Good day all. Since 2016, the Democrats have accused President Trump of being a Russian agent. This led to the DoJ and the FBI getting secret warrants to spy on the Trump transition team and later on, after President Trump took office, the Mueller Inquisition.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

That all blew up last summer when the Mueller Inquisition reported back that there was no collusion between President Trump and the Russians. What did come out of that investigation, inadvertently, was information that high ranking members of the DoJ and FBI, along with the Intelligence services appear to have manufactured the whole case from nothing.<\/p>\n

This led, after the termination of former Attorney General Sleepy Sessions and the appointment of William Barr as the new AG, to a U.S. Attorney to be assigned to inquire into who the whole mess came about. Last night, news broke that the inquiry was being changed into a criminal investigation. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

U.S. Attorney John Durham’s ongoing probe into potential FBI and Justice Department<\/a> misconduct in the run-up to the 2016 election through the spring of 2017 has transitioned into a full-fledged criminal investigation, two sources familiar with the investigation told Fox News on Thursday night.<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

One source added that DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s upcoming report on alleged FBI surveillance abuses against the Trump campaign will shed light on why Durham’s probe has become a criminal inquiry. Horowitz announced<\/a> on Thursday his report would be available to the public soon, with “few” redactions. <\/b><\/p>\n

I first heard about this last night when I happened to catch the first few minutes of Hannity on Fox. (I was switching channels) I didn\u2019t stay and watch, since I was sleepy, however, outside of the Drudge Report, (Which has gone full \u201cNever Trumper\u201d recently), the reports are all over the place. In fact, it appears it was the New York Slimes that broke the story last night.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The Horowitz Report has been \u201cAround the corner\u201d for some time now, and rumors have it that it blasts the DoJ for initiating the whole \u201cGet Trump!\u201d investigation. Once it\u2019s released, (If it ever is), we will finally see what was going on. I suspect that the U.S. Attorney, John Durham, has already seen the report, and with what he\u2019s found in his inquiry, on top of the Inspector general\u2019s report, is what led to the shift from inquiry to criminal investigation.<\/p>\n

The investigation’s new status means Durham can subpoena witnesses, file charges, and impanel fact-finding grand juries.<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

And this also means that certain former members of the Obama Department of Justice and intelligence services have probably just crapped their pants. If the rumors are true, this could lead into the Obama White House. (Wishful thinking on my part, seeing Obama in an Orange jump suit)<\/p>\n

Fox News reported on Tuesday<\/a> that Durham’s probe had expanded significantly based on new evidence uncovered during a recent trip to Rome with Attorney General Bill Barr. <\/b>Barr reportedly<\/a> told embassy officials in Italy that he “needed a conference room to meet high-level Italian security agents where he could be sure no one was listening in.” <\/b><\/p>\n

A source in the Italian Ministry of Justice told The Daily Beast earlier this month that Barr and Durham were played a taped deposition made by Joseph Mifsud, the professor who allegedly told ex-Trump aide George Papadopoulos that the Russians had “dirt” on Hillary Clinton. Mifsud reportedly was explaining to investigators in the deposition why people would want to harm him, and why he needed police protection.<\/b><\/p>\n

This guy Mifsud is really a bit of a mystery. No one has been able to find him since this whole thing started to collapse after the railroading of George Papadopoulos. That he exists is well known, but there have been a lot of confusing stories about who he actually works for, British Intelligence, or Russian Intelligence. Some have said he is a double agent.<\/p>\n

Sources told Fox News that Durham was “very interested” to question former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and former CIA Director John Brennan<\/a>, an anti-Trump critic who recently dismissed the idea. The New York Times reported<\/a> Thursday that Durham’s criminal review has prompted some CIA officials to obtain criminal legal counsel in anticipation of being interviewed.<\/b><\/p>\n

And this is why both Clapper and Brennan have just bulk ordered Depends<\/a>. Clapper has been shown to have flat out lied to Congress, and Brennan appears to have been the one who started the whole collusion business. Both have had their security clearances revoked by President Trump.<\/p>\n

Brennan and Clapper were at the helm<\/a> not only when Mifsud spoke to Papadopoulos, but also when an unverified and largely discredited dossier<\/a>, written by British ex-spy Christopher Steele and funded by the Hillary Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee, was used to help justify a secret surveillance warrant against former Trump adviser Carter Page in the run-up to the 2016 election. (The Times’ reporting<\/a> on Thursday, which overtly framed Durham’s probe as politically tainted without evidence, did not mention the Steele dossier at all.)<\/b><\/p>\n

It\u2019s no surprise that the New York Slimes wouldn\u2019t mention the Steele Dossier. We now know it was bought and paid for by the Democrat National Committee and Felonia von Pantsuit. In fact, the whole mess got started in order to keep Donald Trump from winning and to get Felonia von Pantsuit into the White House. None of them could conceive of just how bad a candidate Felonia is.<\/p>\n

The Steele dossier was full of inaccuracies and flat out lies, and yet it was used to by the DoJ to get the wiretap warrants from the FISA court. Since that came out, the FISA judges have been furious regarding how they were lied to. This hasn\u2019t stopped the Democrats from trying to get President Trump.<\/p>\n

In responding to the expanded Durham probe, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., and House Intelligence Committee Chair Adam Schiff, D-Calif., followed the Times’ framing and accused the Trump administration of misconduct. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThese reports, if true, raise profound new concerns that the Department of Justice under Attorney General William Barr has lost its independence and become a vehicle for President Trump\u2019s political revenge,” they said. \u201cIf the Department of Justice may be used as a tool of political retribution, or to help the President with a political narrative for the next election, the rule of law will suffer new and irreparable damage.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

The response by these two, along with others, (Such as Rachael Madcow of MSNBC), doesn\u2019t surprise me. If Durham comes back with criminal indictments, the entire \u201cImpeach Trump!\u201d plan not only collapses, there is a good chance it will mean the electoral slaughter of the Democrat party in 2020. It isn\u2019t beyond the realm of possibility that the Durham investigation could lead into Congress. (Although that is unlikely)<\/p>\n

We\u2019re moving into Election season, and the absolute last thing the Democrats want is to be looking down the barrel of an actual investigation into how they have been abusing the courts and other government organs for their own political gain. They have spent the last 3 years trying to overturn the 2016 election, by hook or crook, and instead, have uncovered what amounts to a massive conspiracy to overthrow the elected President of the United States. President Trump promised to \u201cDrain the Swamp,\u201d and now he has a team in place to start the pumps.<\/p>\n
