This is a week of nonstop winning. The Mueller Inquisition has come to a close, and as we all knew, there was no collusion between President Trump and the Russians. That case worked out so well for her that she owes Trump something like $300K in legal fees. It also earned Avenatti the nickname, \u201cCreepy Porn lawyer.<\/p>\n<p>Since then, Avenatti went on to bigger and better disasters. I won\u2019t bother going into them, (There are to many to list), but CPL, (Creepy Porn Lawyer), has been on a loosing streak for a while now. Yesterday it all came crashing down on CPL. He was arrested on a charge of Extortion. Here are the details <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/michael-avenatti-accused-of-trying-to-extort-nike-for-up-to-25m-feds-say\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/person\/michael-avenatti\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Michael Avenatti<\/a>, the former attorney for adult-film star <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/federal-judge-dismisses-stormy-daniels-nondisclosure-lawsuit-may-have-to-pay-cohen-back-the-130g-report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Stormy Daniels<\/a>, was accused Monday by federal prosecutors in New York of operating &#8220;an old-fashioned shakedown&#8221; by trying to extort between $15 and $25 million from sports apparel giant Nike, part of a string of bombshell claims against the celebrity lawyer. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i.pinimg.com\/originals\/fb\/7f\/4b\/fb7f4beea9787acd0fe3a770ffd695bb.jpg?resize=292%2C360&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"292\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>Avenatti, who briefly considered a bid for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination, also was charged with wire fraud and bank fraud in a separate case out of California. He was taken into custody at a law firm where he had gone to meet with Nike executives. The 48-year-old appeared Monday evening in Manhattan federal court, where a magistrate judge ordered his release on $300,000 bond. He did not enter a plea. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Oh to be a fly on the wall for that meeting. CPL went in to a meeting thinking he was going to blackmail a major corporation. Instead, he\u2019s perp walked right out the door.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>Outside the courthouse, Avenatti thanked federal agents for their &#8220;professionalism and courtesy&#8221; before predicting that he would be cleared of the charges. <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>&#8220;As all of you know,&#8221; Avenatti told reporters, &#8220;for the entirety of my career, I have fought against the powerful; powerful people and powerful corporations. I will never stop fighting that good fight. I am highly confident that when all of the evidence is laid bare in connection with these cases, when it is all known, when due process occurs, that I will be fully exonerated and justice will be done.&#8221; <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Considering your track record of late, pack your toothbrush and an extra pair of socks, I think you\u2019re going to be spending your golden years as a guest of the government in the House of Many Doors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>Prosecutors said Avenatti tried to extort Nike &#8220;by threatening to use his ability to garner publicity to inflict substantial financial and reputational harm on the company if his demands were not met.&#8221; <\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/headdesk.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-17445\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/headdesk-300x225.jpg?resize=300%2C225\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/headdesk.jpg?resize=300%2C225&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/headdesk.jpg?w=449&amp;ssl=1 449w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>So CPL didn\u2019t even try to put on a case? He had no evidence? He was just shooting his mouth off, making threats? Dumbass. This isn\u2019t the only case either. He was also charged with stealing a client\u2019s settlement money.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>Meanwhile, at a separate news conference in California, federal investigators announced additional criminal charges against the lawyer for a separate matter. He should serve every day of it. Just a year ago, he was the toast of the Progressives everywhere, and was another arrow in their \u201cGet Trump!\u201d quiver. Instead, he\u2019s going down, (Perhaps I shouldn\u2019t use that phrase when referring to the Creepy porn lawyer), and the only one\u2019s celebrating are President Trump and all of those who supported him.
