Good day all. Since the Great Panicdemic of 2020 took hold, the responses to it by the various states and cities have been interesting. While most states have ordered the demolition of their economies<\/i><\/span> closing of businesses, there has been a different reaction to people going outside.<\/p>\n

In most states run by a Republican administration, they have not ordered people locked inside their homes under threat of arrest. In Democrat controlled states and cities, just the opposite is occurring. Now understand, we\u2019re not talking about people who have the China flu or have been exposed to it. Just the opposite. We\u2019re talking about healthy people going out and about, maintaining a safe distance from others and going about their business.<\/p>\n

Now we\u2019re seeing the threats being carried out, especially in the People\u2019s Democratic Republic of Kalifornistan. The Supreme Soviet has ordered people to stay home or else. This has led to some incredibly blatant civil rights violations. There was a man who was paddling around the ocean in a kayak in Kalifornistan with no one but fish near him. They sent a police boat out after him.<\/p>\n

Now they ticketed people who were in their cars, watching the sunset. Other have been ticketed for driving alone in their own cars. Finally, Senator Ted Cruz had enough and started blasting out tweets regarding the totalitarian tendencies of the average Progressive Liberal Democratic politician. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Sen. Ted Cruz<\/a>, R-Texas, blasted Democrat-led states for “absurd” enforcement of coronavirus<\/a> stay-at-home orders in a Sunday night tweet, reacting to the story of a Pennsylvania<\/a> woman who was given a $200 citation for allegedly driving alone in violation of the governor’s order. <\/b><\/p>\n

The woman, identified as 19-year-old Anita Schaffer in a story first reported by PennLive<\/a> last week, was originally pulled over for a taillight violation but officers then cited her for violating a stay-at-home order from Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf, a Democrat. <\/b><\/p>\n

“This is absurd,” Cruz tweeted in reaction to the story. “To Dem politicians (and it seems to be only Dems doing this, eg Wolf in PA, DeBlasio in NYC, Cooper in NC), protect public safety, but WE DON\u2019T LIVE IN A POLICE STATE. Resist authoritarianism & don\u2019t abuse power. Driving a car alone is not a public health threat.” <\/b><\/p>\n

The problem here, Senator, is that the party formally known as the Democrat Party, (Now identified as the Democratic CommuNazi or just CommuNazis for short), has absolutely no interest in individual rights, the Constitution or the best interests of the United States of America. As far as they\u2019re concerned, a police state is just what we need, as long as they\u2019re the police.<\/p>\n

The citation, obtained by Fox43<\/a>, says Schaffer “failed to abide by the order of the Governor and Secretary of Health issued to control the spread of a communicable disease, requiring the closure of all non-life-sustaining businesses as of 20:00 hours on March 29, 2020. To wit, defendant states that she was \u2018going for a drive\u2019 after this violation was in effect.”<\/b><\/p>\n

I foresee a huge number of lawsuits once this is all said and done. These orders are a flagrant violation of the constitutional rights of every American citizen and legal resident alien. These aren\u2019t people who might be infected, and even if they were, they weren\u2019t going near other people.<\/p>\n

Pennsylvania state Sen. Kristin Phillips-Hill, a Republican who represents York County, where the violation happened, told FOX43 on Friday<\/a> the governor’s office needs to clarify guidance. <\/b><\/p>\n

“This is kind of unsettling,” she told FOX43. “I’ve had people say, you know, I just want to go out on my motorcycle and go and take a ride, and ask, ‘am I allowed to do that?'”<\/b><\/p>\n

As far as the CommuNazis in the governor\u2019s office? No, the slaves and serfs have no rights to move about.<\/p>\n

The Washington Post<\/a> reported Saturday that D.C.-area officials have said going for a “leisure” drive to get out of the house is allowed, but each state that issues a stay-at-home order does so independently, meaning there might be slight differences in what is allowed and how they are enforced state-by-state.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Most of the states running roughshod over people’s rights just happen to be run by the Democratic CommuNazis, just as Senator Cruz noted in his tweets. In New Hampshire, the Governor said he didn\u2019t believe he could issue a no travel, stay in your homes order, and frankly, it wouldn\u2019t have been virtually impossible to enforce.<\/p>\n

I like to walk about during my lunch break, and there are people all over the place. They\u2019re just staying away from each other. Of course, they generally do that anyway up here in the Granite State. I suspect that a lot of governors who decided they were king may find out that in reality, they\u2019re just the fascist wannabe\u2019s on the unemployment line after the next elections.<\/p>\n
