Good day all. One of the things President Trump promised was to build a wall along the southern border to slow the flow of criminals illegally crossing into the United States. It has been slow going since the Beltway Uniparty along with the Progressive Liberal Democratic CommuNazis, (PLDC) have challenged the construction in court.<\/p>\n

The Open Borders groups have been judge shopping and usually will find an Obama judge who will ignore the law and the Constitution and issue an injunction. These have been regularly slapped down by the Supreme Court, usually along partisan lines. (The 2 Obama appointees will almost always protect Obama), Ruth Bader-Ginsberg\u2019s contempt for the constitution is well known. This was no different. In a 5-4 decision, the USSC said that the construction could continue. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The Supreme Court<\/a> by a 5-4 vote has denied a request to halt construction of President Trump\u2019s border wall<\/a> over environmental concerns. <\/b><\/p>\n

A number of groups, including the ACLU and Sierra Club, had asked the high court to get involved again after the justices last year cleared the way for the administration to use military funds for construction while the case played out in the courts. <\/b><\/p>\n

The ACLU, bluntly, should be investigated for sedition and conspiracy. They are anti-American, don\u2019t believe in Civil Liberties and are dedicated to the destruction of the United States. The Sierra Club jumped the shark long ago, backing pretty much every socialist plan to come down the pike. They certainly don\u2019t care about the environment any longer.<\/p>\n

“The fight continues,\u201d said Dror Ladin, a staff attorney with the ACLU\u2019s National Security Project. \u201cEvery lower court to consider the question has ruled President Trump’s border wall illegal, and the Supreme Court\u2019s temporary order does not decide the case. We\u2019ll be back before the Supreme Court soon to put a stop to Trump\u2019s xenophobic border wall once and for all.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

I looked this loser up. He\u2019s a typical hard left anti-American scumbag. How much of a loser? When I did a search on him, I expected a Wikipedia article to come up. Instead, I found the first entry to be from the Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowship. Paul Soros is the son of George Soros. Basically, that\u2019s as far as you need to go to understand what passes for thought processes from this bozo.<\/p>\n

The groups, led by the Center for Biological Diversity, challenged a 1996 law giving the president authority to fight illegal immigration and border crossings, and limiting some legal challenges. <\/b><\/p>\n

1996 law? Hmm, who was the president back then? Don\u2019t tell me, I\u2019ll remember\u2026<\/p>\n

The coalition claimed that the Trump administration did not conduct sufficient environmental impact studies for the construction and that endangered species like the jaguar and Mexican wolf would be adversely affected by the barrier. <\/b><\/p>\n

I don\u2019t think the Mexican Jaguar gives a damn about that wall. The court, in my opinion, for what that\u2019s worth, has no jurisdiction in this matter in the first place. The plaintiffs tried using the Separation of Powers, claiming that building the wall violated that. (The accelerated construction process) Even the Obama judges on the D.C. Circuit laughed that one out of court.<\/p>\n

What really angers the Progressive Liberal Elites is that where the wall has been completed, it\u2019s working. You might get a few climbing over, but that is a far cry from the tens of thousands who were just walking across. Of course, if Slow Joe manages to win, he will promptly throw open the borders and proceed with the destruction of the United States, or at least his successor will once he is removed for mental incompetence. Saving the country is what MAGA means. The Progressive Liberal Democrats are once again working to end this nation. This is why elections matter.<\/p>\n
