This all started a few months ago when President Trump declared a national emergency due to the invasion of illegal aliens along our southern border. His plan was to use about $2.5 billion dollars to start wall construction. The usual suspects (Anti-American Progressives), promptly sued to stop the construction and got one of their pet Obama judges to issue the injunction.<\/p>\n
President Trump\u2019s team immediately took this to the Supreme court, and yesterday the decision was rendered. Here are some of the details from the Daily Caller<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n The Supreme Court allowed President Donald Trump to reprogram $2.5 billion in Pentagon funds to start construction on 100 miles of border wall in a late Friday order. <\/b><\/p>\n The decision, as I mentioned above, was 5-4. I don\u2019t need to tell you who the four were.<\/p>\n The five conservative justices voted with the government in full. Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan indicated their full dissent. Justice Stephen Breyer proposed a compromise in a partial dissent. <\/b><\/p>\n As to the people who sought to stop the Wall, and moved to prevent the fund from being reallocated, the reasoning was flat out garbage.<\/p>\n A plaintiffs coalition of environmentalists led by the Sierra Club sued the administration to stop the reassignment. The plaintiffs said they have \u201crecreational and aesthetic interests\u201d in habitats near the border, like \u201chiking, birdwatching, [and] photography.\u201d The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) represents the plaintiffs. <\/b><\/p>\n Bird watching? Photography? Things along the border are so bad now that if any of these moonbats showed up to do any of those things, they would like end up dead. In any case, these moonbats didn\u2019t have any standing to bring such a suit.<\/p>\n In court papers<\/a>, the administration said the green groups do not have standing to bring a lawsuit, arguing the transfer statute does not protect their \u201crecreational and aesthetic interests.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n That didn\u2019t stop the original Obama judge from ruling in their favor and issuing the injunction.<\/p>\n U.S. District Judge Haywood Gilliam sided with the plaintiffs<\/a> in June and barred the government from reprogramming the contested funds. <\/b><\/p>\n The Trump administration then went to the 9th<\/sup> Circus and, as expected, a 3 judge panel upheld the Obama ruling. From their, instead of asking for an en banc hearing, President Trump went straight to the Supreme Court, and yesterday the Moonbat judges were slapped down…again. Meanwhile, the CommuNazi Open Borders scum in Congress decried the Supreme Court\u2019s decision. According to Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Democrats reacted with disappointment to Friday’s Supreme Court ruling<\/a> allowing the Trump administration to divert $2.5 billion in Pentagon funds for border wall<\/a> construction. <\/b><\/p>\n Prominent Democrats criticized the court’s logic and Trump’s plans to use earmarked funds in an effort to come through on his signature campaign issue. Many argue a wall will not slow the flow of migrants into the United States. <\/b><\/p>\n Actually it will, and it\u2019s just a part of the defenses that need to be put into place, However, from the CommuNazi\u2019s point of view, anything that slows the pace of criminals entering the United States is bad.<\/p>\n Arizona Rep. Raul M. Grijalva, whose district runs along the U.S.-Mexico border, called Trump’s emergency declaration a “pathetic attempt to circumvent Congress.”<\/strong><\/p>\n “Trump\u2019s fake emergency was nothing more than a pathetic ploy to circumvent Congress and build his monument to his racist policies. This fight is not over, and I will continue fighting Trump\u2019s efforts to destroy our environment and militarize border communities. #NoBorderWall<\/a>,” he tweeted soon after the ruling broke.<\/strong><\/p>\n Grijalva is allegedly a representative of the people of Arizona, yet he seems to be more interested in representing criminals crossing the border. He\u2019s also a flat out liar. Even the catchfarts at CNN have started admitting there is a major problem along our southern borders. Grijalva, to put it bluntly, doesn\u2019t care one wit about this country. Anywhere else in the world, he would already be facing charges of treason. I wonder what his stand will be if an armed group comes across the borer to do a reenactment<\/a> of Pancho Villa?<\/p>\n House Speaker Nancy Pelosi<\/a>, D-Calif., called the ruling “deeply flawed” over Twitter. <\/b><\/p>\n “This evening\u2019s Supreme Court ruling allowing @realDonaldTrump<\/a> to steal military funds to spend on a wasteful, ineffective border wall rejected by Congress is deeply flawed.
