Good day all. I\u2019ve long known what a slimy weasel former New York mayor Michael A. Bloomberg is, and his recent attempt to purchase the 2020 presidential election for $1 BILLION DOLLARS!, (Cue Dr. Evil<\/a>), showed everyone what a tyrannical liar he is.<\/p>\n

Well, now that Bloomies is out of the race, he\u2019s been putting his money into the DNC. He also told his campaign staffers that they would have jobs through November. This included health insurance. Well guess what? He lied again, and now people who have been exposed to the China Flu are being thrown out the door. Here are the details from Business Insider<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Dozens of staffers for former Mayor Mike Bloomberg’s campaign learned in a Thursday night email they were exposed to coronavirus.<\/b><\/p>\n

No worries, King Bloomies the Last will provide for them, He promised to, after all.<\/b><\/p>\n

Hour later, on Friday morning, many of those same staffers were laid off and are now set to lose health insurance at the end of the month.<\/b><\/p>\n

According to Politico, staffers who worked out of the campaign headquarters in New York City received an email on Thursday evening informing them that an employee who works in the same building had tested positive for the novel coronavirus.<\/a> <\/b><\/p>\n

The campaign told staffers who worked in the Midtown Manhattan office that the person had last been in the office on March 16, and advised staff to work from home for two weeks as a precaution. It’s unclear whether the person was employed by the Bloomberg campaign.<\/b><\/p>\n

Well, they won\u2019t have to worry about working form home for the next two weeks.<\/p>\n

But a day after learning of the potential coronavirus exposure, staffers were out of a job and learned their insurance would run out soon.<\/b><\/p>\n

After Bloomberg formally ended his campaign after a miserable performance in the March 3 Super Tuesday contests, he closed all of his campaign offices except those in six key swing states<\/a>, telling staffers they would keep working in those offices and would be employed by a Bloomberg political action committee.<\/b><\/p>\n

But on Friday morning, Bloomberg announced he had scrapped his plans to create an independent expenditure committee dedicated to defeating Trump and would instead transfer $18 million from his campaign account to the Democratic National Committee, shutting down all of his current campaign offices and laying off hundreds of people.<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n

And that, as we say, is that. Now these people have been exposed to the China Flu. You can expect a few of them to contract it, and potentially a couple might require hospitalization. Up until last Friday, (March 20th<\/sup>), they thought that if they caught the virus, they would be covered by their insurance. Silly Liberals putting their trust into Mini-Mike.<\/p>\n

Multiple Bloomberg staffers told both Politico<\/a> and Insider’s Ashley Collman<\/a> that given Bloomberg’s extreme wealth, they were angry and disappointed to suddenly lose both their jobs and their health insurance in the middle of a serious pandemic that is hitting the New York area particularly hard.<\/b><\/p>\n

This surprises you why? The man you are backing is a contemptible excuse for a human being, and doesn\u2019t care about anything but himself and increasing his wealth. His sole reason to run against President Trump was to reverse President Trump\u2019s economic plans and sell out America to the Chinese…again.<\/p>\n

“Think about the potential of someone getting hospitalized on April 1, without coverage, fighting for their life and now being strapped with massive medical debt,” one employee in the New York headquarters told Politico<\/a>. “The campaign’s refusal to extend health care benefits is unconscionable and putting people at grave risk.”<\/b><\/p>\n

One former staffer in the campaign’s Minnesota office told Insider<\/a>: “This is the worst pandemic in 100 years and you’re dropping a thousand people into an amazing amount of insecurity at the worst possible time. It really just sucks…when you talk about the ‘compassionate billionaire’… you can’t sell me on it anymore.”<\/b><\/p>\n

Stop watching CNN. This is NOT the worse epidemic in one hundred years. (I don\u2019t consider it to be a true pandemic. Let me know when we reach 5-10 million people with the China Flu and then I\u2019ll consider it a pandemic) However, the fact you hitched your wagon to a man who\u2019s contempt for most of the human race is well known deserves all the contempt I can throw at you. In the worst case scenario, some of these people will become critically ill and die. The world will then be left with a few less Political Science majors screwing things up for the rest of us.<\/p>\n
