Good day all. For the last two years, since President Trump took office, we have seen one moonbat Progressive politician or judge usurp authority that belongs to the president and ignore the laws regarding illegal aliens.<\/p>\n

Some of these people, due to their actions, have gotten American citizens and legal resident aliens killed. Many people, including myself, have wondered when President Trump was going to start cracking down on these criminals. Last week, the first shoe dropped. Here are the details from Thomson Reuters Foundation News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

U.S. federal prosecutors on Thursday charged a Massachusetts judge and court officer with conspiracy and obstruction, saying they blocked an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer from arresting an illegal immigrant at a 2018 court proceeding. <\/b><\/p>\n

The move marks the latest skirmish over immigration between President Donald Trump’s administration and local governments who have resisted his crackdown. The state’s Democratic attorney general called the charges “politically motivated.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Considering the fact that Maura Healey\u2019s contempt for the Constitution, the Rule of Law and individual rights is very well known, I expected nothing less from her with this comment. I also think she may be \u201cWhistling past the graveyard\u201d as it were.<\/p>\n

The charges target Massachusetts District Court Judge Shelley Joseph, 51, and Massachusetts Trial Court Officer Wesley MacGregor, 56. <\/b><\/p>\n

I vaguely remember this incident. I think that ICE was in the building, waiting for the court proceedings to conclude so they6 could toss this criminal out of the country, and the judge, on finding out about it, decided to aid and abet in the escape of the illegal.<\/p>\n

They focus on an April 2018 hearing in Newton District Court, outside Boston, where an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer intended to arrest an unidentified suspected illegal immigrant from the Dominican Republic facing a drug charge. <\/b><\/p>\n

He was just a poor, misunderstood undocumented drug dealer, nothing more.<\/p>\n

They described a huddled conversation between the judge and the defendant’s lawyer in which Joseph asks, “ICE is gonna get him?” and later says, “I’m not gonna allow them to come in here.” She then arranged for the suspect to be released through the court’s rear door while the ICE agent waited in the courtroom’s lobby for him to emerge. <\/b><\/p>\n

Masshole Judges are considered the laughingstocks of the judicial system in America. They are pure political animals and have a long history of ignoring the Constitution and the laws when it suits them. Now, there is someone in the White House who believes in the Rule of Law and the Constitution. With the termination of Sleepy Sessions, the Deep State Uniparty lost it\u2019s last defender.<\/p>\n

Massachusetts U.S. Attorney Andrew Lelling, a Trump appointee, said the case was not intended to send a political message<\/strong><\/p>\n

“We did not bring this case in response to the public debate over immigration enforcement,” he said.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And, right on time, the Attorney General of Massachusetts proved why she is unfit to shine shoes.<\/p>\n

State Attorney General Maura Healey rejected that assertion. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Today’s indictment is a radical and politically-motivated attack on our state and the independence of our courts,” Healey said in a statement. <\/b><\/p>\n

Healey, like all Liberal Progressive Democrats, feels that the laws do not apply to them. Now, with the arrest of this crooked Masshole Judge, she and the others are going to feel a little heat. As for Judge Joseph? She\u2019s looking at some pretty substantial prison time.<\/p>\n

The charges carry a sentence of up to 20 years in prison.<\/b><\/p>\n

As for the criminal she helped escape? They caught him. The problem, however, is systemic. The leftists judges, ones who refuse to uphold the laws and literally put citizens in danger with their rulings need to be dealt with. If Shelley Joseph is convicted and sentenced to a nice long term in prison, you might see other Progressives who put criminals ahead of Americans and Lawful residents being arrested. It\u2019s about time.<\/p>\n
