Good day all. Now that Ruth Bader-Ginsburg has assumed room temperature<\/a>, and will soon be supplying the plants and lawn where she will be planted, with fertilizer, the time has come for president Trump to name a third justice of the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n

This is driving the Progressive Liberal Moonbats absolutely nuts. They are demanding that no one be appointed until President Harris<\/i><\/span> Biden is sworn into office, who will put a solid Progressive Liberal anti-Constitutionalist on the bench. If President Trump and the Republicans in the Senate should ignore the demands od the Progressive Liberal Democrats, they are prepared to \u201cTake Action.\u201d Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A leading Democrat in the U.S. Senate came out in support of “packing” the U.S. Supreme Court<\/a> and eliminating the Senate filibuster if Majority Leader Mitch McConnell works to confirm a potential nominee to fill the seat left by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Ed Markey, aka the \u201cGood Humor Man,\u201d referring to his one and only job in the \u201cDreaded Private Sector,\u201d is the poster child for Term Limits. He has been in one political office or another for his entire adult life, and is a firm believer in \u201cGovernment over all.\u201d His contempt for the voters is well known, and, when he was in the House of Representatives, didn\u2019t even have a home in the state, never mind his district. (He used his mother\u2019s house as his mailing address)<\/p>\n

Now that it looks like the Progressives might actually lose control of the courts, which they have used for almost a century to shut down any dissent against their rule, Ice Cream man Markey is looking to do what Franklin Delano Roosevelt tried to do. Expand the Supreme Court and make sure the only people appointed will ignore the Constitution and allow the Democrat\u2019s Rule by Decree.<\/p>\n

“Mitch McConnell set the precedent,” Sen. Ed Markey, D-Mass., wrote from his campaign’s Twitter account Friday. “No Supreme Court vacancies filled in an election year. If he violates it, when Democrats control the Senate in the next Congress, we must abolish the filibuster and expand the Supreme Court.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Now Markey is assuming that Dementia Joe Biden will win in November, and that both houses of congress will go solidly Democrat. That isn\u2019t to likely, thanks to the actions of the Democrats under Pelosi in the House and the current left wing insurrection going on in some of the Blue Cities. Before the China Virus and the \u201cGreat Panicdemic of 2020,\u201d the economy was the best it had been in decades.<\/p>\n

Granted, things have back slid since March, but the Economy is turning around and people know that President Trump will produce, since he\u2019s already done it once before. Dementia Joe and Heels Up Harris, along with all the Democrats, have announced that they intend to return this country to the devastation of the Obama years with double digit unemployment and America held in contempt by our enemies.<\/p>\n

Markey did not detail how many justices he would like to see appointed.<\/b><\/p>\n

Oh that\u2019s easy. Enough to make sure that the Constitution is a dead document. The first thing to go will be the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment of course, followed up by things like the 4th<\/sup> Amendment, (Need to get rid of that when you send out the goon squads to kick in doors and confiscate people\u2019s guns), and the 1st<\/sup> Amendment. (Can\u2019t allow anyone to speak their mind. We must punish anything we decide is \u201cHate Speech, don\u2019t you know)<\/p>\n

Regarding the filibuster, Markey may think that it would be a \u201cBig Deal!!\u201d to get rid of it, however he has forgotten the previous senate majority leader, Dingy Harry Reid.<\/p>\n

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., has been cagey when pressed about Democratic plans for the filibuster should his party secure a net gain of four seats and flip Senate control. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cNothing\u2019s on the table. Nothing\u2019s off the table,\u201d Schumer said. \u201cWe\u2019ll have to wait until we get the majority before we can decide what to do and under what conditions and how many votes we have.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

But Schumer\u2019s predecessor as Democratic Leader, former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., has been more direct. He dropped the threshold from 60 votes to end a filibuster to a simple majority for all executive branch nominees. <\/b><\/p>\n

Schumer is, of course, a complete and utter scumbag, just like Reid. Where Reid used his position to enrich himself and punish his enemies, Schumer will use it to to destroy the two party system and institute totalitarian rule. In point of fact, if a miracle happened, (Or nightmare), and the Democrats took control of the Senate, the Republicans might as well not even bother showing up. Schumer and the Democrats will cut them out of everything just as Pelosi has been doing in the House.<\/p>\n

Needless to say, the Democratic CommuNazi Department of Propaganda, (Formerly known as the Main Stream Media), is fully on board with destroying the Constitution. An example is Washington Compost commentator Greg Sargent.<\/p>\n

Washington Post blogger Greg Sargent agreed, saying that Senate Democrats would have “no choice but to nuke the [legislative] filibuster and try to pack the court.” <\/b><\/p>\n

“Not doing this won’t be an option,” he tweeted<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n

I had to go over and take a look at this knucklehead\u2019s twitter feed. Talk about an echo chamber! His followers have no idea what is actually going on, and hold anyone with an opposing view with utter contempt. They think this will be a great idea, not even considering what might happen. Since they have no interest in anyone else\u2019s opinion, they ignore or block them. (Must maintain the \u201cSafe Space)<\/p>\n

Now what could actually happen? First, assume that the Democrats get their way and do actually \u201cPack the court\u201d with justices who will rule in favor of the government. As I mentioned, the first thing to go will be the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment, followed in short order with the 1st<\/sup> and 4th<\/sup> Amendments. This, along with the complete economic devastation they are planning isn\u2019t going to sit to well with the moderate and conservative people out there.<\/p>\n

We are currently dealing with a \u201cCold Civil War\u201d with so called \u201cBrushfire wars\u201d in places like Portland and Minneapolis. If people see that they have zero chance in court, they might decide to go to the next option, opening the 4th<\/sup> Box of Liberty. (currently out of storage) If that happens, well, the left won\u2019t know what hit them.<\/p>\n

Still, it\u2019s highly unlikely that Dementia Joe Biden and Heels Up Harris will win the election, and there is a good chance that the republicans will flip the house again and expand their control in the Senate. The Democrats are working hard to steal the elections of course, but if they are seen doing this, and taking control, President Harris will find it impossible to govern. (Don\u2019t you mean President Biden? No, I don\u2019t. Dementia Joe will be pushed out within months)<\/p>\n

The Democrats love to talk a good game, but all the competent ones, the very ones who might be able to pull this off, died out decades ago. What\u2019s left are the old hippies and flower children of the 1960\u2019s who have never had to deal with reality. The smart ones went into business and made themselves rich, and the incompetent ones went into government. Edward Markey is a classic case. He never amounted to much and frankly, the only thing he has ever been qualified to do is drive an ice cream truck. He won\u2019t be packing the courts or doing away with the filibuster, and we won\u2019t have to worry about the 2nd<\/sup> American Civil War.<\/p>\n
