Good day all. Back in the late 70\u2019s, the second worst president in American history, James Earl Carter, decided that it would be a good idea to fire up the Selective Service system after the Russians invaded Afghanistan.<\/p>\n

This didn\u2019t mean that there would be a draft, but that every man, 18 to 26 would have to register. I was one of those who was forced to register, thanks to the incompetence of \u201cJimmah\u201d Carter. One group that was not required to register were women in the same age group. This annoyed the Feminazis of the day, (All of whom were out of the age range and wouldn\u2019t have to register), and they have been demanding that women have the same rights as men.<\/p>\n

Most people are opposed to conscripting women unless it\u2019s an absolute last resort, for many reasons. One is that women are not as physically capable as men. Of course, Feminazis never let things like biological facts stand in the way of their desire to wipe men from the earth. Well, they now have what they wanted. A judge has ruled that women should also be forced to register for the draft. Here are the details from USA Today<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A federal judge in Texas has declared that an all-male military draft is unconstitutional, ruling that “the time has passed” for a debate on whether women belong in the military. <\/b><\/p>\n

The decision deals the biggest legal blow to the Selective Service System since the Supreme Court upheld the draft registration process in 1981. In Rostker v. Goldberg, the court ruled that a male-only draft was “fully justified” because women were ineligible for combat roles. <\/b><\/p>\n

But U.S. District Judge Gray Miller ruled late Friday<\/a> that while historical restrictions on women serving in combat “may have justified past discrimination,” men and women are now equally able to fight. In 2015, the Pentagon lifted all restrictions for women in military service. <\/b><\/p>\n

Just an FYI. That was under the maladministration of the Great Mistake, Barack Obama. His goal was to destroy the United States and crippling the Military was just another aspect of his plans. There is also another problem that women simply can\u2019t meet the physical requirements unless those requirements are lowered. Still, I don\u2019t see this decision standing in the appeals courts. It certainly won\u2019t stand in the court of public opinion.<\/p>\n

The case was brought by the National Coalition For Men, a men’s rights group, and two men who argued an all-male draft was unfair. <\/b><\/p>\n

You mean to tell me this wasn\u2019t brought by the Feminazis?<\/p>\n

The ruling comes as an 11-member commission is studying the future of the Selective Service System, including whether women should be included or whether there should continue to be draft registration at all. The U.S. has maintained an all-volunteer military after the draft was discontinued in 1973, but the Selective Service System was reactivated in 1980 as a contingency in case military conscription becomes necessary again. <\/b><\/p>\n

How about flat out closing it down? To begin with, the military doesn\u2019t want or need a draft. The second problem is that if we need a draft, we\u2019re probably already in a major war, and it\u2019s gone on for the better part of a year. It takes a minimum of three months to train a soldier, and that doesn\u2019t include the additional training they need to not be a walking war crime looking for a place to happen.<\/p>\n

Judge Miller said Congress has never fully examined whether men are physically better able to serve than women. In fact, he noted in a footnote, “the average woman could conceivably be better suited physically for some of today’s combat positions than the average man, depending on which skills the position required. Combat roles no longer uniformly require sheer size or muscle.” <\/b><\/p>\n

And Judge Miller would be wrong. While a woman will make a perfectly fine mechanic, probably a superb one, the tools they have to haul around are not light. In the civilian world, this isn\u2019t a problem. She would have a cart or the tools would be in her work space. On a battlefield? She has to carry what she is going to use.<\/p>\n

Infantry is pretty much a flat out no. While a woman can do the exact same maneuvers men do, it\u2019s all the equipment they have to carry. Right now, even the men are having issues with the loads they have to carry. One place women are suitable is aviation. Women make good pilots and aviators, and with today\u2019s flight controls, muscle isn\u2019t needed as much.<\/p>\n

Then there is the way a woman can \u201cDodge the draft\u201d if she doesn\u2019t want to go. If a woman knows she\u2019s going to be called up, and she doesn\u2019t want to go, she will simply get pregnant. The military doesn\u2019t like to talk about it, but women not being deployable due to pregnancy is an issue. Granted, married female soldiers who are responsible, will coordinate with their command so they don\u2019t leave a hole in the org charts. On occasion, they deploy not realizing that motherhood is in their futures. (Accidents do happen)<\/p>\n

However, if conscription of women in less than dire circumstances occurs, (Dire being the United States has been invaded), many women receiving their draft notices are going to show up for their physicals in maternity clothes. They will be promptly sent home. If you think they will call up a brand new mother and send her to be killed? Think again.<\/p>\n

No, this judge, who is actually a Bushie, not an Obama judge, has no idea what he is talking about. Allow me to give this idiot a hint. The military discriminates. They have to. If someone can\u2019t cut it, the military doesn’t want to waste time and resources on them. I suspect that this ruling will be overturned, and if not, then I expect congress will act and use their powers to repudiate the ruling. (Yes, they can do that)<\/p>\n
