Good day all. It seems that the empress of Michigan, Wretched Gretchen Whitmer is continuing her reign of error against the citizens of Michigan. She has decided that the peons and serfs who had the temerity to protest her decisions need to be punished.<\/p>\n

She has decided to keep the state locked down until June 12th<\/sup>. Never mind that there is no reason to do this. Don\u2019t bother her with the hardships she\u2019s putting people under. They are against her so she is going to keep everyone under house arrest. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Michigan<\/a> Gov. Gretchen Whitmer<\/a> extended her stay-at-home order<\/a> Friday to June 12, her fifth extension of a mandate that has put her at odds with Republican lawmakers and has been the subject of mounting criticism and anti-lockdown protests.<\/b><\/p>\n

The order, called “Safer at Home,” will extend temporary business closures and movement restrictions in an effort to combat the coronavirus pandemic. Whitmer also extended her state of emergency through June 19, WJBK-TV reported. In a statement, she said that while COVID-19<\/a> cases and deaths are declining, “we are not out of the woods yet.” <\/b><\/p>\n

“If we\u2019re going to lower the chance of a second wave and continue to protect our neighbors and loved ones from the spread of this virus, we must continue to do our part by staying safer at home,\u201d the Democrat<\/a> Governor said. <\/b><\/p>\n

Wretched Gretchen is obviously not paying attention to what is actually happening. It\u2019s looking like a far greater number of people have already caught the China Virus then was first thought. About a third of those who have been infected are asymptomatic. In other words, they show no symptoms.<\/p>\n

Those that do show symptoms range from people who think all they had as a bad cold or flu to those who need to go to the hospital. The vast majority of people recover and move on with their lives. No, this isn\u2019t about \u201cbending the curve,\u201d it\u2019s about power, nothing more.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf we open too soon, thousands more could die and our hospitals will get overwhelmed,” she said. “While we ?nally have more protective equipment like masks, we can\u2019t run the risk of running low again. We owe it to the real heroes on the front lines of this crisis — our first responders, health care workers and critical workers putting their lives on the line every day — to do what we can ourselves to stop the spread of the virus.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Another thing Wretched Gretchen has paid zero attention to was the actual low utilization of hospitals, even in areas that did get high rates of people who needed to be hospitalized. New York City, thanks to de Blasio and Cuomo, had a high rate of infection, but they never came close to maxing out the available hospital space. The real reason Wretched Gretchen is doing this, besides power, is also revenge.<\/p>\n

The move comes a day after a court ruled Whitmer has the authority<\/a> to keep Michigan under a state of emergency without approval from lawmakers. Republican<\/a> lawmakers had legally challenged the order. <\/b><\/p>\n

I did a quick check on the judge in question. Judge Cynthia Stephens is a Democrat, which means she\u2019s all for power of the state over the rights of the people.<\/p>\n

The mandate comes at a time when many states have begun to reopen their economies<\/a>. Some have eased their orders or lifted them entirely. In a tweet, Michigan Republican Party Chair Laura Cox criticized the timing of the extension. <\/b><\/p>\n

Not only is Gretchen Whitmer going around the state legislature with her stay at home orders, now she is going around the people of Michigan by announcing extensions after hours on a holiday weekend. <\/b><\/p>\n

T<\/b>he only thing she is trying to keep safe is her political career.<\/b><\/p>\n

Of course Wretched Gretchen is trying to save her political ass. There is already plans to recall her, and the only thing slowing that down is her orders preventing people from gathering to get signatures. The odds are, once this is all said and done, Wretched Gretchen is going to be removed from office.<\/p>\n

Wretched Gretchen was originally seen as a potential VP candidate for Slow Joe the Groper Biden. However, she has become so despised in Michigan that even if she avoids a recall, she is probably going to be hammered when she runs for reelection. It\u2019s basically, Stick the fork in, She\u2019d done.<\/p>\n
