This all started about a month ago when ICE, (Immigration and Customs Enforcement), was about to begin a roundup of illegal aliens who had deportation orders issued. A number of Progressive Mayors warned the criminals that ICE was going to come for them and aided in their escapes. This caused the round up to be delayed.<\/p>\n
Now the raids are going forward and this time we have the Speaker of the House encouraging these criminals to \u201cResist\u201d being rounded up and kicked out. Here are the details from the Washington Times<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n House Speaker Nancy Pelosi urged illegal immigrants to resist deportation Thursday, saying they have the right to refuse to open their doors to ICE officers who may try to arrest them in a national sweep reportedly beginning this weekend. <\/b><\/p>\n Actually, no they don\u2019t. They have valid removal orders against them and if they refuse to open the door, ICE can break them down.<\/p>\n Mrs. Pelosi was in the vanguard of Democrats and immigrant rights activists who stepped forward to try to thwart President Trump<\/a>\u2019s plans to step up deportations of illegal immigrant families. She described it as a major test of whether Mr. Trump<\/a>\u2019s get-tough policies or their own more welcoming approach to illegal immigration will prevail. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cThese families are hardworking members of our communities and our country. This brutal action will terrorize children and tear families apart,\u201d Mrs. Pelosi said. <\/b><\/p>\n No they are not. They are criminals. Immigrants are people who followed the laws, applied through proper legal channels to immigrate to America and are therefore lawful Resident Aliens.<\/p>\n The operation is meant to target members of illegal immigrant families who have arrived in the border surge. They have gone through their court hearings and been ordered deported, have been contacted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement about scheduling an orderly removal, and have ignored all those entreaties. <\/b><\/p>\n Since they have ignored the orders, they will be shackled and flown out as soon as possible.<\/p>\n But ICE officials have said any other illegal immigrants encountered at the same time are also viable targets for arrest and deportation. <\/b><\/p>\n That works for me. Round them all up and ship them back to the Turd World hellholes they came from. Only those people who went through the process to come her legally have any rights at all. (And those who did come here legally, we welcome you and hope you will become American Citizens) Meanwhile, the treasonous Progressive Leftists have chimed in.<\/p>\n \u201cNo matter who you are or what your status is, this is the United States of America \u2014 where ALL people have rights. Know yours,\u201d tweeted Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, New York Democrat. <\/b><\/p>\n As usual, this stupid cow isn\u2019t paying any attention. Due process, (Which these criminals shouldn\u2019t have), has been completed and a judgment rendered. They have been ordered out of the country. Of course, Alexandria Occasional-Cortex is a well known liar and has been repeated caught manufacturing pictures to imply things that aren\u2019t real.<\/p>\n Mrs. Pelosi, at her weekly press conference, told illegal immigrants not to open doors to ICE. She said the administrative warrants that deportation officers carry do not give them the right to enter homes without permission.<\/p>\n \u201cIf ICE agents don\u2019t have a warrant signed by a judge, a person may refuse to open the door and let them in,\u201d she said. <\/b><\/p>\n Pelosi should actually try reading the law. They don\u2019t need search warrants. They are in pursuit of criminals and that allows for many things to occur. What can\u2019t be done is using anything found during these pursuits against other people. Basically, if they kick a door in to grab Pedro, and find a meth lab, they can\u2019t use that evidence against the others. Against Pedro? Perhaps, but he will be on a plane back to Venezuela before the day is out.<\/p>\n One coalition of lawyers rushed to a federal court in New York to ask a judge to head off the deportations. The lawyers argued that anyone who was ordered removed in absentia and without an attorney should be granted an automatic new hearing.<\/b><\/p>\n \u201cWe will not stand by and let the Trump administration arrest and deport thousands of Central American families and children without giving them a fair day in court,\u201d said Judy London, a lawyer at Public Counsel, one of the activist groups. <\/b><\/p>\n No. They need to be kicked out. As for these lawyers? What I would like to recommend happen to them is totally unlawful, therefor I will exercise my rights under the 5th<\/sup> Amendment and remain silent.<\/p>\n Mr. Trump<\/a>\u2019s campaign team fired back by accusing Democrats of \u201csabotaging\u201d the deportations and saying they were embracing an \u201copen-borders\u201d policy.<\/b><\/p>\n \u201cIf people who ignore court orders & stay in the U.S. illegally are not deported, we do not have rule of law,\u201d the Trump campaign war room said in a message on Twitter. \u201cDemocrats have become the party that puts illegal immigrants first!\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n The Democrats want open borders because it means they can use these criminals to gain and maintain absolute power. Their goal is to have a single party state similar to any totalitarian state in the last 100 years. (See USSR, People\u2019s Republic of Anything, and Nazi Germany)<\/p>\n But some officials within the Homeland Security Department have been resistant to the deportations. They fear images of arrests of families, including young children, will further poison the immigration debate.<\/b><\/p>\n Then they need to resign. They have a job to do and if they won\u2019t do it, they need to go.<\/p>\n Indeed, media coverage is already skewing decidedly negative by playing down the unauthorized presence of the families and the fact that the migrants are defying deportation orders. <\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
