<\/p>\nGood day all. For the last few years, we have been laboring under the judicial activism of what has come to be known as \u201cThe Obama Judges.\u201d These are people, primarily hard left progressives, that Barack Obama put into place to protect his legacy.<\/p>\n

These judges have been, for the most part, blatantly ignoring the constitution with their rulings against President Trump. Most of these ruling are still going through the appeals process, and only a couple have have reached the Supreme Coure been tossed by them. However, this time we have an Obama judge who didn\u2019t rule against President Trump, he shot off his mouth and managed to disqualify himself from hearing any cases related to President Trump or his policies. Here are the details from The Washington Times<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n A federal judge delivered a speech Thursday lambasting President Trump<\/a>\u2019s administration, saying the president has selected judicial nominees that do not represent the diversity of America. <\/b><\/p>\n During a speech at the University of Virginia School of Law, Judge Carlton W. Reeves, an Obama appointee, compared the president to the Ku Klux Klan and called his administration a \u201cgreat assault on our judiciary.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cWhen politicians attack courts as \u2018dangerous,\u2019 \u2018political,\u2019 and guilty of \u2018egregious overreach,\u2019 you can hear the Klan\u2019s lawyers, assailing officers of the court across the South,\u201d the judge said. <\/b><\/p>\n Rather then pause and reflect on his remarks, Judge Reeves went full racist.<\/p>\n He noted 90 percent of the president\u2019s picks for the federal bench have been white.<\/b><\/p>\n The judge, who hears cases in the Southern District of Mississippi, called on lawyers to defend the judiciary against the president\u2019s attacks, as Mr. Trump<\/a> has been known to criticize certain judges and the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals when it rules against his agenda. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cThe slander and falsehoods thrown at courts today are not those of a critic, seeking to improve the judiciary\u2019s search for truth. They are words of an attacker, seeking to distort and twist that search toward falsehood,\u201d Judge Reeves said. <\/b><\/p>\n The search for truth? From you? Don\u2019t make me laugh. Has President Trump blasted some of the rulings? Of course he has and with a great deal of justification. The 9th<\/sup> Circus alone has made rulings that not only flipped over decades of precedent, but has set fire to the constitution.<\/p>\n Of course, President Trump might seem to go over the top. Many swamp dwellers are aghast that we have a president who actually will say what most people think. That the Judicial Branch is out of control. We even have an Obama judge wannabe on the Supreme Court saying that President Trump says nasty things.<\/p>\n Mr. Trump<\/a>\u2019s unprecedented criticism of questioning judges\u2019 impartiality even sparked Supreme Court Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. to weigh in last year. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cWe do not have Obama judges or Trump<\/a> judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges. What we have is an extraordinary group of dedicated judges doing their level best to do equal right to those appearing before them,\u201d Justice Roberts told the Associated Press. <\/b><\/p>\n This from the man who basically rewrote Obamacare from the bench so he wouldn\u2019t have to rule it unconstitutional. For that alone, Roberts needs to be removed from his position. In any case, Judge Reeves has demonstrated that he is not fit to sit on the bench. He has certainly made sure he will never hear any Trump based case.<\/p>\n He, and Roberts, Bader-Ginsberg and other judges are a good example of why the Congress needs to start cracking down on the third, inferior, branch of government. For centuries have usurped powers they were never meant to have and have used them for their own political ends.<\/p>\n President Trump\u2019s choices have, for the most part, been men and women who believe in the Constitution as written. They also know that they must watch what they say in public.
