The 2020 Democrat Presidential candidates have all come out as not liking the idea that blowing the head of the Iranian Terrorist group, Quds Force, into small flaming bits of road kill is a bad idea. Considering that they\u2019ve all backed Obama\u2019s cave in to Iran, this isn\u2019t surprising. The candidates, as usual, have been trying to have it both ways, saying that Gen. Qassem Soleimani was not a good guy, but that just because he was murdering Americans, we should have done nothing. Here are some details from The Hill<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n 2020 Democratic presidential candidates spoke out after President Trump<\/a> on Thursday approved an airstrike in Baghdad that killed Gen. Qassem Soleimani, the head of Iran\u2019s elite Quds Force.<\/b><\/p>\n The move is a major escalation of tensions between the U.S. and Iran, with Iran vowing “harsh retaliation” in response. <\/b><\/p>\n I have a question. How can this have \u201cEscalated tensions\u201d when we\u2019ve been under attack by Iran for 40 years? As for their harsh response? They might want to reflect on how this all started. Iran sent in terrorists and killed an American contractor. President Trump has been letting slide damage to property and attacks on other, non-Americans, for the most part. However, he\u2019s made it quite plain, you hurt an American, we\u2019re coming for you. Blasting Soleimani was a pretty straightforward indication that President Trump meant business. However, the Democrats are showing how they would respond, and it\u2019s shows that they don\u2019t care how many Americans get murdered.<\/p>\n Former Vice President and Democratic front-runner Joe Biden<\/a> tweeted a statement late Thursday that \u201cNo American will mourn Qassem Soleimani’s passing,\u201d but cautioned that Trump\u2019s order could leave the U.S. \u201con the brink of a major conflict across the Middle East.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n \u201cNo American will mourn Qassem Soleimani\u2019s passing. He deserved to be brought to justice for his crimes against American troops and thousands of innocents across the region. He supported terror and sowed chaos. None of that negates the fact that this is a hugely escalatory move in an already dangerous region,\u201d Biden said.<\/strong><\/p>\n So, Quid Pro Joe Biden would have done exactly as he recommended be done when we located Osama bin Laden. Nothing, then lie about it. Then we have Comrade Bernie. His answer is to prevent President Trump form protecting Americans.<\/p>\n Sen. Bernie Sanders<\/a> (I-Vt.) tweeted Thursday, warning that \u201cTrump’s dangerous escalation brings us closer to another disastrous war in the Middle East that could cost countless lives and trillions more dollars.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n \u201cTrump promised to end endless wars, but this action puts us on the path to another one,\u201d Sanders continued.<\/b><\/p>\n I would like to see where we\u2019re planning on going to war with Iran. Granted, Iran has been at war with the United States since 1979, but frankly, other then a few strikes, we haven\u2019t done anything to them. Of course, Comrade Bernie, like all the Democrats, think that President Trump is like the old Neo-frauds<\/i><\/span> Neocons that used to infest the Republican party. They were all about \u201cRegime Change\u201d and \u201cNation building.\u201d<\/p>\n President Trump, like most real Americans, isn\u2019t interested things like regime change and nation building. We\u2019re interested in regime ending and nation flattening. That doesn\u2019t require boots on the ground in Iran. Of course, Comrade Bernie\u2019s answer, if he were president, is right out of the French playbook. Wave a white flag and surrender. Next we have Fauxahontas Warren.<\/p>\n Sen. Elizabeth Warren<\/a> (D-Mass.) joined Biden in condemning Soleimani, saying he was \u201ca murderer, responsible for the deaths of thousands, including hundreds of Americans.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n And just like Quid Pro Joe, she would do nothing if Americans are attacked.<\/p>\n \u201cBut this reckless move escalates the situation with Iran and increases the likelihood of more deaths and new Middle East conflict. Our priority must be to avoid another costly war,\u201d she continued.<\/b><\/p>\n Lie-a-watha, like Quid Pro Joe and Comrade Bernie fails do understand that President Trump doesn\u2019t want a war. He doesn\u2019t want to send American troops in harms way unless there is no other option. However, unlike the spineless Democrats, if he does have to use military force, he doesn\u2019t tie the hands of the military. He asks for a plan, asks what they need, then tells them to get it done. Just ask ISIS how things worked out once Obama was gone and President Trump was in charge. Oh Wait! You can\u2019t! They\u2019re all dead. Next we have the failed mayor of South Bend Indiana, Pete Buttplug.<\/p>\n Former South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg<\/a>‘s campaign press secretary released the mayor’s statement on the airstrike Friday,<\/strong><\/p>\n “As a former military intelligence officer on the ground in Afghanistan, I was trained to ask the hard questions before acting. A Commander-in-Chief must do the same,” Buttigieg said. <\/b><\/p>\n “Before engaging in military action that could destabilize an entire region, we must take a strategic, deliberate approach that includes consultation with Congress, our allies, and stakeholders in the Middle East,” he added.<\/b><\/p>\n Considering the constant intelligence failures in Afghanistan, I don\u2019t think Buttplug should be touting his \u201cExperience.\u201d In reviewing his Wikipedia article, he was an Ensign and really didn\u2019t have much to do with locating the enemy. He was a part of a group that followed the money of terrorists. In other words, he was basically an accountant.<\/p>\n The remaining cast of clowns, such as Cory \u201cI will outlaw meat\u201d Booker and the others are basically more of the same. Then we have Marianne Williamson, who apparently wrote a book about something and decided to fail at running for president.<\/p>\n “Prayers for peace. Killing of Qasem Solemani by US military was one of the most reckless irresponsible actions ever directed by a US President. Congress deserves condemnation for allowing it (NDAA) and Americans need to understand this: War with Iran would be totally disastrous.”<\/b><\/p>\n Well, if we fought the war, if it happens, which I doubt, they way every president has fought wars since World War 2, you\u2019re correct. I don\u2019t think that\u2019s how President Trump would engage the enemy if it came to that. I think his orders would be very simple, straightforward and easy to carry out. Kill the leadership, destroy their infrastructure, smash their military and basically blow them back into the stone age. In other words, the way the United States military did things until nuclear weapons scared the politicians.<\/p>\n The Democrats have shown where they stand and it isn\u2019t with the United States of America and the American people. They stand with our enemies. Barack Obama and John Kerry sold out the United States to Iran, and President Trump has been cleaning up their mess ever since he took office.<\/p>\n If any of these bozos were to somehow win the presidency, well, I can almost guarantee that the Nukes will fly. India into Pakistan, Israel into Iran and tens of millions dead. Iran is nothing more then a bully, and the way to deal with a bully is to knock them down so hard they never bother you again.
