Good day all. It seems that the Great Mistake, Former, (Thankfully), president Barack Obama, has crawled out form whatever rock he\u2019s been under to give his opinion of the dismissal of charges against General Flynn.<\/p>\n

As more information into how and why Flynn was targeted, the Democrats grow more and more concerned with their own freedom. This appears to include Obama, since it now looks like the trail of who was involved Russian Collusion investigation fiasco is leading into the Oval Office. This has caused Der Fubar to come out and remark that the Rule of Law is now at risk. (Please stop laughing) Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Former President Barack Obama<\/a> on Friday reacted to the Justice Department\u2019s move to end its case against Michael Flynn by declaring that the \u201crule of law is at risk\u201d — as new details emerge<\/a> about what the former president knew about the case against Flynn in the last days of his administration. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThe news over the last 24 hours I think has been somewhat downplayed \u2014 about the Justice Department dropping charges against Michael Flynn,\u201d Obama said, according to Yahoo News<\/a>, in a web talk with members of the Obama Alumni Association.<\/b><\/p>\n

Oh no it hasn\u2019t. What the Democratic CommuNazi Ministry of Propaganda is trying to do is protect your crooked ass you idiot.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd the fact that there is no precedent that anybody can find for someone who has been charged with perjury just getting off scot-free,” he reportedly said. “That\u2019s the kind of stuff where you begin to get worried that basic \u2014 not just institutional norms \u2014 but our basic understanding of rule of law is at risk. And when you start moving in those directions, it can accelerate pretty quickly as we\u2019ve seen in other places.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

I\u2019m not going to start digging through thousands of cases, however I do think people have been acquitted of perjury charges. I know that you pardoned a few liars yourself. However, Flynn wasn\u2019t convicted of perjury. He was blackmailed into pleading guilty after your prosecutors threatened his family.<\/p>\n

Yahoo News, in reporting the tape, noted that Obama incorrectly states the charges against Flynn, who was not charged with perjury. Instead, Flynn pleaded guilty in 2017 to lying to the FBI about his conversations with the Russian ambassador in the transition period between the Obama and Trump administrations. But Flynn\u2019s supporters have long argued that the FBI set a perjury trap for Flynn. <\/b><\/p>\n

And now the evidence, evidence that was illegally kept from the defense team, shows that Flynn didn\u2019t lie.<\/p>\n

The move this week by the DOJ<\/a> came after the release of memos showing bureau officials debating at the time whether their purpose in interviewing Flynn was to get him to lie and prosecute him or get him to \u201cadmit to breaking the Logan Act\u201d — an obscure law that bars non-government officials from pretending to represent the U.S. <\/b><\/p>\n

And then we come to the real reason Obama has opened his mouth again.<\/p>\n

New details emerged also this week about what Obama himself knew at the time of\u00a0the Flynn case. Obama warned the Trump administration against hiring Flynn and said he was \u201cnot a fan\u201d of the former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency. <\/b><\/p>\n

If I recall correctly, there was a meeting with Comey, Yates, Biden and a few others regarding this and other plans to Get Trump! Could it be that the SCoaMF is becoming a bit concerned about his legacy? (As in it could change to \u201cFirst president ever convicted of a felony and imprisoned)<\/p>\n

According to declassified interview transcripts<\/a>, Obama told then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and then-FBI Director James Comey in early 2017 that he had \u201clearned of the information about Flynn\u201d and his conversation with the Russian ambassador about sanctions.<\/b><\/p>\n

Well now we have actual RUSSIAN COLLUSION!!! Actually, I think he got the information from either Clapper or Brennan who had turned the intelligence services into the Democrat Party spy agencies.<\/p>\n

Obama “specified that he did not want any additional information on the matter, but was seeking information on whether the White House should be treating Flynn any differently, given the information.”<\/b><\/p>\n

Sorry Charlie…Barry. You\u2019ve blown your plausible deniability. You are now in the \u201cUnindicted Co-Conspirator\u201d zone.<\/p>\n

At that point, the documents showed, “Yates had no idea what the president was talking about, but figured it out based on the conversation. Yates recalled Comey mentioning the Logan Act, but can’t recall if he specified there was an ‘investigation.’ Comey did not talk about prosecution in the meeting.” <\/b><\/p>\n

No, he wouldn\u2019t. There was no need to, It was assumed by all parties in the know that Flynn was going down no matter what they had to do.<\/p>\n

The exhibit continues: “It was not clear to Yates from where the President first received the information. Yates did not recall Comey’s response to the President’s question about how to treat Flynn. She was so surprised by the information she was hearing that she was having a hard time processing it and listening to the conversation at the same time.”<\/b><\/p>\n

And if Yates had a modicum of honesty and ethics, she would have walked away from this as fast as her feet could carry her. Instead, she joined in and got herself fired by President Trump for insubordination. We will send her to a minimum security prison though, not the supermax the others should be locked away in.<\/p>\n

As for Obama? If the trail leads where I hope it does, it may come to pass that we will test the Tom Kratman Theory. That we can\u2019t prosecute a former president for crimes he commits in office because the next one won\u2019t step down when his term ends.<\/p>\n
