This led one young man, a very young man, to throw a prom for his baby sitter. Here are the heartwarming details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n You\u2019re never too young to plan, and then throw, a prom<\/a>.<\/b><\/p>\n A 7-year-old in North Carolina showed his nanny how much she really meant to him by throwing her a private prom. He was reportedly inspired to hold the socially-distant dance after the COVID-19<\/a> pandemic upended the young woman\u2019s original prom plans. <\/b><\/p>\n Curtis Rogers went two months without seeing his nanny, Rachel Chapman, due to the coronavirus, ABC 11<\/a> reports. Rogers described Chapman as \u201cone of the best people I\u2019ve known\u201d and it definitely shows. <\/b><\/p>\n After Chapman\u2019s prom was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic, she was understandably upset. But Rogers’ invite lifted her spirits, even though she was momentarily saddened after finally putting on the dress she was supposed to wear to the actual event. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cI was kind of like bummed putting my dress on because I was sad; I don’t get to wear it to my senior prom. After leaving it and having that time with him because it was the first time I had seen him in two months, it was like, really fun, and I’m really glad that he did that.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n I\u2019m going to hold back a bit on my usual diatribes regarding the utter stupidity of the lockdowns other then to say, these fine young people are in the lowest risk group for serious Kung Flu issues. Moving on now to more important things\u2026<\/p>\n Rogers was a complete gentleman from the start, Chapman added.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cFirst he was waiting outside when we got there with the pool noodle and then he led me into the backyard,” Chapman explained. “He had all my favorite foods and everything. (When I clicked the link and went to Twitter, I noted that it was over 65K like sand 10K retweets. No doubt Twitter will delete it as not being politically correct or some other nonsense.<\/p>\n The boy’s mom, Elissa, told ABC 11, \u201cHe was very excited and wanted to make sure everything was just right and get his suit on and pick out his bowtie that matched her dress. It was really cute. He was really excited for it to start and make sure he was ready to impress her.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n Judging from the pictures, I would say that young Curtis hit a line drive right over the left field wall at Fenway Park<\/a>.
