Good day all. President Trump has been putting Constitutionalists on the federal bench at a record setting level. These judges actually read the Constitution and understand that what it says is what it means. Then we have the Obama judges. For them, it\u2019s not about the Constitution, it\u2019s all about \u201cFeelz\u201d and stopping President Trump at all costs.<\/p>\n

The Obama judges, regardless of the opinion of that worthless swamp dwelling Deep Stater, John Roberts, do exist and constantly abuse their authority. We now have yet another one doing just that. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A federal judge in California<\/a> earlier this week ruled that the Trump administration must provide mental health services<\/a> to thousands of migrant parents and children<\/a> separated at the U.S.-Mexico border, according to a report. <\/b><\/p>\n

Judge John Kronstadt of the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles said that under the \u201cstate-created danger\u201d doctrine, the federal government is liable for inflicting psychological trauma on those families separated between 2017 and 2018, the New York Times reported.<\/a> <\/b><\/p>\n

How about, no? I looked up this moron<\/a> and yes, he is an Obama judge.<\/p>\n

A group of migrant families filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration in September, arguing that they suffered \u201clife-altering\u201d trauma that would \u201ccontinue to affect their mental and emotional well-being for years to come.\u201d Several plaintiffs claimed that for months parents were not given clear information about the whereabouts of their children and were unable to communicate with them on a regular basis. <\/b><\/p>\n

Perhaps they should have stayed in the Turd World Hellholes they came from, and frankly, they should be shipped back immediately. Oh, you will notice that Fox has been sipping at the Progressive Kool-Ade again and is referring to illegal aliens as \u201cMigrants.\u201d<\/p>\n

Under the Trump administration\u2019s zero-tolerance policy, the Justice Department began to criminally prosecute and jail adults who crossed the border illegally from Mexico. About 3,000 migrant children were separated as a result, according to figures from the federal government released last month. Following months of public outcry, Trump suspended the policy in June 2018 after a federal judge forced the government to start the process of reunifying families.<\/b><\/p>\n

The original policy, as I recall, was started by Obama for one simple reason. The \u201cFamilies\u201d weren\u2019t actually related, and many of these children were turned into sex slaves. However, Progressives flat out don\u2019t care as long as they get their daily ration of good \u201cFeelz.\u201d I\u2019m assuming that this will be appealed and more then likely will be overturned. I\u2019m also of the opinion that every single one of these \u201cPlaintiffs\u201d should be deported tomorrow.<\/p>\n
