Last week, former Assistant Director, With the emphasis on \u201cASS\u201d), started his book tour hawking his \u201cI was trying to save the Republic by destroying the Republic\u201d book. While it doesn&#8217;t contain a lot of new information, it does put all of the little bits into one, easy to read spot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<iframe style=\"width: 120px; height: 240px;\" src=\"\/\/ws-na.amazon-adsystem.com\/widgets\/q?ServiceVersion=20070822&amp;OneJS=1&amp;Operation=GetAdHtml&amp;MarketPlace=US&amp;source=ss&amp;ref=as_ss_li_til&amp;ad_type=product_link&amp;tracking_id=angersentral&amp;language=en_US&amp;marketplace=amazon&amp;region=US&amp;placement=1250207576&amp;asins=1250207576&amp;linkId=aa286c86f7794c165ac04b1f66d9ab9e&amp;show_border=true&amp;link_opens_in_new_window=true\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>McCabe has also begun throwing his co-conspirators under the proverbial bus, starting with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. I use the term co-conspirators intentionally. I\u2019ve mentioned before that what these people did might not rise to the level of treason, a carefully defined law actually written into the Constitution, but that there were probably other laws they broke. I beleive I\u2019ve found such a law.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/uscode\/text\/18\/2385\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>That law is 18 U.S. Code \u00a7?2385<\/b><\/a>. Advocating overthrow of Government. It states:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/definitions\/uscode.php?width=840&amp;height=800&amp;iframe=true&amp;def_id=18-USC-2032517217-1912303260&amp;term_occur=2165&amp;term_src=title:18:part:I:chapter:115:section:2385\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">United States<\/a> or the government of any<a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/definitions\/uscode.php?width=840&amp;height=800&amp;iframe=true&amp;def_id=18-USC-80204913-2000658213&amp;term_occur=578&amp;term_src=title:18:part:I:chapter:115:section:2385\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> State,<\/a> Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; Back then William Jefferson Clinton was the <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\"><i>Rapist <\/i><\/span> Commander in Chief and people thought he and his wife, Felonia von Pantsuit, would move to institute a dictatorship. (Felonia probably was trying to figure out a way to do just that)<\/p>\n<p>Now I\u2019m not a lawyer, (Thank God I was smart enough to NOT go to Law School), but this appears to my unschooled eyes to be exactly what McCabe and the others did, and under Mueller, are continuing to do. They aren\u2019t trying to overthrow the ENTIRE government, only get Donald Trump out of office, and literally by any means necessary, short of murder.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i.pinimg.com\/originals\/89\/dd\/03\/89dd0375602653cfab96d204cff8737a.jpg?resize=329%2C329&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"329\" height=\"329\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This all started when James Comey moved to bury the espionage case against Felonia von Pantsuit. She was the designated successor to Barack Obama. The problem was her paranoia, greed and personal corruption had finally blown up and forced the Department of Justice to pretend to look into it.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/hillary-even.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-22460 \" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/hillary-even.jpg?resize=355%2C631\" alt=\"\" width=\"355\" height=\"631\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/hillary-even.jpg?w=506&amp;ssl=1 506w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/hillary-even.jpg?resize=169%2C300&amp;ssl=1 169w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/hillary-even.jpg?resize=500%2C889&amp;ssl=1 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 355px) 100vw, 355px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>When Donald Trump started moving ahead of the pack and won the Republican Nomination, not only did the GOP Elites panic, so did the Obama Justice Department. When Donald Trump shocked everyone and won the election, McCabe and all the others decided they had to do whatever it took to stop Trump. They knew from his rhetoric during the campaign that he fully intended to \u201cDrain the swamp. One of the first things he would have done would be to re-investigate Felonia von Pantsuit and how she was able to get a pass that has put others in prison for a lot less.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i.pinimg.com\/originals\/a2\/94\/52\/a294525a1dec63b819de661e159d3645.jpg?resize=312%2C175&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"312\" height=\"175\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This led to the apparently illegally obtained FISA warrants, (Lying to the judges to get them to sign off), and spying on the Trump Transition team. (They found out about it and vacated their offices overnight) When President Trump fired James Comey, it looks like the conspiracy went full bore. All this led to the appointment of Mueller, who promptly staffed his office with die hard Trump haters.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i.pinimg.com\/originals\/8a\/f4\/61\/8af4613e523fe3c4b63c96f220f22a40.png?resize=376%2C280&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"376\" height=\"280\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is when things began to fall apart. We had the two investigators, Page and Strzok, caught texting each other with plans to get Trump and an \u201cinsurance policy. Both ended up being fired. McCabe flat out lied to internal investigators and was also fired. Jeff \u201cSleepy\u201d Sessions, who allowed all this to happen was also finally fired by President Trump.<\/p>\n<p>Now McCabe is out talking about this, and appears to be either in the \u201cIf I\u2019m going down, I\u2019m taking all of you with me!\u201d or on the search for some kind of deal if and when he is prosecuted. As I mentioned, I\u2019m not a lawyer and I have no idea if this law is actually applicable. I would love to hear from actual students of the law and their opinions.
