One of Schumer\u2019s problems is his belief that he actually matters. He doesn\u2019t seem to remember that come January, not only will he not be the Senate Majority leader, his party actually lost seats in the Senate. Of course, Upchuck has never been one to let reality stand in his way. However, showing the American people that you hate and loathe them and prefer to protect criminals is not a winning hand.
