Good day all. We have some breaking news. Last night, Chris Matthews, aka \u201cTingles\u201d announced that he was \u2018Retiring\u201d from Hardball, effective immediately.<\/p>\n

Matthews, who earned the nickname \u201cTingles\u201d when he remarked that Barack Obama sent a \u201ctingle\u201d down his leg, (Or up, I don\u2019t recall exactly. Either way the idea to me is \u201cIcky!\u201d), was the stereotypical moonbat who never met a loony leftist idea he didn\u2019t want to impose on others. He also had a tendency to treat women like objects. This may be why he was \u2018Retired\u201d so suddenly. Here are some details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

MSNBC<\/a> star Chris Matthews<\/a> shocked his colleagues and viewers Monday night by announcing that he was stepping down as host of the cable news channel’s primetime staple, “Hardball,” effective immediately. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Let me start with my headline tonight: I’m retiring. This is the last ‘Hardball’ on MSNBC,” Matthews announced at the top of his show. “And obviously, this isn’t for the lack of interest in politics. As you can tell, I loved every minute of my 20 years as host of ‘Hardball.’ Every morning I read the papers and I’m gung-ho to get to work. Not many people have had this privilege. I loved working with my producers and our discussions we’d have on how we report the news. And I love having this connection with you, the people who watch.” <\/b><\/p>\n

He continued, “After conversations with NBC, I decided tonight will be my last ‘Hardball.’ So let me tell you why. The younger generations out there are ready to take the reins. We see them in politics, in the media, and fighting for their causes.” <\/b><\/p>\n

There are rumors that Tingles \u201cRetirement\u201d was a nice way of saying \u201cYou\u2019re fired!\u201d He\u2019s had a running issue with female journalists over the years, basically treating them as objects. On a hard left, progressive network, this is a great way to kill your career, and it looks like this is what happened.<\/p>\n

During his remarks, the longtime MSNBC host then referenced renewed claims of sexual harassment against him by a journalist who previously appeared on his show. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Compliments on a woman’s appearance that some men, including me, might have once incorrectly thought were okay were not okay, not then and certainly not today. And for making such comments in the past, I’m sorry,” said Matthews, who went on to say that he was “very proud” of the work he had done on his show and that he will “continue” to write and talk about politics. <\/b><\/p>\n

Tingles is also a typical Old White Male Progressive Liberal Democrat. He thinks the world revolves around him and that women exist to serve him. I find it interesting that these days, it\u2019s been men on the Progressive side of the fence who have been getting hammered by the #MeToo movement, probably due to way to many Progressive women actually being \u201cFeminazis\u201d who take offense at anything with a \u201cY\u201d chromosome.<\/p>\n

“And for those of you who have gotten into the habit of watching ‘Hardball’ every night, I hope you’re going to miss me because I’m going to miss you,” Matthews concluded. “But remember Humphrey Bogart in ‘Casablanca’: We’ll always have Hardball. So let’s not say goodbye, but until we meet again.”<\/b><\/p>\n

No, I won\u2019t miss you and you couldn\u2019t polish Bogart\u2019s shoes with your tongue. Good by and good riddance to you Tingles. Don\u2019t let the door hit you on the way out.<\/p>\n
