Good day all. Demonstrating that all Liberal Democrats are incapable of learning from their mistakes, two of the more ignorant members of the Senate CommuNazi party doubled down on their bigotry. Kamala Harris and Mazie Hirono decided it was a great idea to institute a religious test on another Trump judicial nominee.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Brian Buescher has been nominated for a seat on the District court of Nebraska. Since he\u2019s probably typical of the people President Trump has nominated, he is what is known as a \u201cConstructionist.\u201d These are people who believe that the Constitution of the United States means just what it says. Since Moonbats, Liberals, Progressives and CommuNazis, (But I\u2019m repeating myself), think that the Constitution means what THEY say it means, anyone who won\u2019t toe the Totalitarian line of the CommuNazis is evil and must be destroyed.<\/p>\n

This is exactly what the CommuNazis tried with the confirmation hearings of now Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Now they are attacking Mr. Buescher for his religious beliefs, which aren\u2019t those considered \u201cProtected\u201d by the left. (Islam, since they will kill liberals, the Church of Global Warming, and any religion that isn\u2019t Judea-Christian) Here is what these two bigots are doing this time from Fox Ne<\/b>ws<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Following questions from multiple Democratic senators<\/a> over the impartiality of Trump judicial nominee Brian Buescher and his ties to the Knights of Columbus, a charitable Roman Catholic organization, Republicans and various religious leaders hit back Monday against \u201creligious bigotry.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThis isn\u2019t just about the Knights of Columbus or Catholics, this is an ongoing attack from the extremist left of the Democratic Party to silence people of faith and run them out of engaging in public service based on their religious beliefs,\u201d Penny Nance, the president of Concerned Women for America, a Christian women\u2019s activist group, said in a written statement. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cIt is pure and simple religious bigotry,\u201d Nance added. <\/b><\/p>\n

It\u2019s also blatantly unconstitutional. Here is the text from Article 6, Clause 3:<\/p>\n

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States. <\/b><\/i><\/p>\n

By the nature of the questioning from Harris, Hirono and the other CommuNazis, they have utterly discredited themselves and should, at the very least, be removed from the Senate Judiciary Committee. Frankly, these two bigots should resign from office as well. Here is some of what these two Moonbats said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Knights of Columbus has taken a number of extreme positions,\u201d Hirono said in the questionnaire. \u201cFor example, it was reportedly one of the top contributors to California\u2019s Proposition 8 campaign to ban same-sex marriage.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

In other words, they took positions that she doesn\u2019t agree with, therefore they are extremist and anyone who disagrees with her needs to be sent to a reeducation center.<\/p>\n

Harris meantime, in her questions to the nominee, called the Knights of Columbus \u201can all-male society\u201d and asked the Nebraska lawyer if he was aware that the group was anti-abortion and anti-gay marriage when he joined. The California senator also referenced Supreme Knight Carl A. Anderson\u2019s statement that abortion amounted to \u201cthe killing of the innocent on a massive scale\u201d and asked Buescher if he agreed with the statement. <\/b><\/p>\n

Mr. Buescher, understanding what his role as a judge will be, wasn\u2019t putting up with the bigotry of Harris and Hirono.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Knights of Columbus does not have the authority to take personal political positions on behalf of all of its approximately two million members,\u201d Buescher wrote in reply to the queries<\/a>. \u201cIf confirmed, I will apply all provisions of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges regarding recusal and disqualification.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

The Republicans, finally learning their lesson, are standing fast and blasting the moonbats. They also have a number of religious organizations, on both side of the political fence, joining them.<\/p>\n

“The Black Church is very concerned because we know that when elected leaders attack Catholic organizations like the Knights of Columbus for believing timeliness Christian principles, then all people of faith are at risk,\u201d Rev. Eugene F. Rivers III, a civil rights leader and the director of the Seymour Institute for Black Church and Policy Studies, said in a statement. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThere is no place for a religious test like this in our country,\u201d he continued. \u201cOur constitution forbids it and elected leaders should know better than to try to impose it.”<\/b><\/p>\n

Now I can\u2019t say this with any certainty, but in general, I think that most of the churches serving the Black community tend towards the Protestant side of Christianity. Of course, as far as the Average CommuNazi politician is concerned, the only use they have for these churches is when it\u2019s time to run for office. Any other time, they ignore them. It isn\u2019t only the churches that are slamming the CommuNazis, specifically the bigots Harris and Hirono.<\/p>\n

“This is the kind of thuggish behavior we expect from third world dictators, not United States Senators,” Ken Blackwell, a former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Human Rights Commission, said in a statement. <\/b><\/p>\n

Considering that your average CommuNazi thinks that Third World Dictators generally have the right idea, (Provided they are leftists), with regards to the public, they will take this as a compliment.<\/p>\n

“That this attack on Catholics comes from the party of John F. Kennedy, who was proudly a Knight of Columbus, is particularly shocking and egregious. There should be no religious test in America, and I call on my Democratic friends to end this tactic of engaging in religious discrimination to destroy people nominated for public office.” <\/b><\/p>\n

No fair! You brought in the Sainted John Fitzgerald Kennedy into this. Oh wait, did I say sainted? We can\u2019t have that, since saints are part of the Catholic Church and must be attacked. But JFK!!<\/p>\n

Kathleen Blomquist, a spokeswoman for the Knights of Columbus, blasted the questions by Hirono and Harris as a throwback to past anti-Catholic rhetoric. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cOur country\u2019s sad history of anti-Catholic bigotry contributed to the founding of the Knights of Columbus, and we are proud of the many Catholics who overcame this hurdle to contribute so greatly to our country,\u201d she told the CNA. <\/b><\/p>\n

And if I recall my history correctly, it was the Democrats pushing the anti-Catholic attacks<\/a> back in the 1800\u2019s and early 1900\u2019s. Sadly, the CommuNazis have always gone after those who are religious, unless those religions back the CommuNazi platform. In case you are wondering about my creating the word \u201cCommuNazi,\u201d consider how the Communists handled religion. They wiped out out. Priests, reverends, rabbis, all were sent off to the Gulags. As for the Nazis? Ever hear of a place called Auschwitz?<\/p>\n

Mr. Buescher will be confirmed, no thanks to the bigoted diatribes by the noted Racists of the left, led by Mazie Hirono and Kamala Harris. All these two have done is demonstrate their utter unfitness to hold office. I don\u2019t know if there is a mechanism in place to kick them off the committee, but if there is, then it should be used when the Senate comes back next year.<\/p>\n
