Good day all. This story came out last Friday, (January 11th<\/sup>), in the New York Slimes. (Surprising in and of itself). It seems that some Deep Staters in the FBI took it upon themselves to open an investigation into Donald Trump after he fired James Comey.<\/p>\n

This was NOT done by the order of former Attorney General Jeff \u201cSleepy\u201d Sessions and he may not have known. The investigation only lasted a few days and then was handed off to Robert Mueller and his group of thugs. Here are the details from the New York Slimes<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

In the days after President Trump fired James B. Comey<\/a> as F.B.I. director, law enforcement officials became so concerned by the president\u2019s behavior that they began investigating whether he had been working on behalf of Russia against American interests, according to former law enforcement officials and others familiar with the investigation. <\/b><\/p>\n

The inquiry carried explosive implications. <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Counterintelligence investigators had to consider whether the president\u2019s own actions constituted a possible threat to national security. Agents also sought to determine whether Mr. Trump was knowingly working for Russia or had unwittingly fallen under Moscow\u2019s influence. <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The investigation the F.B.I. opened into Mr. Trump also had a criminal aspect, which has long been publicly known<\/a>: whether his firing of Mr. Comey constituted obstruction of justice. <\/b><\/p>\n

No, it wasn\u2019t obstruction of justice. We had that under Barack Obama and Comey\u2019s cover-up of the espionage charges against Felonia von Pantsuit. This was nothing less then an attempt to overthrow a sitting president of the United States, one they couldn\u2019t control.<\/p>\n

Agents and senior F.B.I. officials had grown suspicious of Mr. Trump\u2019s ties to Russia during the 2016 campaign but held off on opening an investigation into him, the people said, in part because they were uncertain how to proceed with an inquiry of such sensitivity and magnitude. <\/b><\/p>\n

Oh they knew. The entire plan was to GET TRUMP! As we\u2019ve since learned, these investigations were started by people who despise Donald Trump with the sole purpose of getting him out of office. We also know that the whole Russia thing was a flat out lie. The infamous \u201cDossier\u201d was nothing more than a made up document paid for by… wait for it… Felonia von Pantsuit.<\/p>\n

But the president\u2019s activities before and after Mr. Comey\u2019s firing in May 2017, particularly two<\/a> instances<\/a> in which Mr. Trump tied the Comey dismissal to the Russia investigation, helped prompt the counterintelligence aspect of the inquiry, the people said. <\/b><\/p>\n

I think someone should have informed these criminals, because this was nothing less then an act of treason by these agents, that the Director of the FBI serves at the pleasure of the President and can be terminated by the president for any reason. Since then, we\u2019ve also learned what a corrupt, incompetent Deep State sleazeball James Comey actually was.<\/p>\n

The special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, took over the inquiry into Mr. Trump when he was appointed, days after F.B.I. officials opened it. That inquiry is part of Mr. Mueller\u2019s broader examination<\/a> of how Russian operatives interfered in the 2016 election and whether any Trump associates conspired with them. It is unclear whether Mr. Mueller is still pursuing the counterintelligence matter, and some former law enforcement officials outside the investigation have questioned whether agents overstepped in opening it. <\/b><\/p>\n

Oh it\u2019s a safe bet that those agents did, in fact, overstep when they started that investigation. As for Mueller? While he would love nothing better then to scream \u201cObstruction!!\u201d there hasn\u2019t been any from President Trump. On the other hand, there was plenty from Barack Obama and his administration, obstruction that continues to this day, with the willing assistance of the Democrat party.<\/p>\n

No evidence has emerged publicly that Mr. Trump was secretly in contact with or took direction from Russian government officials. An F.B.I. spokeswoman and a spokesman for the special counsel\u2019s office both declined to comment. <\/b><\/p>\n

There is no evidence because IT NEVER HAPPENED! However, it did happen under Obama, specifically with Felonia von Pantsuit selling her office for bribes. (Uranium One and the Clinton Foundation) We also know that Robert Mueller was neck deep in the Uranium One scandal and should never have been appointed to the role he now has. Of course, that would assume an on honest investigation to find out the truth.<\/p>\n

The decision to investigate Mr. Trump himself was an aggressive move by F.B.I. officials who were confronting the chaotic aftermath of the firing of Mr. Comey and enduring the president\u2019s verbal assaults on the Russia investigation as a \u201cwitch hunt.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

No, it wasn\u2019t \u201cAggressive,\u201d it was nothing more than a conspiracy to subvert the Constitution, the Rule of Law and the will of the voters who elected President Trump. Reading through the Slimes story<\/a>, it gets a bit repetitious, basically saying the same thing in a slightly different way. It could have been edited down quite a bit and actually hit a lot harder.<\/p>\n

The Federal Bureau of Investigation along with the Department of Justice has to be like Caesar\u2019s wife. Absolutely beyond any reproach. Instead, we have an organization that was totally corrupted by Barack Obama and Eric Holder, (DoJ), and as for the FBI? They\u2019ve been a total loss for decades, thanks to John Edgar Hoover. The Department of Justice needs a thorough house cleaning, and as for the FBI? it\u2019s time to shut it down and start dismissing personnel.<\/p>\n

The few agents who are actually worth anything can be transferred to the U.S. Marshals. They can take over most of the duties of the FBI. As for those agents who were a part of this conspiracy? A criminal investigation should be opened into each and every one of them. What they did, in any other country, would be considered treason. In the United States, Treason is intentionally hard to prove. Here is the actual article from the United States Constitution, a document that the FBI doesn\u2019t seem to think applies to them with regards to their actions.<\/p>\n

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.<\/b><\/p>\n

The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attainted.<\/b><\/p>\n

I don\u2019t know if what these scum did could be considered \u201cLevying war\u201d against the United States, but Sedition does seem to apply. According to 18 U.S. Code \u00a7 2384 – Seditious conspiracy<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

If two or more persons<\/a> in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States<\/a>, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States<\/a>, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States<\/a>, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States<\/a> contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both. <\/b><\/p>\n

One of the operative words here is \u201cBy Force.\u201d At its simplest, it means a federal agent sticking a gun in someone\u2019s face and making a threat. However, is using all the investigative tools, along with abusing the processes used in the attempt to bring down a president Sedition? I will leave that to those better educated in the laws of the United States. At the very least, every single person involved needs to be fired and walked out the door.<\/p>\n
