One of those people is NOT President Donald Trump. Cohen betrayed President Trump and many other of his clients. Not one of them wants to help him keep his lying ass out of jail. Now he\u2019s begging the CommuNazis to help him. Here are some of the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n With a little more than a month to go until he is slated to report to prison<\/a>, former Trump fixer Michael Cohen is asking House Democrats to help keep him out of the big house. <\/b><\/p>\n In a letter sent to lawmakers Thursday<\/a>, Cohen’s legal team said he was still sorting through documents in his personal files that might be of interest to House Democrats investigating President Trump, including emails, voice recordings, images and other documents on a hard drive.<\/b><\/p>\n I hate to break it to Cohen\u2019s lawyers, but the DoJ already has everything on those drives. All that information is, or soon could be made available to the relevant committees, excluding some parts that legally the Congress simply isn\u2019t entitled to.<\/p>\n The letter was sent to a veritable who’s-who of Trump opponents<\/a>, including Reps. Adam Schiff of California, Jerry Nadler of New York, Maxine Waters of California and Elijah Cummings of Maryland, all Democrats. <\/b><\/p>\n “To date, Mr. Cohen has located several documents that we believe have significant value to the various congressional oversight and investigation committees,” wrote the attorneys, Lanny Davis, Michael Monico and Carly Chocron. <\/b><\/p>\n Lanny Davis is lucky he isn\u2019t joining Cohen in prison. He\u2019s a long time \u201cFriend\u201d of the Clinton Crime Cartel.<\/p>\n The lawyers said if Cohen, Trump’s former lawyer and fixer, has been going through the documents alone, without any help, and if he reports to prison May 6 as scheduled, he won’t be able to finish reviewing the material. <\/b><\/p>\n So sad, to bad. Just remember, if you drop the soap in the shower, leave it there.<\/p>\n They asked the lawmakers to write letters saying that Cohen was cooperating and that “the substantial trove of new information, documents, recordings, and other evidence he can provide requires substantial time with him and ready access to him by congressional committees and staff to complete their investigations and to fulfill their oversight responsibilities.” <\/b><\/p>\n He\u2019s been cooperating so much that now he\u2019s looking at additional charges of lying to Congress.<\/p>\n If any lawmakers were to write such a letter, it could be useful if Cohen petitioned the court to delay his prison report date.<\/strong><\/p>\n Yeah, I don\u2019t think so Tim. One of the things that Cohen will have to explain is why his sworn testimony to Congress is so different from his sworn testimony to the court.<\/p>\n In their letter to lawmakers, Cohen’s lawyers said they were still holding out hope that federal prosecutors in New York not only would back another delay in the start of his prison term, but also would agree to reopen his case and advocate for a lighter sentence. He has been sentenced to a three-year term. <\/b><\/p>\n “It is our hope that the authorities in the Southern District of New York will consider this total picture of cooperation by Mr. Cohen, verified by your letter and the important new evidence he has made available or could make available to assist the government, and the particular facts involved here to grant Mr. Cohen a reduced term following the rules and procedures of the Southern District of New York.” <\/b><\/p>\n There\u2019s still that problem of potentially being charged with lying to Congress. That and other things that have been coming out are not endearing him to Never Trump prosecutors. Basically, he\u2019s an embarrassment to the legal profession and to the CommuNazis.<\/p>\n After the hearing, House Oversight Committee Republicans referred Cohen to the Justice Department for alleged perjury, claiming he lied during sworn testimony before the panel about a number of issues including his ambitions to work in the Trump administration and contracts with foreign entities. And, a top House Democrat told Fox News that Cummings, the Democrat oversight chair, probably would make a perjury referral.<\/a> <\/b><\/p>\n What was that? Cummings might actually make the referral himself? The man who worked tirelessly to protect Felonia von Pantsuit, Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch and Barack Obama? Stick the fork in, Cohen\u2019s done.<\/p>\n New York prosecutors previously advocated for a tough sentence, saying the crimes were serious and that the help Cohen had provided to ongoing investigations wasn’t as valuable or as complete as Cohen had claimed. <\/b><\/p>\n Yep, Cohen\u2019s done. He has nothing, and only plead out to avoid dying in prison. He is nothing more than a con man, and a pathological liar. Hey! Perhaps Cohen and Avenatti can share a cell together and revel in their hatred of Donald Trump.
