The plans to impeach President Trump began on the morning of November 9th<\/sup>, 2016, when Donald Trump defeated Felonia von Pantsuit. The Democrats had been in shock as the results rolled in, showing that even their attempts at voter fraud had failed and that Donald Trump had won enough states to carry the electoral college.<\/p>\n This is where the first “Serious” attempts to \u201cGet Trump!\u201d began. The Democrats tried to get the electors to not vote for Donald Trump, instead claiming that since Felonia had one the popular vote, she should be the president. Of course, that\u2019s not the way it works in this country and the Democrats knew it. However, they were hoping they could con, browbeat and threaten enough electors to, if not give the White House to Felonia von Pantsuit, at least send the election to the House of Representatives. There, they hoped that enough Never Trumper Uniparty Rinos would side with them and out anyone else into the Oval office.<\/p>\n Not being suicidal, the electors did their job and Donald Trump became the 45th<\/sup> President of the United States. This was when phase two of the Democrats plan to \u201cGet Trump!\u201d Began. They claimed that President Trump only won the election because of the Russians and they had a dossier to prove it. That led to 2+ years of a special investigator, Robert Mueller, desperately trying find anything they could hang on president Trump. Instead, they managed to generate a series of \u201cOwn Goals\u201d that showed that President Trump was right about just how corrupt Washington had become.<\/p>\n When Robert Mueller handed in his report, even though he did try to shade things a bit, all they did was show there was nothing there and never had been, at least with regards to President Trump. Unfortunately, they did show that the Obama Regime was utterly corrupt and that they didn’t let things like the law or the Constitution stand in their way. Then came the infamous call with the Ukrainian president. A whistleblower claimed that President Trump was demanding a quid pro quo from the Ukraine. They would investigate former vice president Joe the groper Biden and President Trump would release an aid package to them.<\/p>\n There was just one small problem. The whistleblower turned out to have never been on the call, had no first hand information on what was said, is a Democrat operative working with the Biden Campaign and may have been involved with Biden\u2019s own admitted on camera, quid pro quo with the previous Ukrainian government to get rid of the prosecutor who was looking into a company called Burisma that had just but Biden\u2019s cokehead son on the board in a roll he was utterly unqualified for.<\/p>\n None of this mattered and Adam Schifthead, a congenital liar, began an impeachment query to railroad President Trump out of office. Schifthead called in witnesses who had no first, or in some cases, second hand knowledge of the call, and in fact, actually hurt the case Schifthead and the Democrats were trying to build.<\/p>\n The truth and facts was not important to the Democrats and Schifthead referred the impeachment to the Judicial committee and No Nads Nadler. He took it and ran with it, manufacturing fake charges. He also, much like Schifthead, cut the Republican members out of the hearings, stopping them from providing witnesses or asking rather pointed questions of the witnesses. No Nads referred the articles of impeachment to the full house without a single Republican vote.<\/p>\n Next we had the full vote of the House of Representatives. The Democrats managed to utterly disgrace themselves, with many members almost skipping in to cast their vote to Impeach President Trump. San Fran Nan Pelosi actually had to shut down their hijinks, lest the American people think that the Democrats didn\u2019t understand what they were about to do. In the end, in a straight party line vote, the House of Representatives passed the articles of impeachment. This is where interesting things started happening.<\/p>\n Right off the bat, anyone with a single functioning brain cell could see the two charges were absolute garbage. One was obstructing Congress and the other was abuse of power. Neither one of those is an actual law that was broken and pointedly, didn\u2019t happen. What the Democrats were doing was using President Trump\u2019s refusal to aid the Democrats, by using every legal tool available to him, in helping them get him out of office.<\/p>\n The Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell looked that the House charges and basically said, \u201cOh Hell yes we\u2019re going to dismiss them!\u201d The charges were and are absolute garbage. The last President impeached, with support from both parties, was William Jefferson Clinton, and one of the charges was lying under oath. Prior to that, you had Andrew Johnson who was impeached and nearly convicted for breaking a law that was later ruled unconstitutional. (At the time, it was a law and he did violate it, albeit, for very good reasons)<\/p>\n When Pelosi heard that the Republican Senate was going to toss the impeachment papers into the nearest garbage can, she did something unprecedented. She refused to send the documents to the Senate. This has led a number of legal scholars to say that until the documents are presented to the Senate, no impeachment has actually occurred. So technically, President Trump has not been impeached by the House of Representatives and won\u2019t be until the documents are handed to the Senate.<\/p>\n What may be going through San Fran Nan\u2019s rotted out brain is the knowledge that the American People, having watched the disgrace that were the various inquiries and hearing, have decided that the Democrats are wrong and are trying to mount a coup. (Which they are)<\/p>\n There is a better then even chance that the House is going to flip back to the Republican Party in 2021, and that President Trump will be reelected by a wide margin. It\u2019s possible that the Democrats could lose fare more seats in the House then they did in 2010 when they were hammered for doing pretty much the same thing with Obamacare that they just did with the impeachment. Many of the Democrats who voted to impeach are from Districts Trump won in 2016. A number were flat out told not to vote in favor of impeachment, but ignored their constituents.<\/p>\n It is possible that San Fran Nan might send over the articles next summer, trying to throw a major wrench in the election. However, the Republicans will quickly dismiss the case and go back to electioneering. San Fran Nan, and a number of other Democrats are also saying it\u2019s a waste of time to send the articles to the Senate since there won\u2019t be a fair trial. (For the Democrats. President Trump? He doesn’t deserve a fair trial in the eyes of the Democrats)<\/p>\n They have been issuing demands that many Republican members recuse themselves, saying that they can\u2019t provide a fair hearing. Of course, they refuse to consider the same thing for UpChuck Schumer and the Democrat members of the Senate. No, their goal is to \u201cGet Trump!\u201d by hook or crook. Of course, the Republicans led by Mitch McConnell are having none of this, which is why San Fran Nan and the other House Democrats are saying they won\u2019t send the articles until they are guaranteed getting their way, convicting and removing President Trump from office.<\/p>\n Now assuming that the impeachment documents are never sent over, and that the Democrats are crushed in the 2020 election, the Impeachment is a dead letter. I wonder if the house has the constitutional ability to rescind the impeachment? If they can, that would be icing on the cake. Then the next phase of the Democrats plan to \u201cGet Trump!\u201d kicks in. Operation Retribution.<\/p>\n President Trump will be able to take the gloves off and go after the Democrats with every legal and constitutional tool in the box. It will start with U.S. Attorney John Durham indicting former members of the Obama regime. Next, new investigations into how Slow Joe Biden actually did what they accused President Trump of doing, possibly leading to his indictment.<\/p>\n Then, if possible, they go after No Nads Nadler and Adam Schifthead, along with the DNC, using the RICO statutes. Now here I am on very shaky ground, since I am not a lawyer. However, I do see that there could be a chance of bringing conspiracy charges against members of the Democrat party.<\/p>\n Next on the list, The Democrat Ministry of Propaganda, formally called the Main Stream Media. I can see changes in libel laws being made that strip the media of their Sullivan protections<\/a>. (A very questionable ruling by the Supreme Court) Now we aren\u2019t talking about stripping the Media of their 1st<\/sup> Amendment rights, (Although they have no problem doing the same to anyone they disagree with), but making them pay through the nose when they knowingly lie, or, when they make a mistake and it\u2019s pointed out to them, refuse to correct it and double down on it.<\/p>\n Make no mistake, the second term of President Donald J. Trump is going to be very interesting, especially if the Republicans retake the house and expand their seats in the Senate. It won\u2019t be interesting for the Democrats however. It will be horrifying.
