Good day all. Since the start of the Great Panicdemic of 2020, the panic stricken paranoid hypochondriacs as well as those who see this as an opportunity for more power, have been doing things that most people think are asinine, such as releasing convicts.<\/p>\n

The claim being made is that it\u2019s to risky to keep criminals in jail due to the Kung Flu, so judges have been releasing criminals far earlier then they should be. This has led to a rise in crime, and sadly, retribution. A woman who\u2019s rapist was locked up was murdered by the criminal after some pinheaded judge released him. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A Virginia rape<\/a> suspect, who was released from jail<\/a> because of concerns regarding the new coronavirus<\/a>, went on to kill the woman who had accused him, according to police. <\/b>The Washington Post was first to report that Ibrahim E. Bouaichi shot and killed the woman in late July, after he was released April 9, according to the newspaper and Alexandria<\/a> police. <\/b><\/p>\n

I wonder, was the victim even notified that this scumbag had been released? If so, did she have any means of defending herself, you know, like having a gun? If not, would she have been able to get one, thanks to the tyrants in Virginia who have stripped away the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment rights of the citizens of Virginia.<\/p>\n

Bouaichi was indicted last year on charges that included rape, strangulation and abduction. The woman, whom police identified<\/a> as Karla Elizabeth Dominguez Gonzalez, testified against him in Alexandria District Court in December.<\/b><\/p>\n

Good for her. I\u2019m sure she believed that this scumbag would be locked away for a couple of decades. Unfortunately, no one took into consideration the China Virus and an idiot judge.<\/p>\n

He was jailed without bond in Alexandria \u2013 until the pandemic hit. Bouaichi\u2019s lawyers argued that he should be freed awaiting trial because the virus endangered inmates and their attorneys. He was released on a $25,000 bond over the objections of a prosecutor.<\/b><\/p>\n

$25,000 dollars? Is that all for the crime he committed? Was this judge on crack or something?<\/p>\n

Circuit Court Judge Nolan Dawkins released Bouaichi on the condition that he only leave his Maryland home to meet with his lawyers or pretrial services officials.<\/b><\/p>\n

Did you bother to order that an ankle tracker be attached to him, or were you just going to take his word for it that he would follow your orders judge?<\/p>\n

He is accused of killing Gonzalez on July 29.<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Tuesday, police published a statement stating they were looking for Bouaichi, whom they described as armed and dangerous.<\/strong><\/p>\n

So not only did he ignore the orders of the court, he also got his hands on a gun, something that the governor and state legislature would deny the honest citizens of Virginia.<\/p>\n

Authorities said Wednesday that federal marshals and Alexandria police spotted and pursued Bouaichi in Prince George\u2019s County, where he crashed his vehicle and apparently shot himself. As of Thursday, he was in grave condition. <\/b><\/p>\n

Pity he survived. More the pity that they took this walking piece of human shaped debris alive. They should have just finished him off. As for Judge Nolan? He\u2019s not likely to face any sanctions. This loser retired in June. I looked up his biography, and he was on the bench for over 25 years.<\/p>\n

Frankly, there should be a way of dealing with Judges who won\u2019t listen to those who understand the danger that some defendants present to the public and let these scum out of jail. If the criminal behaves him or herself, and follows the courts orders, fine. We will have lucked out. In this case, I think the judge should be sued by the woman\u2019s survivors and left with nothing. Sadly, that will not happen, thanks to judges being immune to the consequences of their really bad decisions. Perhaps it\u2019s time to start thinking about changing the laws.<\/p>\n
