And frankly, no one cares. Good day all. One of the best things about voting for President Trump is his goal of restoring the judiciary to it\u2019s constitutional roots. In order to do this, he\u2019s been appointing people who are known as \u201cStrict Constitutionalists.”<\/p>\n

This means they read the Constitution, they read the Bill of Rights, they read the Amendments and they read the documents by the authors of the Constitution. (They also refer to dictionaries regarding the meaning of words in the late 18th<\/sup> century) These judges are despised by the Progressives, Leftists, and CommuNazis, (But I\u2019m repeating myself), who only want judges that will rule in ways that increase the power of the state and decrease the rights if the individual American citizen.<\/p>\n

One of the most notorious courts for doing just this, is the 9th<\/sup> Circuit Court of Appeals. They have rightfully earned the sobriquet of \u201cThe 9th<\/sup> Circus\u201d and are the most overturned court in the country. Now there are a number of openings on this court, and President Trump has been filling them with strict Constitutionalists.<\/p>\n

This is driving the moonbats insane, and they\u2019ve been demanding that Senator\u2019s Feinstein and Harris put a stop to this. The upshot was the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings and the flat out lies put out by Feinstein and Harris. Now, the chickens are coming home to roost for these two. Instead of conferring with Feinstein and Harris, President Trump is flat out ignoring them. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The Senate is poised this week to consider two more conservative nominees selected by President Trump to sit on the left-leaning 9th Circuit Court of Appeals<\/a> — and the top Democrat on the Judiciary Committee isn’t happy about it. <\/b><\/p>\n

That’s because the nominees, Ken Lee and Dan Collins, were picked without any input from either Dianne Feinstein or Kamala Harris, California’s two Democrat senators. Traditionally, the White House seeks to obtain a so-called “blue slip,” or approval, from a judicial nominee’s two home-state senators before pressing on with their nominations. <\/b><\/p>\n

But the Trump administration, which has successfully nominated several conservative judges<\/a> to the 9th Circuit already, has pointedly disregarded that process as it continues its push to transform the appellate court that the president repeatedly has derided as hopelessly biased and “disgraceful.”<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n

“I take it that without notice or discussion, the blue slip is essentially dead,” Feinstein, the ranking member on the Senate Judiciary Committee, said in televised remarks on Thursday<\/a>. “This change in practice not only harms the Senate, it harms the federal judiciary. And I wish we could\u2019ve had an opportunity to discuss it. I really believe it\u2019s a mistake.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Tough luck you old Moonbat. If you hadn\u2019t been such a lying totalitarian shrew, President Trump might have actually spoken with you and Kamala \u201cSlept my way to the top\u201d Harris. But you had to put party over country and now now one is listening to you. Sucks to be you, doesn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n

Feinstein went on: “Before President Trump took office, the blue slip had been a Senate practice for nearly one century. And during the past 100 years, before this presidency, the Senate confirmed only five judges with only one blue slip, and the last one was in 1989 \u2013 and in 100 years the Senate had never confirmed a judge without two blue slips.” <\/b><\/p>\n

It was a courtesy, nothing more. The idea was that the senators from that area would have better information on the nominees. Today, with modern communications, and with the CommuNazis flat out working to destroy the Constitution, there is no point in talking to you. You have only yourself to blame.<\/p>\n

But “since President Trump took office,” Feinstein charged, “Republicans have held hearings for 12 circuit court nominees and voted to confirm seven \u2013 seven \u2013 over the objection of home-state Democrats.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Perhaps if you and the rest of the \u201cDemocrats\u201d weren\u2019t so hot to end the United States as a free nation, and using the courts to get what you want, people would actually listen to you.<\/p>\n

Feinstein continued: “There is no justification for disregarding Democratic blue slips. Democratic senators have made and continue to make good faith efforts to find consensus picks for the circuit courts. <\/b><\/p>\n

“As Senator Harris and I have made clear, we\u2019ve been willing to work from the start with this president to choose consensus, mainstream nominees to the 9th Circuit,” Feinstein added. “One of the things I\u2019ve learned is: what goes around, comes around. I had hoped that we would be able to work in a very cooperative way.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Here is what the CommuNazis consider to be \u201cCooperative and consensus building.\u201d They will tell the opposition party, The GOP(e) who they will appoint and shut up. If we don\u2019t like who you are nominating, we will destroy that person\u2019s reputation and yours. That has worked for decades, and started realistically with the destruction of Robert Bork. Now we have a president who fights back and is quite willing to tell the CommuNazis to go conduct an aeronautical reproductive activity with a rotating pastry.<\/p>\n

No longer will we have to suffer from blatantly unconstitutional rulings from an unelected group of black robed tyrants. Hopefully, it isn\u2019t to late tor restore the Constitutional Republic that the CommuNazis, their predecessor party, the Democrats and their Uniparty allies, the Country Club Establishment Republicans have worked so hard to destroy for the last century.<\/p>\n
