Good day all. Last week, Adam Schifthead had former Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch testify to all the vile things President Trump has done. Instead she came across as a whiny twit. She was asked questions about Hunter Biden and ducked them. However, there are reports that it wasn\u2019t only Hunter Biden that was being \u201cProtected\u201d by the Obama administration.<\/p>\n

It seems that back in 2016, the Ukrainian Prosecutor General, (The equivalent of our Attorney General), was given a list by Marie Yovanovitch<\/a> of people who were not to be prosecuted. Here are the details from The Hill<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko told Hill.TV’s John Solomon in an interview that aired Wednesday that U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch gave him a do not prosecute list during their first meeting. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cUnfortunately, from the first meeting with the U.S. ambassador in Kiev, [Yovanovitch] gave me a list of people whom we should not prosecute,\u201d Lutsenko, who took his post in 2016, told Hill.TV last week. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cMy response of that is it is inadmissible. Nobody in this country, neither our president nor our parliament nor our ambassador, will stop me from prosecuting whether there is a crime,\u201d he continued. <\/b><\/p>\n

Well, isn\u2019t this interesting? We all know that Slow Joe Biden threatened the Ukraine with withholding a critical aid package unless the prosecutor investigating Hunter Biden and Bursima was fired. I wasn\u2019t aware that there was an entire list of people that the Obama administration was protecting.<\/p>\n

The State Department called Lutsenko’s claim of receiving a do not prosecute list, “an outright fabrication.”<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cWe have seen reports of the allegations,” a department spokesperson told Hill.TV. “The United States is not currently providing any assistance to the Prosecutor General\u2019s Office (PGO), but did previously attempt to support fundamental justice sector reform, including in the PGO, in the aftermath of the 2014 Revolution of Dignity. When the political will for genuine reform by successive Prosecutors General proved lacking, we exercised our fiduciary responsibility to the American taxpayer and redirected assistance to more productive projects.”<\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

And we should believe the professional diplomats of the striped pants brigade, why? We know that they, in general, hate President Trump and despise his ideas of America as the \u201cFirst among equals.\u201d Most of them are flat out globalists who really don\u2019t have any use for the United States as an independent nation.<\/p>\n

Lutsenko also said that he has not received funds amounting to nearly $4 million that the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine was supposed to allocate to his office, saying that “the situation was actually rather strange” and pointing to the fact that the funds were designated, but “never received.” <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cAt that time we had a case for the embezzlement of the U.S. government technical assistance worth 4 million U.S. dollars, and in that regard, we had this dialogue,\u201d he said. “At that time, [Yovanovitch] thought that our interviews of Ukrainian citizens, of Ukrainian civil servants, who were frequent visitors of the U.S. Embassy put a shadow on that anti-corruption policy.” <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cActually, we got the letter from the U.S. Embassy, from the ambassador, that the money that we are speaking about [was] under full control of the U.S. Embassy, and that the U.S. Embassy did not require our legal assessment of these facts,” he said. “The situation was actually rather strange because the funds we are talking about were designated for the prosecutor general’s office also and we told [them] we have never seen those, and the U.S. Embassy replied there was no problem.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Oh really? How interesting. So the Obama administration had no interest in finding out where the missing money ended up. I suspect one of two things. The money was returned to the treasury, or it has ended up in someone\u2019s Caymen\u2019s bank account. Personally, I suspect the former. The money would probably have been used to fully investigate Bursima and the people working for it. Interestingly, a lot of Democrat bigwigs have family that were \u201cworking\u201d for Ukrainian companies like Bursima, companies that were getting American tax dollars.<\/p>\n

I suspect we are seeing the real reason the Democrats are so desperate to either get rid of President Trump, (Preferred in their eyes), or so disrupt his administration that they can cover up all the shenanigans that happened under the Obama Administration. If\/When President Trump wins a second term, especially if the Democrats get hammered in 2020, I won\u2019t be at all surprised if a few former Obama Administration officials end up retiring to a nice Club Fed facility for 10+ years.<\/p>\n
