Here are the details <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/stormy-daniels-ordered-to-pay-president-trump-292g-in-legal-fees\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>Adult film star Stormy Daniels must pay President Trump $293,000 in legal fees, a judge ruled on Tuesday. <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>&#8220;The U.S. District Court today ordered Stormy Daniels (real name Stephanie Clifford) to pay President Trump $292,052.33 to reimburse his attorneys\u2019 fees (75% of his total legal bill), plus an additional $1,000 in sanctions to punish Daniels for having filed a meritless lawsuit against the President designed to chill his free speech rights,&#8221; Charles J. Harder, the president&#8217;s legal counsel, said in a statement. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/nelson2.gif\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14000\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/nelson2.gif?resize=300%2C217\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"217\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>&#8220;The court\u2019s order,&#8221; Harder said, &#8220;along with the court\u2019s prior order dismissing Stormy Daniels\u2019 defamation case against the President, together constitute a total victory for the President, and a total defeat for Stormy Daniels in this case.&#8221; <\/b><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i.pinimg.com\/originals\/89\/dd\/03\/89dd0375602653cfab96d204cff8737a.jpg?resize=329%2C329&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"329\" height=\"329\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>Needless to say, the Creepy Porn Lawyer doesn\u2019t accept the verdict.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>Daniels&#8217; lawyer Michael Avenatti quickly reacted, declaring the ruling wouldn&#8217;t survive an appeal. <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>&#8220;Charles Harder and Trump deserve each other because they are both dishonest,&#8221; Avenatti tweeted. &#8220;If Stormy has to pay $300k to Trump in the defamation case (which will never hold up on appeal) and Trump has to pay Stormy $1,500,000 in the NDA case (net $1,200,000 to Stormy), how is this a Trump win?&#8221; <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, the link to twitter no longer works, indicating that the Creepy Porn Lawyer deleted it. That isn\u2019t to surprising since there is a fair chance that Avenatti is looking at disbarment himself. I wouldn\u2019t be at all surprised if Daniels doesn\u2019t go after the Creepy Porn lawyer for the lawyer\u2019s equivalent of malpractice, not that she would ge much from him.
