Trump<\/a>, who responded with a barrage of tweets defending his complaints about anti-Trump<\/a> judges and telling the judiciary\u2019s leader that his underlings are threatening the country\u2019s security with their rulings. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cSorry Chief Justice John Roberts, but you do indeed have \u2018Obama judges,\u2019 and they have a much different point of view than the people who are charged with the safety of our country,\u201d the president tweeted Wednesday. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cJustice Roberts can say what he wants, but the 9th Circuit is a complete & total disaster. It is out of control, has a horrible reputation, is overturned more than any Circuit in the Country, 79%, & is used to get an almost guaranteed result. Judges must not Legislate Security and Safety at the Border, or anywhere else. They know nothing about it and are making our Country unsafe. Our great Law Enforcement professionals MUST BE ALLOWED TO DO THEIR JOB! If not there will be only bedlam, chaos, injury and death. We want the Constitution as written!\u201d Mr. Trump<\/a> tweeted. <\/b><\/p>\n

President Trump is correct. Most of the rulings against the Trump administration have come from Obama judges, and the rulings are blatantly political, and frankly, illegal, in nature. Several judges used statements by President Trump that were made on the campaign trail to back up their rulings. This has no precedent and is blatantly unconstitutional. However, Chief Justice Roberts sees nothing wrong with this.<\/p>\n

Chief Justice Roberts issued a statement through the Supreme Court firing back. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cWe do not have Obama judges or Trump<\/a> judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges. What we have is an extraordinary group of dedicated judges doing their level best to do equal right to those appearing before them,\u201d the chief justice said. \u201cThat independent judiciary is something we should all be thankful for.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

This from the man who personally rolled over, and issued a ruling that was so blatantly bad regarding Obamacare, that it may rival the Dred v Scott decision<\/a>.<\/p>\n

President Trump\u2019s decision to let fly at the Obama judges really began with several rulings by these black robed tyrants that flat out put this nation in jeopardy.<\/p>\n

Mr. Trump<\/a> had a rough day Tuesday, (November 19th<\/sup>) in front of judges appointed by President Obama, though it went well beyond the 9th Circuit and Judge Jon S. Tigar, who blocked the asylum crackdown. <\/strong><\/p>\n

An Obama appointee in Michigan, U.S. District Judge Mark A. Goldsmith, ruled that the Trump administration had to release nearly 100 Iraqi immigrants living in the U.S. illegally, finding the Department of Homeland Security had lied to the court about a deal to deport them to their home country. And in New York, federal Judge Jesse M. Furman, also an Obama appointee, refused to halt a challenge to Mr. Trump<\/a>\u2019s plans to add a question on citizenship to the 2020 census. <\/b><\/p>\n

Everything the Obama judges have been doing has been part of the \u201cStop Trump!\u201d movement by the CommuNazi party, and to drive the United States to a single party ruling elite. These judges have decided that their role is not upholding the Constitution of the United States, but to overthrow the elected President of the United States of America.<\/p>\n

Chief Justice Roberts, who has proven himself to be nothing more than another Deep State Uniparty swamp dweller, is putting the judicial branch ahead of the Administrative and Congressional branches of government. His refusal to consider that any judge might put his or her politics ahead of the Constitution shows, (If his Obamacare ruling didn\u2019t), that he is unfit to sit on the bench.<\/p>\n

We have reached a breaking point in this country. It may soon come to the point where President Trump has no choice but to flat out reject some of the rulings by these Judicial Tyrants and move ahead. This will, of course, begin the Constitutional Crisis that the Deep Staters are so terrified of. The worst case scenario for the Uniparty types is that President Trump might just win.<\/p>\n

Well, so be it then. I have no doubt that the Never Trump people in the Beltway Uniparty will promptly begin impeachment hearings. If what President Trump is doing, rejecting court decisions that are blatantly unconstitutional, The attempts to remove him will blow up in the faces of Congress, probably literally.<\/p>\n
