Good day all. It\u2019s no secret that the Democrats have been trying to overturn the 2016 election since November 9th<\/sup>, 2016. Since they scammed their way into taking control of the House of Representatives, they\u2019ve gone into full derangement mode to \u201cGet Trump!\u201d Now they want to detain anyone who tells their committees to pound sand.<\/p>\n

Since San Fran Nan Pelosi announced that the Democrats were going to go full impeachment, without bothering with little things like an authorization vote by the full congress, President Trump has been instructing his people to ignore the subpoenas being issued. Now the Democrats, going full totalitarian, are considering \u201carresting members of the Trump administration. Here are the details from The Hill<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Rep. Rashida Tlaib<\/a> (D-Mich.) revealed in a new interview that House Democrats have discussed jailing allies of the president who do not comply with congressional subpoenas, an escalation of the House’s efforts to force White House compliance with an impeachment inquiry.<\/b><\/p>\n

Tlaib told Deadline Detroit<\/a> that such an action, known as inherent contempt, would be “uncharted territory” for Congress but added that “serious discussions” about taking the step have occurred within the Democratic caucus. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThere have been actual serious conversations about what the logistics would look like… if we did have to force someone through a court order to come before the Congressional committee,” she said. “This is pretty uncharted territory for many of us and even for Congress.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Uncharted in more ways then one. If they grabbed one of the staffers, there is nothing stopping President Trump from both sending in an armed detail to \u201crescue\u201d them and arresting the committee chairman who ordered it. If Pelosi signed off, she could be arrested as well. Talk about your constitutional crisis!<\/p>\n

Tlaib’s comments echoed those of Rep. John Garamendi<\/a> (D-Calif.), who called for the House to do as much in a CNN interview earlier this week. <\/b><\/p>\n

“I think it’s time to call in the sergeant-at-arms and march them off to our little jail, which we do happen to have,” Garamendi said on Wednesday. <\/b><\/p>\n

Let them sit there and cool off for a while,” he added.<\/b><\/p>\n

And what happens if your \u201cTarget for detention\u201d has armed security? I have a sneaking suspicion that the Sargent-at-arms may have some serious issues with following the orders of the Democrats. He probably doesn’t want to get arrested himself or flat out shot.<\/p>\n

The White House has warned Congress that it will not cooperate with an impeachment probe in the Democratic-controlled House, though a State Department official defied an order<\/a> to not testify this week and met with congressional investigators.<\/b><\/p>\n

Considering that the \u201cOfficial\u201d who is defying the order was fired by President Trump, I\u2019m not surprised. The person in question, Marie Yovanovitch<\/a>, was the American Ambassador to the Ukraine and an Obama holdover. She should have been removed within weeks of President Trump taking office, but he needed people in place and assumed that they would be loyal to the United States. An incorrect assumption as we\u2019ve seen these days.<\/p>\n

The so called \u201cImpeachment\u201d hearings are being shown for what they are. A plot by the Democrats to overthrow the elected President of the United States, and for one simple reason. President Trump defeated the Democrat\u2019s \u201cChosen One\u201d, Felonia von Pantsuit. That Speaker of the House San Fran Nan Pelosi has not brought this to a full vote of the house, along with the various committees flat out ignoring the minority party\u2019s concerns is why President Trump is refusing to cooperate. On the other hand, he has told his people to cooperate with all standard oversight requests.<\/p>\n

It will be very interesting to see if the Democrats are dumb enough to try something like arresting a member of the Trump Administration and just how President Trump will respond. Donald Trump is something neither side has experienced in a very long while. Someone who fights back and usually wins. President Trump has handed the Democrats a big shovel to better dig the hole they now find themselves in.<\/p>\n
