Good day all. A few weeks ago, Attorney General William Barr fired now former United States Attorney Geoffrey Berman. This has led to the usual suspects on Capitol Hill to demand to know why this was done.<\/p>\n

When I say \u201cThe usual suspects,\u201d I mean all the Democrats and a few of the Beltway Uniparty RINOS like Lindsey Graham and Chuck \u201cSnake in the\u201d Grassley. Attorney General Barr Gave a few reasons, basically boiling down to Berman being insubordinate jerk. Now it\u2019s coming out that his refusal to do his job may have aided in the attempted coup masquerading as an impeachment by the Democrats. Here are the details from Just The News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Could the impeachment scandal have been prevented if the now-fired U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman had followed up on Ukrainian allegations about Joe Biden and his family in 2018? <\/b><\/p>\n

That\u2019s the tantalizing question raised by emails from fall 2018 between an American lawyer and the chief federal prosecutor in Manhattan that were obtained by Just the News. <\/b><\/p>\n

This is interesting. We know that Slow Joe the Groper Biden bragged about getting a Ukrainian prosecutor fired by threatening to withhold an aid package. This is what the Democratic CommuNazis accused, without any proof, President Trump of doing. It seems the Ukrainians tried to reach out to Berman\u2019s office long before Rudy Giuliani go involved, and apparently, Berman was not interested in going after the Bidens.<\/p>\n

The memos show that well before Ukrainian prosecutors reached out to Rudy Giuliani, President Trump\u2019s lawyer, in 2019 to talk about the Bidens and alleged 2016 election interference they first approached Berman\u2019s office in New York in October 2018 via another American lawyer. <\/b><\/p>\n

The memos show Little Rock, Ark., lawyer Bud Cummins, a former U.S. attorney himself, reached out at least five times in October 2018 to Berman seeking to arrange a meeting with then-Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko. <\/b><\/p>\n

If I recall correctly, this was long before the call between President Trump and the Ukrainian leader that was used by the CommuNazis to \u201cGET TRUMP!<\/p>\n

Lutsenko, who emerged as a key figure in the impeachment scandal, wanted to confidentially share with federal prosecutors in New York evidence he claimed to possess that raised concerns about the Bidens\u2019 behavior as well as alleged wrongdoing in the Paul Manafort corruption case. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cProsecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko is offering to come to U.S. meet with high-level law enforcement to share the fruits of investigations within Ukraine which have produced evidence of two basic alleged crimes,\u201d Cummins wrote Berman on Oct. 4, 2018, one day after the two had talked on the phone about the allegations. <\/b><\/p>\n

As to what the Ukrainians had on Biden? Does Bursima ring a bell? If it doesn\u2019t it\u2019s due to the Democratic CommuNazi Department of Propaganda working overtime to bury the information.<\/p>\n

The allegations included that Joe Biden had \u201cexercised influence to protect Burisma Holdings\u201d after his son Hunter and his son\u2019s business partner Devon Archer had joined the Ukrainian gas company\u2019s board of directors and \u201csubstantial sums of money were paid to them,\u201d Cummins wrote. <\/b><\/p>\n

Biden, being the brain dead corrupt moron that he is happily bragged on television about his criminal activities.<\/p>\n

Joe Biden boasted during a 2018 public appearance that he forced the firing on Lutsenko’s predecessor, Viktor Shokin, back in 2016 by threatening to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aid to Ukraine. At the time, Shokin was leading the investigation into Burisma. Biden denies the investigation factored into his decision. <\/b><\/p>\n

The story gets even better. Not only was Slow Joe Biden up to his neck in corruption, it looks like then Secretary of State John Forbes \u201cCaptain Ketchup\u201d along with the then Ambassador were involved as well.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe allegation by Prosecutor General Lutsenko et al is that the US ambassador, Marie L. Yovanovitch, Biden and Kerry made conclusions about who were the good guys and the bad guys in local government. They believe Biden and Kerry were influenced by payments to Hunter Biden and Devon Archer to influence certain decisions, particularly those benefitting Burisma,\u201d Cummins wrote, relaying the allegations from the Ukrainian officials. <\/b><\/p>\n

This brings us to the next interesting detail. This one concerns Paul Manafort who was recently convicted of something ginned up by the Mueller Inquisition.<\/p>\n

In addition, Cummins told Berman that Lutsenko had evidence that a ledger found in Ukraine in 2016 alleging to show payments to Manafort from a Russian-backed political party in Ukraine was doctored and the U.S. knew the evidence was corrupted. The emergence of the ledger caused Manafort to resign as Trump\u2019s campaign chairman in August 2016, and eventually led to his conviction on money laundering and tax charges. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThe second allegation above is that the Embassy and FBI willfully pressured Ukrainian officials to falsify evidence to be leaked to the media about Manafort to affect the outcome of the 2016 election,\u201d Cummins wrote Berman. <\/b><\/p>\n

Oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive. We know now that the entire Mueller inquisition was designed for one purpose only, to force President Trump out of office and preferably into prison. We\u2019re now learning just he deep the corruption is in the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. I wonder what would have happened to the case against Manafort if Berman had actually done his job and spoken to the Ukrainians? The entire case might have collapsed.<\/p>\n

Cummins said in an interview he had one phone call and four email contacts with Berman in October 2018 about the Ukrainian matter, but the prosecutor\u2019s office never took Lutsenko up on his offer to come to Washington and lay out his evidence. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cI never heard from them again,\u201d Cummins said of Berman\u2019s office. \u201cIt was an opportunity for the Justice Department to address these concerns privately, and who knows how history would have turned out had the SDNY simply followed up.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

What probably would have happened is that the cases Mueller and his minions brought would have collapsed, the Mueller Inquisition would have been closed down, a probable criminal investigation into the Bidens opened and the impeachment of President Trump never happening.<\/p>\n

Berman, instead, would eventually indict two associates of Giuliani on campaign finance and other charges after they tried to help the former New York City mayor and Trump lawyer publicize the Ukraine prosecutors’ concerns. <\/b><\/p>\n

Hmm, that sounds like a cover-up to me. Considering the lengths that Adam Schifthead and Jerry No Nads Nadler have gone to trying to get President Trump, perhaps Mr. Berman\u2019s activities should be looked into. The story goes into more details regarding Mr. Cummins attempts to get the Southern District Court of New York to talk with the Ukrainians to see of there was anything to the evidence against the Bidens. Instead, it looks like Berman and his office chose to bury this as deep as they could.<\/p>\n

The election this November is growing more and more critical by the day. If that scumbag Biden wins, he will be removed from office under the 25th<\/sup> Amendment in fairly short order and his Vice President, who will be some hard left totalitarian, will take over, and promptly bury all these investigations. That was the original plan in 2016 for Felonia von Pantsuit. She was meant to win and then destroy all the evidence of the crimes committed by the Obama Administration. Remember in November.<\/p>\n
