During the Inquisition, a large number of facts came out, none of them boding well for the CommuNazi political elites. There were leaks from the \u201cinvestigation\u201d that proved to have no basis in reality. There were also a lot of very interesting details that came out that showed just how corrupt the Department of Justice has become. Now, Representative Nunes has opened fire on the CommuNazis and is asking for criminal charges to be brought against certain individuals. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n House Intelligence Committee ranking member Devin Nunes exclusively told Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures” that he is preparing to send eight criminal referrals to the Department of Justice this week concerning alleged misconduct from “Watergate wannabes” during the Trump-Russia investigation<\/a>, including the leaks of “highly classified material” and conspiracies to lie to Congress and the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court.<\/b><\/p>\n The dramatic step comes as Republicans have pushed for the release of key documents<\/a> to uncover the origins of the now-discredited narrative that the Trump campaign colluded improperly with the Russian government. President Trump recently told Fox News<\/a> he would release the entirety of the FISA applications used to surveil one of his top aides, and other related documents. <\/b><\/p>\n This is the one thing that the CommuNazi do not want to happen. If the Republicans get those documents, it will show that the whole investigation was nothing less then a blatant coup attempt. We\u2019ve all seen some of the information that came out during the hearings and the Mueller Inquisition regarding the FISA warrants and how they were obtained. If the documents show that pretty much every law, and constitutional guarantee was tossed out the window, many many people will be going to jail, and there may come calls to scrap and rebuild the Department of Justice. (Fire everyone)<\/p>\n Nunes said he has been working on the referrals for more than two years, and wanted to wait until the confirmation of Attorney General Bill Barr. <\/b><\/p>\n I can understand why he waited. If this had been handed to Sleepy Session, he would have lost it and then gone back to his nap. (Sessions was the worst appointment Trump made. Oh well, these things happen)<\/p>\n “We’re prepared this week to notify the attorney general that we’re prepared to send those referrals over,” Nunes said. “First of all, all of these are classified or sensitive. … Five of them are what I would call straight up referrals — so just referrals that name someone and name the specific crimes,” Nunes told Maria Bartiromo. “Those crimes are lying to Congress, misleading Congress, leaking classified information. So five of them are those types.” <\/b><\/p>\n It was not immediately clear whom Nunes would specifically refer. Both Democrats and Republicans have said former Trump fixer Michael Cohen is likely to face new charges of lying to Congress<\/a> in the wake of his recent explosive testimony, which seemed to contradict his previous statements on a variety of matters, including whether he had sought a job in the Trump White House. <\/b><\/p>\n Yes, that did sort of blow up in the face of Adam Schifthead. I think it also might have negated his plea deal, however that\u2019s something for others to determine. Besides Nunes, there are others who have decided that now is a great time to \u201cPile on.\u201d<\/p>\n House Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows, R-N.C., touched off a firestorm last August<\/a> after claiming on Twitter that his office had “hard evidence” suggesting the FBI leaked information to the press and used the resulting articles to help obtain surveillance warrants. The claim stemmed in part from FBI intelligence analyst Jonathan Moffa\u2019s Friday testimony behind closed doors before the House Judiciary and Oversight committees. <\/b><\/p>\n Now here is where we see the differences between the Republicans and the CommuNazis like Schifthead and No Nads Nadler. Meadows will be expected to prove his assertions. I suspect he is quite able to, unlike No Nads Nadler and Adam Schifthead.<\/p>\n Nunes added: “There are three [referrals] that I think are more complicated. \u2026 So on the first one, is FISA abuse and other matters. We believe there was a conspiracy to lie to the FISA court, mislead the FISA court by numerous individuals that all need to be investigated and looked at that, and we believe the [relevant] statute is the conspiracy statute. The second conspiracy one is involving manipulation of intelligence that also could ensnarl many Americans.” <\/b><\/p>\n All this started with that fake Russia dossier bought and paid for by Felonia von Pantsuit. Everyone pretty much knew it was a load of horse manure, but the fear of what would happen if Donald Trump won the election was so intense, on both sides of the aisle, that as far as the Obama Regime DoJ was concerned, the ends justified the means.<\/p>\n The leaked dossier, and related FBI surveillance, kickstarted a media frenzy on alleged Russia-Trump collusion<\/a> that ended with a whimper last month, when it was revealed Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s probe concluded finding no evidence of such a conspiracy<\/a>, despite several offers by Russians to help the Trump campaign. Page was never charged with wrongdoing, and he is currently suing the DNC for defamation. <\/b><\/p>\n And I hope he cleans their clocks and breaks the DNC.<\/p>\n “The third is what I would call a global leak referral,” Nunes said. “So there are about a dozen highly sensitive classified information leaks that were given to only a few reporters over the last two-and-a-half-plus years. So you know, we don’t know if there’s actually been any leak investigations that have been opened, but we do believe that we’ve got pretty good information and a pretty good idea of who could be behind these leaks.”<\/strong><\/p>\n Nunes specifically named a series of known “horrific” leaks, including the leak of conversations between Trump and the leaders of Australia and Mexico<\/a>, and the transcripts of former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn’s calls.<\/b><\/p>\n Those are really bad leaks. We can\u2019t blame it on Felonia\u2019s email servers, since those were finally shut down, bleached and hammered into small pieces. That information had to come form low level staffers, probably holdovers from the Obama Regime.<\/p>\n Nunes noted that the eight criminal referrals could involve more than eight people, and that a conspiracy referral could involve “a dozen, two dozen people.” He added that more referrals could be coming. <\/b><\/p>\n “I think it’s impossible to ignore,” Nunes said. “If the Mueller team was busting people for lying to the FBI \u2013 there are some pretty simple times when people lied to Congress for the sole purpose of obstructing our investigation.” <\/b><\/p>\n It\u2019s to bad for the CommuNazis that Barr has a bit of a reputation as a straight shooter and that he was brought in to do the job that Sleepy Session couldn\u2019t, or wouldn\u2019t. People believe that this is going to be Barr\u2019s \u201cLast hurrah\u201d and that he is going to retire from Government Service. Going out by sending the Obama minions to a nice prison would look very good in the history books.<\/p>\n Donald Trump Jr. told Fox News in January that “there\u2019s a 99.9 percent chance [House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff is] the guy\u201d who leaked private testimony that he gave in 2017 before the House Intelligence Committee to discuss the Trump Tower meeting with a Russian who offered dirt on Hillary Clinton. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cI came out of testimony 8 at night and CNN is running quotes from noon on about my testimony, you know, in the House Intelligence Committee,\u201d Trump Jr. said. \u201cI mean, that has to say something about what is going on and who they are. Since [Schiff has] never met a camera he didn\u2019t love, I would bet a lot of money that it was him.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n Oh now that would be poetic justice. Adam Schifthead in shackles doing the perp walk. Why, I\u2019m just giddy at the thought! The whole \u201cInsurance policy\u201d may turn out to be the \u201cSmoking gun\u201d that hangs the Swamp dwellers in the Uniparty.<\/p>\n “The American people have only seen the pieces that have been declassified so far,” Nunes said. “There’s still more information. This was their insurance policy. A lot of people think the insurance policy was just the overall investigation of the Trump campaign. It’s actually much more conspiratorial than that. There was exculpatory information.”<\/strong><\/p>\n And this is the problem. We need to see it all, but we can\u2019t risk damaging actual ongoing investigations or intelligence sources. President Trump has said that he wants to declassify the whole mess, but he\u2019s being held back by people who are doing the actual work on the criminal investigations. President Trump may be a loud mouth, but when it comes right down to it, he always tries to do the right thing.<\/p>\n This may go into the 2020 election. I can safely say that if, God forbid, President Trump loses, the whole conspiracy will be buried so deep it will be centuries before it comes out, if ever. Far to many on the Left, along with a few in the GOP(e) have good reason to fear what could comes out and have proven they will stop at nothing to protect themselves and their sinecures.
