Good day all. Last week the star chamber proceeding regarding President Trump were concluded, and Adam Schifthead sent his report to the House Judicial committee for further railroading. However, one thing that happened was Schifthead acquiring and releasing phone call information on Representative Devin Nunes.<\/p>\n

Schifthead appears to have subpoenaed Nunes and other people\u2019s telephone records, and he may have not had the right to do so. Additionally, he went after Devin Nunes who has been finding out just how corrupt the Obama Department of Justice has been. It smacks of retaliation. Nunes is now looking to take legal action against Adam Schifthead. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

House Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Devin Nunes<\/a>, R-Calif., said Saturday that he would be pursuing legal action<\/a> after his phone records were exposed<\/a> in the release of the Committee’s impeachment inquiry<\/a> report. <\/b><\/p>\n

On Tuesday, the Committee voted to adopt and issue the 300-page report<\/a> on the findings from the panel’s impeachment inquiry, accusing President Trump<\/a> of misusing his office to seek foreign help in the 2020 presidential race<\/a>. The report included records of calls from Nunes, presidential lawyers Rudy Giuliani<\/a> and Jay Sekulow<\/a>, journalist John Solomon<\/a>, Fox News host Sean Hannity, Giuliani connection Lev Parnas<\/a>, and other White House<\/a> associates.<\/b><\/p>\n

Oh this is bad. Devin Nunes has spent the last few years, prior to the CommuNazis retaking the house of Representatives in 2017, digging into the incredible levels of corruption in the DoJ and FBI. He stumbled across the apparent wiretapping of the Trump transition team and went straight to the White house with the information. This royally pissed of the Democrats who forced Nunes to recuse himself. (Nunes, unlike Schifthead, is basically honest and ethical)<\/p>\n

Appearing on “Fox & Friends: Weekend”<\/a> with hosts Pete Hegseth, Lisa Boothe, and Ed Henry, Nunes said he’s been under fire for three years because Republicans<\/a> “continue to expose corruption,” citing Democrats<\/a> “unmasking Trump transition officials” and “funding the dossier” to obtain a FISA warrant on Carter Page<\/a>.<\/b><\/p>\n

Carter Page is, I believe, currently beginning to take legal action against the DoJ for violating his civil rights.<\/p>\n

“And then, of course, over the two weeks before Thanksgiving, I think they were embarrassed by their lack of evidence they were able to present through the hearings,” he said. “So, what happened is, the Friday before Thanksgiving, this fake news story drops<\/a> about me supposedly being in Vienna. And then we get back from Thanksgiving and then — lo and behold — my name along with one of my current staff people…and a former staff person, all of a sudden our civil liberties are violated because our phone records show up in this report.”<\/b><\/p>\n

This is typical of that craven coward Schifthead. Nunes had no idea that Schifthead had done this, and apparently, there wasn\u2019t any sort of a vote taken to do get this information. There is also the question regarding Schifthead have the legal authority to get these records in the first place. Representative Nunes goes over his records and said they don\u2019t match up with what the pathological liar Adam Schifthead released.<\/p>\n

Nunes told the “Friends: Weekend” hosts that, upon review, his phone records do not match what Committee Chairman Adam Schiff<\/a>, D-Calif., and House Democrats put in the report.<\/b><\/p>\n

I would read the Fox News story for all the details<\/a> Mr. Nunes discussed with “Fox & Friends: Weekend”<\/a>. They\u2019re to extensive to put here.<\/p>\n

“I believe I am the first member of Congress<\/a> ever to have [my] phone records exposed like this,” Nunes stated. “We’re definitely going to take legal action.”<\/b><\/p>\n

I\u2019m hoping for criminal charges myself. Adam Schifthead has gone to far. I\u2019m no lawyer, so I can\u2019t say what will happen here. What I will say is that Adam Schifthead, Jerry No Nads Nadler and San Fran Nan Pelosi are making Tailgunner Joe McCarthy\u2019<\/a>s accusations look downright innocent. (In case you don\u2019t know, McCarthy was accusing everyone of being a communist. He jumped the shark, as it were when he accused members of the military of being communists)<\/p>\n

If, as I hope, the Republicans regain control of the House of Representatives, I want them to begin a full investigation of the Democrat members of Congress who abused their authority. I don\u2019t know how the immunity things works in this case, (House and Senate members can\u2019t be hauled into court for their speeches in Congress. This allows them to slander anyone they like. See Mad Maxine Waters and Dingy Harry Reid), but expelling them would be a good start. Maybe a nice civil case against Schifthead that he loses, and is upheld would be even better.<\/p>\n
