Good day all. Now that the lock down hoax has been blown apart by the Riots of 2020, citizens and their representatives have started going after the tyrannical governors who refuse to open their states backup. One of these states is Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n

The governor, a paid up member of the Progressive Liberal Totalitarian Democratic CommuNazi party has refused to allow the citizens to get on with their lives, in some cases turning loose police to go after those who are not bowing down to him. The state legislature has had enough of him and have passed a bill overriding the governor\u2019s actions. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Republicans in the Pennsylvania<\/a> legislature and Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf<\/a> appear to be hurtling toward a constitutional battle over whether lawmakers have the power to override Wolf’s coronavirus<\/a> restrictions and get the state back to business-as-usual. <\/b><\/p>\n

The Pennsylvania House and Senate, both controlled by Republicans, passed a resolution Tuesday purporting to override Wolf’s coronavirus disaster declaration and directing the governor to “issue an executive order or proclamation ending the state of disaster emergency.”<\/b><\/p>\n

“The Senate voted on a resolution to end Governor Wolf’s statewide shut down, which has been hurting families and doing irreparable harm to employers,” Senate Majority Leader Jake Corman said Tuesday. “People need to have the freedom to return to normalcy and decide for themselves the level of engagement with society that they are comfortable doing\u2026 It is time to allow people the freedom to decide for themselves \u2013 to control their actions and decisions.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Needless to say, Governor Wolf disagrees.<\/p>\n

But Wolf, according to multiple reports, does not believe the resolution, without his approval, ends the disaster declaration or mandates him to take any action ending Pennsylvania’s state of emergency. <\/b><\/p>\n

“The disaster proclamation has not been terminated by the House or Senate\u2019s actions,” a spokeswoman for Wolf said, per PennLive<\/a>. “Only the governor can terminate the disaster emergency.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Not if he is removed from office, and, considering the fight going on, is what it may come down to. Wolf being either recalled, (If that is possible under the state constitution), or he is impeached.<\/p>\n

House Majority Leader Bryan Cutler, a Republican, maintained that the state’s coronavirus restrictions are now gone. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Since early March, Pennsylvanians across the Commonwealth have dealt with the heavy hand of government as a result of this declaration,” he said. “Under the Pennsylvania Constitution, the General Assembly has the authority to terminate a state of disaster emergency at any time… Today\u2019s vote reflects the actions of millions of Pennsylvanians who are already back at work, social distancing and making their own choices to protect themselves while also providing for their families and promoting equality for every resident of the Commonwealth.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Well, we certainly can\u2019t have that! People making their own decisions? How did they get that silly idea? No, Governor Wolf and the other Democratic CommuNazis have been using the Panicdemic to gain and maintain absolute power. However, they\u2019ve run into a small problem. The citizens are revolting, and not just revolting, the dirty little serfs are also rebelling against their lords and masters.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Democrats in the Pennsylvania legislature railed against Republicans, saying that the action to terminate the emergency declaration could have the effect of foreclosing federal assistance to citizens of the commonwealth. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Ending the Emergency Declaration doesn\u2019t end the virus,” Democratic Sen. Lindsey M. Williams said in a statement. “It doesn\u2019t put people back to work. It doesn\u2019t open more businesses. It doesn\u2019t provide Pennsylvania with more PPE or other needed supplies\u2013 in fact, it makes it harder for us to obtain those from the federal government and to coordinate with other states.” <\/b><\/p>\n

That is an absolute load of crap. First, the need for all that protective gear is actually declining and manufacturing of the same equipment has ramped up. As we\u2019re learning, the whole China Virus danger was massively overblown. Current statistics are showing that about 30% of people who test positive have no symptoms.<\/p>\n

Of the remaining 70%, a good 80% plus have symptoms ranging from not much worse then a bad cold to a nasty flu. The remaining people might end up seeing a doctor or going into the hospital. A very small percentage of infected people, usually with some sort of preexisting condition, dies. Most people who get the Wuhan Flu recover and don\u2019t even bother seeking medical assistance.<\/p>\n

Wolf and the Democratic CommuNazis are attempting to use this as a way to \u201cGet Trump!\u201d and throw the election to the mentally incompetent Slow Joe \u201cThe Groper\u201d Biden. The problem for Wolf and the other closet tyrants is that people are now starting to ignore his orders. I think Wolf, and a lot of other governors and mayors will be out of office a year from now, either defeated at the polls or flat out removed from office through other \u201clawful means.<\/p>\n
