Good day all. Well, there\u2019s been a bit of good news for President Trump and a nicve kick to the groin for No Nads Nadler. He has been told that no, he can\u2019t use the case to get the Mueller Grand Jury information to enforce a subpoena ignored by Don McGahn.<\/p>\n

No Nads and the rest of the CommuNazis have been trying to force former White House Counsel Dan McGahn to testify in front of No Nads Nitwits on the House Judiciary committee. He told them no since any information he had was privileged. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A D.C. federal judge on Wednesday shot down an attempt by House Judiciary Committee Democrats to link their subpoena for former White House counsel Don McGahn<\/a> to a separate request for secret grand jury information from the Russia investigation after the Justice<\/a> Department accused them of trying to “game the system.” <\/b><\/p>\n

What? The Democrats playing fast and loose with the rules? Why that\u2019s slanderous! They would never do any such thing. Democrats are always true blue and always uphold the law and Constitution! (When it suits them)<\/p>\n

Normally cases are assigned to judges randomly, which the DOJ said is meant to keep parties from \u201cattempting to game the system\u201d by \u201cshopping\u201d for a judge they like. But in a Tuesday court filing, the department alleged the Democrat-controlled committee was trying to do exactly that by exploiting an exception that allows \u201crelated\u201d cases to be heard by the same judge. In this case, the DOJ said the panel improperly sought to connect the McGahn case to the grand jury case simply because they’re both part of their investigation of President Trump. <\/b><\/p>\n

“[A]t first blush, the House Judiciary Committee’s view that the related case rule applies is understandable,” D.C. District Court Chief Judge Beryl Howell wrote in her order rejecting the bid. “Nonetheless, closer examination demonstrates that these connections between the two cases are too superficial and attenuated for the instant McGahn Subpoena Case to qualify[.]” <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThis later-filed, subpoena-enforcement suit involves no issues of fact or law common to the earlier Grand Jury application, nor does it focus on a common event or transaction such that the matters would be \u2018related,\u2019\u201d the DOJ argued in its court filing. <\/b><\/p>\n

As I recall, No Nads and the rest of the scum are claiming that President Trump ordered McGahn to fire Mueller and McGahn refused. What actually happened was President Trump told McGahn and anyone else asked to answer all questions by the Mueller Inquisition fully and completely, which they did.<\/p>\n

Now No Nads is claiming that he is now running an impeachment investigation and that he can demand anything he wants. There seems to be a small problem with that however.<\/p>\n

The existence of an \u201cimpeachment investigation\u201d has also been called into question<\/a>. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., has stated that \u201cformal impeachment proceedings\u201d are underway, but the committee\u2019s ranking Republican Rep. Doug Collins, R-Ga., said that is impossible because the House never voted to approve such an investigation. <\/b><\/p>\n

A vote? Are you kidding? The Democrats don\u2019t have to vote! They don\u2019t need no stinking vote!<\/p>\n

Several House Democrats have claimed that a vote is not necessary, either because the Constitution grants them the power to conduct impeachment investigations or because a recent expansion of committee powers allows it.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Democrats are so full of hate towards President Trump that they are not going to let things like the law, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights stand in their way. They fully intend to undo the 2016 election no matter what it takes and damn the consequences. Now a judge has just thrown a wrench into the works and will force No Nads and the rest of the Democrat scum to come up with another plan to subvert the will of the voters.<\/p>\n
