Good day all. News came out Friday that Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader-Ginsberg was recently treated for a malignant tumor on her pancreas. This has set off the usual suspects on the Left as they fear that President Trump will get to name a 3rd<\/sup> justice to the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Now, for the record, I don\u2019t wish that illness on anyone. Well, on my enemies perhaps. Since the tumor is malignant, it\u2019s doubtful that the doctors are going to be able to prevent it\u2019s normal progression. The survival rate for people with this illness is poor. Instead of stepping down, Ginsberg intends to remain on the bench for as long as her health permits.<\/p>\n

In other words, she\u2019s hoping she can out last President Trump and \u201cProtect\u201d the \u201cProgressive\u201d seat on the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, as the title of this post indicates, the Progressive Liberal Democrats are now in full blind panic mode. Here are some of the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Filmmaker Michael Moore<\/a> sounded the alarm for his fellow liberals Friday after news broke that Supreme Court<\/a> Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg<\/a> had completed three weeks of treatment for a malignant tumor this summer. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cFirst thought:\u201d Moore tweeted. \u201cShe was seen at the Yiddish version of ‘Fiddler on the Roof’ in NYC last week. She\u2019s gonna be fine.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Sorry fatso, she\u2019s not.<\/p>\n

Then he wrote, \u201cSecond thought: HOLYMOTHEROFRBG!!EVERYBODY, RIGHT THIS SECOND, JOIN A MOVEMENT, CAMPAIGN, GRASS ROOTS GROUP -WHATEVER – AND WORK NONSTOP BTWN RIGHT NOW & NOV 2020!\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

And there is the panic in full bloom. Moore, who is a stereotypical Limousine Liberal, is typical of rich elitists. He has his and he wants to make sure he keeps it and that the \u201cLower classes\u201d are beaten into submission.<\/p>\n

Moore was apparently fearing that further health problems for Ginsburg could force the 86-year-old associate justice to step down from her lifetime appointment to the nation’s highest court — thereby presenting President Trump with a third opportunity to make a Supreme Court pick. <\/b><\/p>\n

And as Moore and the rest of the Totalitarian Progressive Left, (I know, I\u2019m repeating myself), know, it\u2019s only been the courts with their handpicked judges that have allowed them to subvert as much of the Constitution as they have so far. Losing Ginsberg, who\u2019s contempt for the Constitution is well known<\/a>, and having her replaced by someone who actually follows the law and the Constitution could be the deathblow to the Progressive\u2019s agenda.<\/p>\n

In the mean time, Ginsberg\u2019s people are saying that her treatment was successful.<\/p>\n

That appeared unlikely Friday. A court spokesperson said the tumor on Ginsburg\u2019s pancreas was treated \u201cdefinitively\u201d and there were no other signs of cancer in her body. <\/b><\/p>\n

Pancreatic cancer, especially a malignant one, is a killer. They might have slowed the progress, but the prognosis isn\u2019t good. I had a former manager who had this disease. I hadn\u2019t seen him in 4 months and the difference was shocking. He had lost 30 pounds in a month. He was undergoing surgery for this illness when I was last in that office. (I worked remotely and traveled to the corporate office every quarter). Sadly I have no idea what happened. I was laid off a few days later and lost track. (Different manager who hated me from day one)<\/p>\n

Returning to the panic setting in among the left, we have David Axelrod. He\u2019s saying that replacing Ginsberg could \u201cTear the country apart. Here are the details on that from the Washington Examiner<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A former Obama adviser set the stage for a potentially nasty confirmation fight in the Senate next year within an hour of the Supreme Court announcing<\/a> Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg recently completed three weeks of radiation treatment after doctors found a localized cancerous tumor on her pancreas. <\/b><\/p>\n

“If there is a SCOTUS vacancy next year and @senatemajldr carries through on his extraordinary promise to fill it-despite his own previous precedent in blocking Garland-it will tear this country apart,” David Axelrod said in a tweet Friday afternoon. <\/b><\/p>\n

He was referring to how Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said earlier this year that the Senate would consider a presidential nominee to fill a vacancy on the court if one occurred in 2020. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cOh, we\u2019d fill it,” the Kentucky Republican said<\/a> at an event in May.<\/b><\/p>\n

This is the result of former Senate Majority Leader Dingy Harry Reid\u2019s actions. Reid, tired of the actions of the Republicans trying to save the republic from the Democrats and Obama\u2019s plans for it, had been stonewalling a number of Obama appointments. Reid nuked the filibuster for all but supreme court nominations and the Democrats were able to put hard leftists on the bench.<\/p>\n

One of the nominations was judge Merrick Garland. He was nominated by Obama to replace Justice Antonin Scalia who had recently died. Garland\u2019s history in his current position showed that he would always rule in favor of regulatory agencies if he was given the chance, and was opposed to the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment. Considering what we\u2019ve been seeing with the Obama Judges who did get confirmed, it was a very wise decision.<\/p>\n

Axelrod\u2019s comments, along with the Liberal Meatheads in the Senate who recently threatened the court of they didn\u2019t rule their way show just what they have in mind. If Ginsberg either steps down, or finally croaks, Trump will appoint a replacement who will be good for the country and the Constitution, but bad for the Democrats goals. As far as I\u2019m concerned, Axelrod and the Democrats are flat out threatening a revolt, again if Ginsberg is not replaced with a judge who supports their views.<\/p>\n

The problem with that is the views of the average Progressive Liberal Democrat aren\u2019t all that different from those of Mao Tse Tung, Josef Stalin, Vladimir Lenin or Adolph Hitler. It amounts to scrapping the Constitution. Since most people in this country rather like the current Constitution, they tend to react badly when when the Progressive Liberal Democrats, (Who I usually refer to as CommuNazis), pass laws stripping people of their God given, (Or natural, whatever you prefer), rights.<\/p>\n

The people then do things like hold a referendum and force the repeal of said laws. Then the CommuNazis would take to the courts and find judges to rule in their favor even if the Constitution pretty much says that the people were right to vote against their \u201cBetters.\u201d With President Trump, we have seen the vacancies in the various federal courts being filled by people dead opposite to the Democrats. These are people who are true constitutionalists. If Ginsberg steps down or croaks, Trump will replace her with another Constitutional Scholar and destroy the dreams of the Democrats for a generation or more.<\/p>\n

By the way, early in this post I said I wouldn\u2019t wish pancreatic cancer on anyone. I lied. Michael Moore deserves to die a slow, painful and lingering death, knowing that he has failed miserably.<\/p>\n
