Good day all. Under the Obama regime, the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation became far more politicized then is healthy for any agency. Under former AG Eric Holder, the DoJ and FBI were basically turned loose on anyone who opposed Obama.<\/p>\n

At the top of that list was Donald J. Trump when it started to appear that he might actually win the GOP nomination. When the general election began, the FBI started an investigation into Donald Trump with the goal of either ruining him or throwing him in jail and making sure that Felonia von Pantsuit won the election.<\/p>\n

This was the start of the \u201cRussian Collusion\u201d charges against President Trump when he won the election. Multiple wiretap warrants were sent to the FISA court that were flat out fraudulent, and what amounted to an attempted coup against President Trump started. One of the main instigators of this was former deputy director and later acting director of the FBI, Andrew McCabe. He was caught lying under oath and was fired just before his pension was vested and he has been in the eyes of several investigators for some time. Now, a recommendation on whether to criminally charge McCabe has been made. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

U.S. Attorney Jessie Liu has recommended moving forward with charges against Andrew McCabe<\/a>, Fox News has learned, as the Justice Department rejects a last-ditch appeal from the former top FBI official and current CNN contributor. <\/b><\/p>\n

McCabe — the former deputy and acting director of the FBI \u2013 appealed the decision of the U.S. attorney for Washington all the way up to Jeffrey Rosen, the deputy attorney general, but he rejected that request, according to a person familiar with the situation. <\/b><\/p>\n

A source close to McCabe\u2019s legal team said they received an email from the Department of Justice which said, “The Department rejected your appeal of the United States Attorney\u2019s Office\u2019s decision in this matter. Any further inquiries should be directed to the United States Attorney\u2019s Office.” <\/b><\/p>\n

McCabe is in deep trouble and he knows it. None of this was supposed to happen. Donald Trump was supposed to lose the election and we would all be suffering under the corrupt regime of Felonia von Pantsuit. Instead, Donald Trump won the election and started looking to \u201cDrain the swamp\u201d in Washington. This caused the \u201cDeep State\u201d to go into a panic, and that led to the Mueller Inquisition. When that ended and it came out that the whole thing was a fraud, President Trump turned loose the \u201cBarr of Hell\u201d to clean house. The first order of business is putting the coup conspirators on trial.<\/p>\n

Last month, a source close to the process<\/a> told Fox News that McCabe had a \u201ctarget on his back\u201d because of the Justice Department inspector general findings. <\/b><\/p>\n

It was those findings that caused Sleepy Sessions to actually wake up and do his job.<\/p>\n

Then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions fired McCabe in March 2018 after the inspector general found he had repeatedly misstated his involvement in a leak to The Wall Street Journal regarding an FBI investigation into the Clinton Foundation. <\/b><\/p>\n

One of the problems with McCabe and all the others is their belief that they are literally above the law, and that they can do whatever they want. This is why McCabe is so desperate to avoid criminal charges. He knows he\u2019s guilty as Hell and he will be convicted. With the current atmosphere, he will do serious jail time. Of course, he could also try for a plea deal and start throwing other people under the bus.<\/p>\n

Last month, McCabe sued the FBI<\/a> and the Justice Department over his firing, arguing it was part of Trump’s plan to rid the bureau of leaders he perceived as disloyal to him. McCabe argued in his complaint that the two officials responsible for demoting and then firing McCabe \u2014 FBI Director Chris Wray and Sessions \u2014 created a pretext to force him out in accordance with the president’s wishes. <\/b><\/p>\n

I suspect that if McCabe is indicted and perp walked into court, that lawsuit is going to to be tossed faster then a major league fast ball. What happens next is anyone\u2019s guess. McCabe certainly knows how high up and who was involved in the conspiracy to overthrow the election results. It\u2019s not beyond the realm of possibility that Obama had a hand in this. The question now is, will Andrew McCabe \u201cTake one for the team\u201d or will he drag down as many of the others as he can? I suspect that James Comey isn\u2019t feeling all that secure these days with that thought roaming around his head.<\/p>\n
