She\u2019s been turning uip all sorts of exculpatory information to the point the Judge in the case told her to just get it all together and submit it on one huge pile. The latest document drop were a series of memos showing that the FBI had no case, but that they decided to frame General Flynn. Here are the details of this breaking story from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n The Justice Department<\/a> on Thursday moved to drop its case against former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, in a stunning development that comes after internal memos were released raising serious questions about the nature of the investigation that led to Flynn\u2019s<\/a> late 2017 guilty plea of lying to the FBI. <\/b><\/p>\n The announcement came in a court filing, with the department saying it is dropping the case “after a considered review of all the facts and circumstances of this case, including newly discovered and disclosed information.” The DOJ said it had concluded that Flynn’s interview by the FBI was “untethered to, and unjustified by, the FBI’s counterintelligence investigation into Mr. Flynn” and that the interview was “conducted without any legitimate investigative basis.” <\/b><\/p>\n Considering what\u2019s been coming out from the Defense, I think that a certain prosecuting attorney is looking to change his pants. It\u2019s beginning to look like he either hid evidence, or is so incompetent that he didn\u2019t follow the judges orders to find it in the first place.<\/p>\n The federal judge overseeing the case would have to make the final determination to dismiss the case. <\/b><\/p>\n If the judge ignores the Department of Justice and continues with the case, he will be seen as nothing more then a judicial tyrant. It wold also give President Trump the ammunition to pardon General Flynn if he needs to.<\/p>\n Earlier Thursday, the top prosecutor on the case, Brandon Van Grack, abruptly withdrew from the case, without explanation, in a brief filing with the court. <\/b><\/p>\n Yep, he\u2019s looking for a nice retirement home in a non-extradition country, after he changes his underwear.<\/p>\n The U.S. attorney reviewing the Flynn case, Jeff Jensen, recommended dropping the case to Attorney General William Barr last week and formalized the recommendation in a document this week. <\/b><\/p>\n “Through the course of my review of General Flynn’s case, I concluded the proper and just course was to dismiss the case,” Jensen said in a statement. “I briefed Attorney General Barr on my findings, advised him on these conclusions, and he agreed.” <\/b><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n
