Good day all. One of the big surprises for all the rioters is that now they are facing federal charges. In prior riots, it was local and state courts that handled things, usually giving these pieces of human debris a pass on their bad behavior.<\/p>\n

Not any more it seems. The Department of Justice has announced that 150 federal cases are being made against the rioters. Here are the details from the Washington Examiner<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The top prosecutor in the nation\u2019s capital said the Justice Department has charged 150 people in cases related to acts of violence during protests that followed the death of George Floyd.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Acting U.S. Attorney for D.C. Michael Sherwin, picked<\/a> by Attorney General William Barr in mid-May after a stint as deputy attorney general for national security, revealed the number on Tucker Carlson\u2019s Fox News show Thursday evening while providing an update on the Justice Department\u2019s law enforcement efforts tied to the demonstrations over the past five weeks.<\/a> <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cUnder the leadership of President Trump, and the direction of the Attorney General, the United States attorney\u2019s offices across the United States have charged to date 150 federal cases related not only to the destruction of federal property but also a litany of other crimes that really have been lost in the shuffle,\u201d Sherwin said. \u201cIn addition to the arson cases, there are several other federal charges that a been levied across the United States … related to murder in California, to arson throughout the United States, and destruction of properties.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Somehow, I don\u2019t think the \u201cUsual suspects\u201d actually expected this to happen. If the Feds are going after them, and they get convictions, these dirtbags are looking at seriously hard time in a federal pound them in the ass prison. Worse, for them, is they will do something like 75% of their sentence before they become eligible for parole and in all probability, will do the entire sentence.<\/p>\n

The Justice Department charged<\/a> four men for attempting to tear down the statue of Andrew Jackson in Lafayette Square in late June. Federal prosecutors on Thursday charged and arrested<\/a> Jason Charter \u2014 a “ring leader” of the leftist anarchic and socialist group Antifa \u2014 both for his role in attempting to tear down the Andrew Jackson statue and vandalizing the statue of Confederate Gen. Albert Pike. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cPeople can\u2019t unilaterally decide what is right and what is wrong,\u201d Sherwin said. \u201cAnd If those people do make that decision on their own and take the law into their own hands, the law will come after them and the United States will use federal resources to charge you if you\u2019re inciting violence or destroying these monuments. Obviously we will use all resources to protect these monuments both in the D.C. area and throughout the United States, but we are also using these resources not only to charge federal cases \u2026 but also what people don\u2019t realize is the fact that under the direction of the attorney general, the FBI, and other federal law enforcement officials have leveraged and worked with local officials throughout the United States to charge hundreds of other cases.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

It\u2019s only going to get worse for the Antifa types. They are considered a domestic terrorist group. They earned this due to their, to be blunt, activities of physically attacking anyone who disagreed with their politics, and supported President Trump. The so called \u201cAlt-Right\u201d group, such as the Proud Boys have in many cases gone toe to toe with Antifa, usually as a result of Antifa initiating physical assaults on people.<\/p>\n

The next phase of these investigations is called \u201cFollow the money.\u201d We know that the Democratic Party Poobahs generally support what Antifa and the BLM groups are doing, but many of these \u201cOrganizers\u201d don\u2019t appear to have actual jobs. The question is, where is the money coming from to support the leadership of these organizations?<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have not identified, and this is a work in progress, to identify who is the command and control for some of these groups, but right now, there appears to be with some of these individuals, there\u2019s a loose affiliation with some extremist groups on the left and on the right,\u201d Sherwin told Carlson. \u201cAnd it appears that the bulk of, if not all of, the individuals that of interested related to some of these very violent acts are self-radicalized or lone wolves that self identify with these groups. That\u2019s not saying that there isn\u2019t an overall command and controlled, but we have not identified that full architecture yet.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Might I suggest a nice dose of rendition to a country not to familiar with this thing called \u201cConstitutional Rights?\u201d They can then get real friendly with Mr. Waterboard. I suspect most of these losers would break in minutes. Yeah I know, we can\u2019t do that. Waterboarding is considered torture by the left. Of course, it really isn\u2019t waterboarding if you use diesel, is it?<\/p>\n

The federal prosecutor said that he didn\u2019t want to \u201cpigeonhole any specific group\u201d and \u201cthe FBI has looked at several extremist groups throughout the full spectrum.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cWe are charging cases not of the basis of political affiliation,\u201d Sherwin said. \u201cWe\u2019re charging cases on the evidence purely.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

That\u2019s exactly how it should be of course. Unlike the Democrats, who will always use politics over evidence. (See The Flynn Affair and the Coup attempt masquerading as an impeachment as examples) The only hope these vermin have is Biden winning in November, then all these cases will be dropped. Of course, if the Dementia\u2019d One should win, we\u2019re going to have problems far worse then prosecuting Antifa terrorists.<\/p>\n
