Good day all, and from my point of view, it is a good day. Associate Supreme Court justice Ruth Bader-Ginsburg has finally croaked. Now President Trump gets to finally replace someone who announced she didn\u2019t like the Constitution of the United States with someone who actually has read it.<\/p>\n

As you might have guessed from my opening, I am not here to praise Ruth Bader-Ginsburg, but to piss all over her rotting corpse. I have nothing but contempt for this Statist piece of trash. For every decision she wrote that followed the Constitution, she would generate 9 others that would have caused the founders of the United States to string her up.<\/p>\n

RBG died last night, apparently of pancreatic cancer. She has been hanging on to her gavel for a good 10 years, and should have stepped down during the reign of error of the Great Mistake, Barack Obama. That she didn\u2019t was a testament to her arrogance and narcissism. The rumor in 2016 was that RBG was waiting for the election of Felonia von Pantsuit, and that once Felonia was inaugurated, she would retire.<\/p>\n

The election of Donald Trump blew that plan right out of the water. Since he took office, President Trump has been filling every court vacancy that has come up, and in doing so, has been moving the courts from their imperial, statist and globalist views back to one where the Constitution and individual rights and liberties come first. (The so called \u201cStrict Constructionist\u201d view)<\/p>\n

It\u2019s obvious that RBG has been unable to fulfill her duties for some time. There have been many instances where she fell asleep during arguments in front of the court. She has also been quite ill, (We now know she was terminally ill), for some time, and should have stepped down at the conclusion of the last court session in June\/July. That she didn\u2019t speaks volumes. It\u2019s obvious that she was hoping to hold on until Dementia Joe Biden was elected and a nice socialist totalitarian<\/i><\/span> Progressive Liberal would replace her.<\/p>\n

Well, she didn\u2019t last as long as she hoped, and now the worst case political scenario has occurred. A supreme court vacancy right before a presidential election. What makes this even worse, from the point of view of the Progressive Liberal Democratic CommuNazis, is that President Trump will finally be able to turn the court away from the Progressive Liberal viewpoint that the Constitution is a dead letter and put another strict constructionist on the bench. This will have the added effect of neutering Chief Justice John Roberts. (Roberts is one of the Bush Globalists and has shown himself to be a pure Beltway Uniparty minion)<\/p>\n

Recently, President Trump released a list of potential Supreme Court nominees, and is usual with him, all are eminently qualified. Well, at least they are qualified if you happen to believe that the Constitution means exactly what it says, unlike all the Obama judges and way to many of the Deep State RINO judges appointed by the two Bush\u2019s.<\/p>\n

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has already announced that the nominee would get a floor vote. This has set off the Progressive Liberal Democratic CommuNazis and their Fellow Travelers in the Republican wing of the Uniparty. To begin with, the RINO sisters, (Murkowsky from Alaska and Collins from Maine), have said there should be no vote until after the inauguration. (We can assume the lying RINO weasel Mittens Romney will also join them)<\/p>\n

On the other side of the aisle, the Progressive Liberal Democratic CommuNazis, once again demonstrating their utter and complete contempt for the Constitution of the United States, have announced that they will move to \u201cPack the court\u201d with justices who will ignore the constitution and issue ruling stripping away the rights of the people. (Say goodbye to the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment for starters)<\/p>\n

Monday should be a very interesting day. The Sunday Morning talking heads have been caught off guard and will, without much doubt, spew out incredible amounts of left wing drivel meant to frighten the progressive base.<\/p>\n

On the flip side, you will have the Trump base, which is a hell of a lot more enthusiastic about President Trump\u2019s reelection. Along with the flat out Marxist insurrection currently underway in the Blue cities and states, not to mention all the brand new gun owners who might have voted Democrat in the past, all thinking that, for all his personal faults, President Trump has been, in general, pretty good for them.<\/p>\n

I have a sneaking suspicion that the Trump Campaign either knew, or suspected that RGB, who has had one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel, was about to kick the bucket. I expect to see some very interesting campaign commercials coming out in the next few weeks, once the Notoriously Dead RBG is safely nailed into her coffin with a wooden stake through her heart and buried under 6 feet of reinforced concrete. (With a sprinkler set up to spray holy water on her grave to make sure she stays dead and buried)<\/p>\n

Yes, this election is going to be for all the marbles. Either we reelect president Trump, who will continue his work to Make America Great Again, or we hand it over the Dementia Joe Biden and Kamala \u201cHeels Up\u201d Harris, who will end the American Dream forever. Remember in November and ignore the calls fro the pollsters. (I have)<\/p>\n

Postscript<\/h2>\n

I just realized that Ruth Bader-Ginsburg was born in 1933. That was when Franklin Delano Roosevelt took office and proceeded to \u201cMake America Soviet\u201d with his New Deal. The New Deal and the Roosevelt Administration moved to centralize power into the hands of a few elite in Washington. RGB worked tirelessly to uphold the blatantly unconstitutional actions of the New Deal. That was also when the idea of \u201cPacking the Court\u201d first raised it\u2019s ugly head.<\/p>\n

FDR was being thwarted in his plans to create his own version of a fascist state by the sitting Supreme Court, so he had the idea of increasing the number of Justices, and making sure the ones he appointed would rule his way. The congress shot that idea down, but the sitting justices got the message. (Do what FDR said or else) Now with RGB having assumed room temperature, and the odds of President Trump appointing her replacement, The Progressive Liberal Democratic CommuNazis are once again talking about \u201cPacking the court.\u201d<\/p>\n
