Good day all. President Trump has been working on reforming the criminal justice system since he took office. While he works with congress to clean up some of the old laws that are either being misapplied, or are just plain bad, he\u2019s also been commuting sentences and issuing pardons.<\/p>\n

One of the people he has pardoned is now running for office against one of President Trump\u2019s biggest haters, Her name is Angela Stanton-King. She was convicted of being part of a car theft ring and served time for it. Now that she has been pardoned, all of her constitutional rights have been restored, including holding elective office. Now she\u2019s running against Representative John Lewis, (D-GA). Here are the details from The Blaze<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A former reality show celebrity and author who was pardoned by President Donald Trump will face one of his loudest foes in Congress as she runs to replace Rep. John Lewis (D-Ga.).<\/b><\/p>\n

Stanton-King was convicted in 2004 on charges related to a car theft ring and she spent more than two years in prison for the crime, according<\/a> to the Atlanta-Journal Constitution. <\/b>The president pardoned<\/a> her in February.<\/b><\/p>\n

So she served her time, paid her debt to society and became a taxpaying citizen. The crime was not one of violence and she has not broken any other laws since her release. She definitely is one of those people who should have all their rights restored.<\/p>\n

“Today, (Stanton-King) is a national best-selling author, widely acclaimed television personality, and proponent of criminal justice reform,” read a statement from the White House. <\/b><\/p>\n

“She works tirelessly to improve reentry outcomes for people returning to their communities upon release from prison, focusing on the critical role of families in the process. This pardon is supported by Alveda King,” the statement added.<\/b> Stanton-King is the goddaughter of Alveda King, the pro-life activist.<\/b><\/p>\n

I am not familiar with Alveda King, so I have looked her up. It seems she\u2019s the niece of Dr. Martin Luther King, isn\u2019t a big fan of abortion, and is also a Republican. In other words, she is a woman who thinks for herself and doesn\u2019t let others do her thinking for her. (Probably why the Democratic CommuNazis aren\u2019t her biggest fans)<\/p>\n

Now, as to Ms. Stanon-King\u2019s reasons for running against the Trump hating Progressive Liberal Democrat, Ms. Tanton-King believes that Lewis no longer represents the people of his district, only the Democratic CommuNazi party.<\/p>\n

The best-selling author said that she respects Lewis’ record of fighting for Civil Rights, but she opposes the Democratic party’s pro-abortion policies. <\/b><\/p>\n

“I have the utmost respect for the contributions that he has made to black America,” Stanton-King said, “However, this isn’t the Selma bridge, and our babies are dying. It is time for war.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Personally, I will never have an abortion, but I do have my opinions. My idea for solving this issue once and for all is to find a way to make abortion obsolete. It might still be legal, but no woman will get one because she will not need or want it. In other words, it\u2019s going to take a lot of science and research.<\/p>\n

Also, John Lewis hates President Trump. This hatred goes right to his core and is completely unjustified. Lewis is do blinded by his hate, that he doesn\u2019t care about anything else but \u201cGetting Trump at all costs!\u201d This is why Angela Stanton-King is running to replace him. He\u2019s completely lost his mind to Trump Derangement Syndrome. (Far more infectious then COVID-19)<\/p>\n

Lewis has also been an outspoken opponent of Trump, and went as far as boycotting<\/a> a Civil Rights event in 2017 because the president would be in attendance as well. <\/b><\/p>\n

“This isn’t about replacing John Lewis, this is about picking up the torch and continuing the fight for Justice,” she tweeted. <\/b><\/p>\n

Lewis long ago stopped fighting for justice. In fact, his actions have led to lots of injustice. He\u2019s become a blind supporting of the Progressive Democratic CommuNazi Elite. As for Ms. Stanton-King?<\/p>\n

“I turned my life around. I have completely redeemed my life,” Stanton-King said. “This race is not about me trying to beat John Lewis. It is about carrying the torch and picking up the fight. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results.”<\/b><\/p>\n

I have no idea if Ms. Stanton-King will defeat the dinosaur currently in office. It would be nice if she did and sent Lewis off to a nice congressional retirement home, where he can rust with honor with all the other political fossils. I wish Ms. Stanton-King the best of luck. She is a case where someone made a mistake and learned from it and now has become a productive member of society.<\/p>\n
