Good day all. We\u2019ve all heard the stories of inept and incompetent police emergency dispatchers. Thankfully, those are few and far between. Then you come across one that is so blatantly bad, you hope that some sort of justice will prevail.<\/p>\n

Sadly, this doesn\u2019t appear to be a possibility in this case. A woman, trapped in her car called 911 for help and instead of getting it, was mocked by the police dispatcher as she drowned, Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Police<\/a> released disturbing audio of an Arkansas<\/a> woman who called for help in the final moments of her life, drowning in her car, only to be met with mockery and disdain by the dispatcher. <\/b>Debbie Stevens, 47, was on her regular paper route in Fort Smith Saturday, Aug. 24 when a flash flood swept up her car. Panicking, she dialed 911.<\/b><\/p>\n

“Please help me, I don’t want to die!”, Stevens begs on the call that lasted 22 minutes. “I can’t swim! I’m scared! I’m going to drown!”<\/b><\/p>\n

The dispatcher, Donna Reneau, who was working her final shift after giving her notice two weeks earlier according to the Fort Smith Police Department, replied flippantly telling her authorities will get there when they get there and that she’s not going to die, at one point telling her to “shut up.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Getting caught in a flash flood is terrifying, and you would expect the dispatcher to try and calm the individual in need and see if there was some way for her to escape the car while dispatching emergency services. That would be what you would expect from a professional. In this case, the stuttering thundercunt just sat back and did nothing useful. In fact, she insulted and belittled Ms. Stevens.<\/p>\n

Stevens pleaded for help and prayer but received a lecture: “Well this will teach you, next time don’t drive in the water,” Reneau responds. “I don’t see how you didn’t see it, you had to go right over it, so.”<\/b><\/p>\n

Now you would hope that the dispatcher would be prosecuted, or at the very least, fired. You would be mistaken. This fat slob was on her last shift. They couldn\u2019t fire her since she was leaving anyway.<\/p>\n

Authorities responded to the scene 12 minutes after she dialed 911, but because of the floodwaters, it took more than an hour to reach Stevens’ vehicle — and by the time police and firefighters were able to secure the car, Stevens had drowned. <\/b><\/p>\n

I\u2019m sure the rescuers, unlike that scumbitch, tried everything they could to get to Ms. Stevens. I wonder what the results might have been if the scumbitch had tried calming Ms. Stevens and then worked with her to get her out of the car. Even hanging onto the roof might have saved her life.<\/p>\n

Fort Smith Interim Police Chief Danny Baker described Reneau’s response as “calloused and uncaring at times” in a statement<\/a>, but he added to KHBS that she did nothing “criminally wrong” nor “violated policy.” <\/b><\/p>\n

If her actions didn\u2019t violate policy, then you need to seriously review those policies. While they might not be able to criminally prosecute the scumbitch, it would be interesting to see if there is some civil actions that could be taken by Ms. Stevens family. If the scumbitch had been seen as trying to do everything she could and being sympathetic to Ms. Stevens, then she would have been seen as a decent human being dealing with a horrific, tragic circumstance. Instead, she will be forever known as a callous, unfeeling scumbitch.<\/p>\n
