New Hampshire is a state that considers the right to keep and bear arms the first line in the defense of liberty. It is estimated that at least 50% of the households own at least one firearm. New Hampshire considers this right so important that it is enshrined in the State Constitution.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i.pinimg.com\/originals\/56\/f4\/04\/56f404f50ea6f9d5432ab8ed31a0f03b.jpg?resize=264%2C274&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"264\" height=\"274\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>However, we have a little problem up here. It\u2019s called the Democrats. Most of these people migrated into New Hampshire years ago, but forgot to leave their politics in the People\u2019s Democratic Republic of Taxachusetts. Now, many of the Massholes have gotten themselves elected to the legislature and promptly moved to suppress the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Amendment rights of the residents.<\/p>\n<p>Three bills were passed in the house and senate that, on the face of it, are flat out violations of both the U.S. Constitution\u2019s 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Amendment, and more importantly, Article 2-a of the New Hampshire state constitution. Governor Sununu agreed and vetoed all three last Friday. Here are the details <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unionleader.com\/news\/politics\/state\/sununu-vetoes-gun-control-bills-says-current-laws-are-well\/article_e1215041-3385-5b6e-9bc3-e04bf0b18676.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>from the New Hampshire Union Leader<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>Gov. Chris Sununu dashed the hopes of gun control advocates Friday, vetoing all three pending bills by concluding current laws were \u201cwell-crafted and fit our culture of responsible gun ownership and individual freedom.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u201c<b>New Hampshire is one of the safest states in the nation, and we have a long and proud tradition of responsible firearm stewardship. Our laws are well-crafted and fit our culture of responsible gun ownership and individual freedom,\u201d Sununu wrote in his veto message. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/useagle3.gif\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12315\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/useagle3.gif?resize=150%2C161\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"161\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>The two-term Newfields Republican did not address any of the pros and cons of the three bills at issue. They would have required commercial background checks (HB 109), imposed a three-day waiting period (HB 514) and created a modified gun-free zone around school property (HB 564).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The background check is the usual complete waste of time and resources and was designed to make it look like the Democrats were \u201cDoing something.\u201d If you buy a gun commercially, (Going into a gun store for instance), you have to fill out a form and the store calls in to have a background check done. This has been the law for decades.<\/p>\n<p>The second one, creating a \u201cGun Free zone\u201d around schools was also pretty egregious in it\u2019s idiocy. Basically, it said you couldn\u2019t have a gun in your vehicle or person if you were dropping off or picking up your children. The firearm had to be be locked up and unloaded. In other words, it was designed to ensure that psychos and nutcases would have several minutes of unfettered slaughter while citizens opened the cases and loaded their firearms.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/gun-Free2.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-15632\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/gun-Free2-227x300.jpg?resize=227%2C300\" alt=\"\" width=\"227\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/gun-Free2.jpg?resize=227%2C300&amp;ssl=1 227w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/gun-Free2.jpg?w=300&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 227px) 100vw, 227px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The third bill was pretty blatant in it\u2019s unconstitutionality. It was going to force people to wait 3 days in order to buy a gun. Many states used to have that and it was shown that most people who needed a gun to defend themselves ended up dead because of this. Now the \u201cTheory\u201d is that it would stop a suicidal person from buying a gun and then blowing their brains out. This is also another load of garbage. If someone is going to end it all, they will do it. Of course, none of this matters to the CommuNazis in Concord.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>Senate President Donna Soucy, D-Manchester, said Sununu\u2019s vetoes thwart the will of the voters who support these \u201ccommon sense\u201d measures. <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u201c<b>That\u2019s why it is so deeply disappointing that in the midst of a national crisis and in the wake of two mass shootings, Governor Sununu is holding New Hampshire back from making progress on gun violence prevention with his vetoes of three common sense public safety bills, including background checks \u2014 which 90% of Americans support,\u201d Soucy said. \u201cSenate Democrats continue to stand with the majority of Granite Staters who are calling for common sense gun violence prevention. Together, we will make a difference.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/barking_moonbat3.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1657\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/barking_moonbat3.jpg?resize=250%2C244\" alt=\"Barking Moonbat\" width=\"250\" height=\"244\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ahh yes, the favorite phrase of the totalitarian left. \u201cCommon Sense.\u201d I don\u2019t think those words mean what they think they mean. The truth of the matter is this cow is following the instructions of her masters at the federal level. She is also totally oblivious to the rule of law and the constitution of the State of New Hampshire. I mentioned before two articles to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nh.gov\/glance\/bill-of-rights.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>the state constitution<\/b><\/a> that are relevant to this discussion of suppressing our rights. Article 2-a and Article 10.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>[Art.] 2-a. [The Bearing of Arms.]<\/strong> <i>All persons have the right to keep and bear arms in defense of themselves, their families, their property and the state.<br \/>\nDecember 1, 1982<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Unlike the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Amendment, which Progressives, Liberal, Democrats and other totalitarians, (But I repeat myself), hate with a passion, and has some words that might be misconstrued as not being an individual right, Article 2-a is is very straightforward and can\u2019t be misunderstood, unless, of course, you are a Democrat. This brings us to the second article of the state constitution, and this one is very forceful about people being able to do what it takes to protect their rights.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>[Art.] 10. [Right of Revolution.]<\/strong> <i>Government being instituted for the common benefit, protection, and security, of the whole community, and not for the private interest or emolument of any one man, family, or class of men; therefore, whenever the ends of government are perverted, and public liberty manifestly endangered, and all other means of redress are ineffectual, the people may, and of right ought to reform the old, or establish a new government. The doctrine of nonresistance against arbitrary power, and oppression, is absurd, slavish, and destructive of the good and happiness of mankind.<br \/>\nJune 2, 1784<\/i><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/Gadsden_flag.png\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-7978\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/Gadsden_flag-300x199.png?resize=300%2C199\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/Gadsden_flag.png?resize=300%2C199&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/Gadsden_flag.png?resize=150%2C99&amp;ssl=1 150w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/Gadsden_flag.png?resize=400%2C266&amp;ssl=1 400w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/Gadsden_flag.png?w=800&amp;ssl=1 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Basically, this means that if the state decides to take away your rights and liberty, you have the right and the duty to take whatever action is required to stop them, up to and including the use of lethal force. I have attended a rally or two and read far more news stories where New Hampshire Residents have referred to Article 10 when addressing the plans of the Democrats, Liberals and Progressives in Concord, NH.. To date, to the best of my knowledge, it has never been used.<\/p>\n<p>The problem with the Democrats in general, including the moonbats in New Hampshire, is that they do not fear the American people any longer. They truly believe that it is their right to rule over the average citizen and stripping away the means of self defense is the top priority for these tyrant wannabes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/snob_che_frame.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-16081\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/snob_che_frame-215x300.jpg?resize=215%2C300\" alt=\"\" width=\"215\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/snob_che_frame.jpg?resize=215%2C300&amp;ssl=1 215w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/snob_che_frame.jpg?w=268&amp;ssl=1 268w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 215px) 100vw, 215px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>New Hampshire, besides Articles 2-a and 10, also has Constitutional Carry and a Stand your ground law. To my knowledge, the Stand my ground law has never been used. There have been cases where firearms have been used in self defense, including several times near the Anger Central Primary Dwelling. Both of these laws were opposed by the state Democrats, with their usual screams of \u201cBlood in the streets!\u201d Of course, that hasn\u2019t happened and it won\u2019t. New Hampshire\u2019s personal crime rate, (Where a criminal attacks a person), is rather low. Why? I asked this of a police office once, many many years ago. His answer?<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>\u201cCriminals avoid going after people in New Hampshire because they don\u2019t want to get shot.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Thank you Governor Sununu for once again protecting the rights and liberties of the citizens of New Hampshire.
