This accusation came out as part of a paternity suit against Hunter Biden. It seems that Biden stepped out on his wife and bumped uglies with a stripper, and neglected to put a glove on. Now she\u2019s going after him for support and, in typical fashion for the Bidens, it\u2019s blown up big time. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Hunter Biden, the 49-year-old son of former Vice President Joe Biden<\/a>, has been dodging discovery requests in connection with a paternity case<\/a> in Arkansas, and is “the subject of more than one criminal investigation involving fraud, money laundering and a counterfeiting scheme,” a private investigation firm claimed this week in a bizarre court filing. <\/b><\/p>\n In addition, the Florida-based D&A Investigations told Fox News that its investigators have found that the intelligence community whistleblower at the center of the Democrats’ impeachment effort against President Trump accompanied Joe Biden when he traveled to Ukraine<\/a> in early 2016 and, by his own admission, pressured the country’s government to fire its top prosecutor<\/a> by threatening to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aid. <\/b><\/p>\n Well, that explains why Hunter\u2019s daddy doesn\u2019t want to testify at President Trump\u2019s impeachment trial. It also explains why they are so desperate to keep the Democrat operative from being identified or having to testify himself. It\u2019s looking more and more like the entire impeachment plot is just that. A plot made up out of whole cloth.<\/p>\n The whistleblower’s attorney, Mark Zaid<\/a>, did not respond to Fox News’ request for comment on D&A’s claims, which Fox News has not independently verified. Zaid has previously acknowledged<\/a> that the whistleblower had “contact” with presidential candidates of both parties, amid reports that he had a “professional working relationship” with one of the Democratic presidential contenders.<\/b><\/p>\n And that \u201cWorking relationship\u201d wouldn\u2019t happen to be the former Vice President, Slow Joe The Groper Biden, would it?<\/p>\n On the same day that D&A filed its “Notice of Fraud and Counterfeiting and Production of Evidence,” which was first reported by The New York Post<\/a> and The Daily Mail<\/a> and obtained by Fox News<\/a>, Lunden Alexis Roberts — a woman who claims Hunter Biden got her pregnant — authored her own motion seeking “primary physical and legal custody”<\/a> of the child. Roberts also demanded attorneys’ fees and a hearing concerning visitation rights. <\/b><\/p>\n Oh how the courts hate custody fights. However, this one is going to be rather interesting, in the sense that the Hindenburg exploding and crashing in flames was interesting. However, there is, as always, a fly in the ointment.<\/p>\n The court in Independence County, Ark. quickly struck the D&A filing<\/a>, which was made in a bid to support Roberts’ case as an “intervening party.” The court said D&A’s filing had violated state procedural rules<\/a> which require that intervening parties raise a claim that shares a “question of law or fact in common” with the existing case.<\/b><\/p>\n So, basically a technicality. There is also another fly and it\u2019s D&A Investigations.<\/p>\n D&A is the same firm that worked with the defense team of Casey Anthony<\/a>, a Florida woman acquitted of murdering her child in a highly publicized trial in 2011. Anthony later accused<\/a> the private investigator of smearing her for media attention.<\/b><\/p>\n I didn\u2019t follow the Anthony case all that much and had forgotten it. I wasn\u2019t aware that these investigators were part of the defense team. Still, they helped get her off, so they must have found something that the jury saw as exculpatory. What will be interesting is what happens if all this is brought up in front of the Senate during President Trump\u2019s impeachment trial. (If there is one) Between this and the other things orbiting around the Bidens, it isn\u2019t beyond the realm of possibility that father and sun might get to share many years of quality time in Club Fed.<\/p>\n Thatisall<\/p>\n I wrote this up on Sunday, and of course, the Coke Head has come out and denied everything.
