Good day all. Shortly after the China Virus started moving around the globe, panicking all and sundry, French doctors discovered that old style anti-malarial drugs seemed to greatly reduce the symptoms and help those who were in dire straits recover.<\/p>\n

Shortly afterwords, President Trump mentioned this and asked doctors to investigate if this would be beneficial to the patients. Many doctors started looking into this and the anecdotal evidence seems to indicate that the drugs do work. This has led to certain Democrat governors banning the use of these drugs by executive order for the purpose of aiding Wuhan Flu patients.<\/p>\n

Not one of these governors, (Steve Sisolok, Nevada, Andrew Cuomo, NY, and Gretchen Wittmer, Michigan), has any training in biology or medical science. The only reason they\u2019ve banned doctors from prescribing these medications was pure politics. It made President Trump look good.<\/p>\n

The blow-back started almost immediately. Now Michigan\u2019s Moonbat governor has changed her mind and is now allowing doctors to prescribe and pharmacies to supply the drugs in question. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Michigan,<\/a> this week, requested hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine from the Strategic National Stockpile for physicians to use to help treat patients with COVID-19, after the Food and Drug Administration over the weekend granted an emergency use authorization for the anti-malarial drugs. <\/b><\/p>\n

But last week, Whitmer\u2019s administration threatened physicians prescribing the drugs, saying they were subject to \u201cadministrative action\u201d<\/a> should they continue to use the medication. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThe Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs has received multiple allegations of Michigan physicians inappropriately prescribing hydroxychloroquine or chloroquine to themselves, family, friends, and\/or coworkers without a legitimate medical purpose,\u201d Deb Gagliardi, the director of the Bureau of Professional Licensing, and Forrest Pasanski, the director of the Enforcement Division, wrote in a letter to \u201clicensed prescribers and dispensers.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cPrescribing hydroxychloroquine or chloroquine without further proof of efficacy for treating COVID-19 or with the intent to stockpile the drug may create a shortage\u201d for those patients who need the drug for its approved use, adding that \u201creports of this conduct will be evaluated and may be further investigated for administrative action. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cAgain, these drugs have not been proven scientifically or medically to treat COVID-19.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

The blatant lies and outright threats towards doctors by the governor pretty much blew up spectacularly in her face. She was being accused of putting politics ahead of a potential life saving treatment. The lie that there would be \u201cStockpiling\u201d was the excuse she used to try and cover her ass.<\/p>\n

Of course there was no \u201cScientific testing\u201d on the treatment. There simply hadn\u2019t been any time and doctors were trying everything in their pharmacy. The early results were enough for other doctors around the world to continue trying the medications, and as we have seen, the results in many cases have been spectacular. This has been a problem for the Democratic CommuNazi governors such as Whitmer. Now they could be held liable, potentially in a criminal case. She\u2019s \u201cseen the light\u201d and reversed course.<\/p>\n

Michigan reversed course,<\/a> requesting a supply of the medications for physicians to use in treating patients of COIVD-19, after the Department of Health and Human Services received and accepted donations of the medications to the national stockpile to be used for coronavirus treatment. <\/b><\/p>\n
