The Attorney General was told to produce the unredacted Mueller Report, including the sections containing classified information and Grand Jury testimony, By law, AG Barr can\u2019t produce this. No Nads and the rest of the CommuNazis don\u2019t care hence the recent party line vote. Here are more details on all this from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n House Judiciary Chairman Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y.<\/a>, declared a “constitutional crisis” on Wednesday, but pushed back on impeachment as an option after his committee voted to hold the attorney general<\/a> in contempt for defying a subpoena for Special Counsel Robert Mueller\u2019s unredacted Russia report and underlying documents. <\/b><\/p>\n “We’ve talked for a long time about approaching a constitutional crisis. We are now in it,” Nadler told the press on Wednesday. Although he pushed back on impeachment as an option, he indicated that the United States was at a critical time of testing whether it could stay a republic or transition into a tyrannical form government. <\/b><\/p>\n In one sense, No Nads is right. This is a choice between a republic or a tyranny. Unfortunately for No Nads, the CommuNazis are four square in favor of going full on totalitarian. They have bee trying to overturn the 2016 election since November 8th<\/sup> 2016 when President Trump was confirmed as the winner.<\/p>\n Nadler’s committee voted along partisan lines to hold Barr in contempt on Wednesday and angered the White House by not delaying the vote. At the same time, the president invoked executive privilege \u2014 refusing to comply with Congressional subpoenas. <\/b><\/p>\n This is different from the last time an AG was held in contempt. That was Eric Holder and that vote was bipartisan. Both Democrats and Republicans voted in favor of the charge. Why? Because Holder was actively covering up everything associated with the failed gun running operation known as Fast & Furious that got a federal agent murdered. This charge is pure politics, nothing more.<\/p>\n As for the claim of Executive Privilege by President Trump, why is this surprising? He gave the Mueller Inquisition everything they asked for and held nothing back. Yes, President Trump made a lot of noise about firing Mueller and other things, but the fact is, he didn\u2019t. Why? He knew he was innocent and the report proved that, much to the annoyance of Mueller, The CommuNazis and the Deep State.<\/p>\n Nadler accused the White House of “stonewalling” the American people and attacking “the essence of our democracy.” <\/b><\/p>\n “They are uniformly rejecting subpoenas from Congress. This means that they have decided to oppose the role of Congress as a coordinate branch of government representing the American people.” <\/b><\/p>\n Representing the American People? Now that is a laugh riot! No Nads and the rest of the CommuNazis have nothing but total contempt for the American people. They hate President Trump because he actually does care about the average citizen and listens to them. He also has a good record of keeping his promises, are trying to. (The ones he hasn\u2019t kept, for the most part, require action by Congress)<\/p>\n We cannot have a government where all the information is in the executive branch \u2014 where the American people and the Congress are stonewalled as to information that they need to make decisions and to know what’s going on,” he added. <\/b><\/p>\n Hey No Nads! Where were you when Barack Obama was doing exactly what you just accused Donald Trump of doing? Might I remind you again about Fast & Furious, not to mention the IRS scandals and a whole host of other outright crimes committed and covered up by you and the other Democrats.<\/p>\n He also compared Trump to former President Richard Nixon in that both refused to release information by citing executive privilege. <\/b><\/p>\n Nice try, but that won\u2019t fly. Nixon was perpetrating a cover up. President Trump put everything out there that was relevant. You just don\u2019t like the conclusions, and now you\u2019re in the stable, digging through all the manure and muttering \u201cThere has to be a pony in here somewhere!\u201d<\/p>\n Nadler recalled the Supreme Court decision forcing Nixon to hand over tapes of his private conversations with advisers, which he said were the “most sensitive to executive privilege.”<\/strong><\/p>\n “The Supreme Court ruled eight to nothing that the interests of the public in justice and in accountability outweighed the interest of the president in privacy,” he said. <\/b><\/p>\n So go ahead. Go to court. Here\u2019s what the Trump Administration will do. First, with regards to the Mueller Report, \u201cWe gave them everything we\u2019re allowed to by law. The House Judiciary Committee is demanding information that will require us to violate the law.\u201d In all probability, the courts rule in Trump\u2019s favor.<\/p>\n The difference here is that the tapes Nixon stupidly made are technically covered under the various records keeping acts and thus should be available to the oversight committees. The Mueller Report has been provided with only those sections redacted that are REQUIRED TO BE under THE LAW.<\/p>\n When asked why he didn’t pursue impeachment proceedings, he said that it may “not be the best answer in this constitutional crisis.” <\/b><\/p>\n No, the actual reason is simple. They have nothing to impeach the President on, and the Senate would laugh it out of the building. The CommuNazis also know that they won\u2019t get many, or probably any support from the Republicans. Finally, unlike Bubba Horndog, who did commit a crime, (Lying under oath), President Trump has done nothing illegal. His only crime, as far as the CommuNazis are concerned, is that he won the election, not Felonia von Pantsuit.<\/p>\n The White House, in asserting executive privilege, accused Nadler of engaging in a “blatant abuse of power.” <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cUnfortunately, rather than allowing negotiations to continue, you scheduled an unnecessary contempt vote, which you refused to postpone to allow additional time for compromise,\u201d Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd wrote to the committee. <\/b><\/p>\n No Nads may want to review what happened to \u201cTailgunner Joe\u201d McCarthy and the House Un-American Activities Committee. The courts finally came in and crushed the subpoenas they had been handing out as overstepping their authority. In the case these morons want to bring against William Barr, they have a major legal problem. The law.<\/p>\n People who are lawyers keep saying this, but it isn\u2019t sinking in. The Attorney General is proscribed by law from releasing the redacted sections of the Mueller report. This was a law PASSED BY CONGRESS. If this is brought to a judge, he\u2019s going to point to this and simply ask why Congress, if they have such an interest in this, hasn\u2019t passed a new law making the redacted sections available to them. The reason is simple. The would actually have to do their jobs, and put a bill on the President\u2019s desk. Trump won\u2019t sign it of course and that means a veto override, (Assuming it makes it through the senate).<\/p>\n No, what Shifthead and No Nads are doing is relying on one of their pet judges to do their job for them. It isn\u2019t going to happen. Oh I\u2019m sure they could find a nice compliant Obama Judge to rule in their favor, but the Supreme Court, and probably the appellate courts will laugh this right out of the building. This is the Democrats moving to the next phase in ending the rule of law and the constitution in the United States.
