Good day all. The railroading of President Trump by the Progressive Liberal Democrats continues even as more and more information comes out that it is the Democrats who have been obstructing Justice.<\/p>\n

The House Judiciary Committee, under that stupid fat liar, Jerry \u201cNo Nads\u201d Nadler, has been working with focus groups to try and find what would actually work to \u201cGet Trump! The Democrats finally settled on Obstruction of Congress and Abuse of Power, neither of which actually occurred. (They occurred constantly under Barack Obama, but he was a Democrat so \u201cNever Mind!\u201d) During the debate in the committee, (Which was just short of a physical brawl), No Nads announced that we can\u2019t wait for the voters to vote out Trump. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday night began the first phase of a fiery “markup” process for the two articles of impeachment<\/a> against President Trump<\/a> that they have settled on, barreling toward a final floor vote even as moderate Democrats in GOP-leaning districts have floated<\/a> the idea of backing down in favor of a censure resolution.<\/b><\/p>\n

Again, the question arises, Censure for what exactly? President Trump has not broken any laws. The Democrats, on the other hand, have. Adam Schifthead\u2019s getting and releasing the private phone records of David Nunes was flat out illegal. He had no right to the information and the phone company, (AT&T apparently), should not have released them. However, that\u2019s something for another day.<\/p>\n

Almost immediately, the evening proceedings broke out into heated disagreement, as the panel’s top Democrat declared that it would be unsafe to wait until the 2020 election to remove Trump, and another claimed<\/a> Trump’s actions were an “affront to the memory of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.”<\/b><\/p>\n

“We cannot rely on an election to solve our problems, when the president threatens the very integrity of that election,” House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., said in his opening statement, claiming Trump’s discussions with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky about Joe and Hunter Biden’s dealings<\/a> in the country, and the White House’s temporary withholding of military aid to Ukraine, constituted an “urgent” threat to national security. <\/b><\/p>\n

And there we have the Democrats contempt for the voters. They have been working to overturn the 2016 election since November 9th<\/sup>, 2016. Now we have confirmation from that fat toad, Jerry No Nads Nadler that as far as he\u2019s concerned, the election process means nothing to the Democrat Elite.<\/p>\n

The top Republican on the panel, Rep. Doug Collins of Georgia, shot back that Democrats have been trying to impeach Trump since he took office. He echoed the White House’s argument that the impeachment was politically motivated theater, long in the works<\/a> and foreshadowed openly by Democrats for months<\/a>, if not years.<\/a> <\/b><\/p>\n

The problem with No Nads and the Democrat’s accusations is they just don\u2019t hold up. Even the president of the Ukraine is saying the Democrats accusations are a big pile of poo.<\/p>\n

Collins noted that Zelensky has repeatedly denied<\/a> Trump ever pressured him, and that Democrats then turned on Zelensky to call him a “liar.” Collins went on to slam the Democrats on the Judiciary Committee for hosting a hearing with three anti-Trump law professors<\/a> with no personal knowledge of any relevant conduct by the president; Republicans invited one professor. <\/b><\/p>\n

None of that matters to No Nads Nadler, Adam Schifthead and San Fran Nan Pelosi. They don\u2019t care one whit about the Constitution or the Rule of law. For them it\u2019s all about absolute power and rule by the Democrat elite. In fact, the charges actually have no basis in law.<\/p>\n

Collins and Wisconsin GOP Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner each observed that unlike previous presidents who have faced impeachment, Trump was not accused of any offense actually defined anywhere by law: neither “abuse of power” nor “obstruction of Congress” is a recognized federal or state crime. (The separate charge of contempt of Congress, according to the DOJ’s Office of Legal Counsel, exempts the president for separation-of-powers reasons.) <\/b><\/p>\n

The previous two impeachments were of William Jefferson \u201cBubba Horndog\u201d Clinton and Andrew Johnson. President Johnson was impeached over a law that was later ruled unconstitutional. Bubba Horndog was impeached for perjury. In Clinton\u2019s case, he was guilty of that and a lot more, but he was protected by the Democrats and a few Uniparty swamp dwelling RINO\u2019s. In Johnson\u2019s case, his impeachment was also politically motivated.<\/p>\n

Now this whole mess is going to go to the full house, and there is some question on whether or not it might actually pass and be sent to the Senate for a formal trial. The whole thing is blowing up in the faces of the Democrats, and several have announced they won\u2019t vote for impeachment, and a couple are looking at leaving the Democrat Party. Still, there may be enough of these fools to get this sent to the Senate.<\/p>\n

In the Senate, there is some question on whether or not they will go through the whole trial process or just vote to dismiss\/acquit President Trump. There are benefits to both options. Just killing it dead, as Senator Lindsey Grahamnesty wants to do, will put paid to the whole thing. On the other hand, President Trump is very interested in going to trial and calling witnesses, something that wasn\u2019t permitted in the House railroading<\/i><\/span> hearings.<\/p>\n

If this does go to trial in the Senate, you can expect to have Adam Schifthead, No Nads Nadler, Hunter Biden, possible Slow Joe the Groper Biden and a few others forced to testify under oath regarding the actual quid pro quo by Slow Joe Biden regarding his son\u2019s position on the Ukrainian company, Burisma board, a job he was even less qualified for then I am. (And I\u2019m not qualified at all)<\/p>\n

Regardless of what happens now, whether the House actually votes to Impeach, or if the Senate kills the thing dead or goes to trial, this has been a flat out disaster for the Democrats. President Trump\u2019s popularity is actually increasing, and the Democrats are now facing the possibility of another massive electoral blowout. Idiot statements like No Nads Nadler regarding the voters will come back to haunt him.<\/p>\n
