Rachel Madcow, who is to the left of Karl Marx, has spent the last few years making one announcement after the other that \u201cThe evidence has been found, they have the proof, Trump will be impeached and jailed.\u201d When the final report came out, among other things, Madcow\u2019s constant pronouncements that Mueller was going to arrest Trump collapsed, along with what little credibility she had. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n MSNBC<\/a>‘s “The Rachel Maddow Show” has been hit with a serious one-two punch. <\/b>One day after finishing May with its worst ratings since Donald Trump<\/a> took office, the lefty pundit’s eponymous program faced a Vanity Fair<\/a> bombshell report that the New York Times<\/a> didn\u2019t want its reporters appearing on Maddow’s show, not because her ratings were down, but because she was too far left, even for them. <\/b><\/p>\n You know it\u2019s really bad when you\u2019ve lost the New York Slimes.<\/p>\n The New York Times had reportedly blocked its reporters<\/a> from appearing on \u201cMaddow\u201d because the program is too partisan, with one insider from the Grey Lady’s newsroom agreeing, telling Fox News \u201cit rubs off\u201d on any journalist who is too closely aligned to the far left. <\/b><\/p>\n Excuse me? This is the New York Slimes after all, one of the biggest purveyors of anti-Trump fake news out there. Only CNN is bigger. If they think that Madcow is to far to the left, considering the Slimes has actively supported Communists, what does that say about her and MSNBC?<\/p>\n \u201cI do think Maddow, and others on MSNBC, have very strong opinions that affect their ability to tell stories in an accurate way sometimes,\u201d the source said. \u201cYou don\u2019t get tainted just by appearing [on the show], but it\u2019s better to err on the side of trying to maintain objectivity and caution.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n Excuse me? Err on the side of caution? Really? Since when?<\/p>\n The insider said colleagues at the paper are divided as to whether or not appearing on Maddow\u2019s show would actually damage their reputations. Many of the Times\u2019 top reporters are aware and \u201crightly sensitive\u201d about the paper\u2019s reputation of leaning left, the source said, and appearing on \u201cMaddow\u201d makes it hard to convince people otherwise.<\/b><\/p>\n I hate to be the one to break it to you, but that horse has left the barn, gone to the next county, knocked up a whole bunch of fillies and is now in a retirement community in Florida.<\/p>\n A handful of journalists work for the both the Times and MSNBC, including Peter Baker, Nick Confessore and Jeremy Peters. All three of those reporters declined to comment when individually asked about Maddow. The Times did not immediately respond to a request for comment, either. <\/b><\/p>\n I have a suspicion that these three will be given a choice. MSNBC and flat out lies, or the New York Slimes and their more subtle form of Fake News and Propaganda. Being good Progressives, I\u2019m sure they will choose who pays them more. After all, sharing the wealth is for the little people, not the Progressive Elites.<\/p>\n The paper did tell Vanity Fair that it was simply reinforcing an existing policy to be consistent with the paper\u2019s standards. But Peters appeared on MSNBC\u2019s \u201cMorning Joe\u201d on Friday, the morning after the news of a Times reporter being kept off Maddow broke. \u201cMorning Joe\u201d hosts Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough have a public feud with Trump, but haven\u2019t pushed the Russia collusion theory as aggressively as Maddow.<\/b><\/p>\n Gee, I wonder why they haven\u2019t pushed the Collusion story as much? Probably due to their having more then three functioning brain cells. Madcow is proof positive that you to can be a left wing commentator without a functioning brain.<\/p>\n Maddow has dedicated much of her programming since Trump took office to hyperventilating over whether or not Trump colluded with Russia. Since Attorney General Bill Barr’s letter summarizing Special Counsel Robert Mueller\u2019s report was released on March 24 indicating that a Trump campaign-Russia conspiracy didn\u2019t exist, contradicting Maddow\u2019s nightly narrative, her ratings have suffered. <\/b><\/p>\n Maddow lost nearly 500,000 viewers<\/a> for her first episode following the release of Barr\u2019s letter. Then she plummeted 13 percent in April compared to the same month in 2018, according to TVNewser<\/a>, falling behind \u201cTucker Carlson Tonight\u201d in the process. In May she averaged 2.6 million \u2013 her worst month since Trump took office \u2013 and a far cry from the 3.1 million viewers she averaged during the first quarter<\/a> of 2019. <\/b><\/p>\n A fickle bunch, the left wing moonbats that flocked to Madcow. For years, she kept saying that \u201cWe have PROOF!!\u201d and that President Trump was \u201cGoing to be arrested!\u201d only to have the entire pile of lies she was pushing collapse on the shores of the Mueller Report.<\/p>\n Accuracy in Media national editor Carrie Sheffield feels that Maddow has long \u201cignored basic journalistic, fact-checking practices and the presumption of innocence in our legal system by relentlessly pushing unproven conspiracy theories about supposed Russian collusion\u201d and her \u201clapse in journalistic balance\u201d is part of why Americans have declining trust in the national media and why some reporters appear to be distancing themselves from her show. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cThis was a long time coming, and we hope MSNBC will allow for greater balance moving forward. We hope that Maddow’s programming will include substantive fact-checking, balanced debate and dialogue, rather than an echo-chamber monologue that further divides Left and Right,” Sheffield told Fox News. “Americans deserve better.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n You\u2019re kidding, right? Madcow and facts just don\u2019t go together at all. Frankly, she is the left\u2019s answer to Alex Jones\u2019s World Net Daily. The big difference between these two is that Jones does occasionally generate some actual, real news. Madcow? She just makes things up.<\/p>\n Cornell Law School professor and conservative blogger William A. Jacobson told Fox News that \u201cMaddow built her viewership on Russia collusion conspiracy theories dressed up as analysis,\u201d and said the Mueller Report \u201cdestroyed\u201d her credibility. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cMSNBC is standing by her because she still has a large viewership emotionally invested bringing down Trump,\u201d Jacobson said. \u201cThat some reporters refuse to go on her show is important, but is unlikely to change her behavior. Maddow long ago carved out her faux-intellectual paranoid niche, and she’s stuck in it.” <\/b><\/p>\n I wonder how long the delusional, paranoid left will keep Madcow afloat? Those loons are not known for spending money on anything, (We want Free Stuff!), and if the advertisers aren\u2019t getting any benefit from commercials on her show, they will pull their money out. Cratering ratings means cratering revenue.<\/p>\n DePauw University professor and media critic Jeffrey McCall agreed that Maddow is still enormously popular with her anti-Trump base. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cHer opinionated approach, however, should make hard news reporters and their editors take pause before being associated with her agenda-driven show,\u201d McCall said. \u201cSuch regular journalists risk being associated with the political leanings of Maddow, which could be harmful to their credibility.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n Political leanings? Madcow is a typical Progressive Elitist. Maddow failed to ask Hillary Clinton<\/a> whether or not she thought the Obama administration could have done a better job handling Russian interference, was called out by a media watchdog group<\/a> for deceiving viewers when she ignored reports seemingly clearing Donald Trump Jr. of suspicions related to the much-hyped Trump Tower meeting, and famously disappointed viewers<\/a> when a heavily promoted \u201cscoop\u201d about Trump\u2019s taxes ended up being much ado about nothing. <\/b><\/p>\n Madcow wanted Felonia von Pantsuit to be the President, and like all good CommuNazis helped bury her criminal activities. There was no way she was going to do anything but give von Pantsuit a tongue bath. That scoop about President Trump\u2019s taxes? She was so desperate that she flat out ignored the fact that all she had was a summary.
