His choice, Judge Amy Barrett meets the criteria of the judges President Trump has been appointing since he took office.<\/p>\n

For decades, they have relied on the courts to act as a super-legislature and find things in the Constitution that simply were never there. The most recent instance that comes to mind was Obamacare. (Thanks to that simpering swamp dwelling deep state lackey, John Roberts) If, or more likely, when Judge Barrett becomes Associate Justice Barrett, those types of rulings will come to an end, and we my see reversals that restore the Constitution to what it was intended to be. The last time this was attempted was during the administration of Franklin Delano Roosevelt. His New Deal was being shot down by the supreme court, and he came up with the idea of increasing the number of justices and putting those who would rule his way in the majority.<\/p>\n

Recently, the senile pedophile, Dementia Joe, was asked if he supported packing the courts with Progressives who would rule the way the progressives want. Dementia Joe hemmed and hawed a bit, but finally came out with an answer. As usual, it was completely cringe worth. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Democratic nominee Joe Biden<\/a> on Friday said that voters don\u2019t deserve to know if he would attempt to pack the Supreme Court if he wins in November and Amy Coney Barrett is confirmed to the high court. <\/b><\/p>\n

Biden was asked in Las Vegas, Nevada, about his position on packing the court with extra justices — something that has seen support from a number<\/a> of Democrats, particularly since President Trump announced his intention to confirm Barrett to the seat left vacant by the death of the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.<\/b><\/p>\n

On Friday, a KTNV reporter<\/a> asked him again about whether he backs court packing and said: “This is the number one thing that I’ve been asked about from viewers in the past couple of days.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

I wonder how Dementia Joe\u2019s handlers let this one slip by. They had to know that the old pedophile would say something stupid, and he didn\u2019t disappoint.<\/p>\n

\u201cWell you\u2019ve been asked by the viewers who are probably Republicans who don’t want me continuing to talk about what they\u2019re doing to the court right now,\u201d Biden responded <\/b><\/p>\n

The reporter, Ross DeMattei followed up asking Dementia Joe that don\u2019t the voters have a right to know his stance on a very important matter? Dementia Joe snarked out an answer that probably caused his handlers to start mainlining bourbon.<\/p>\n

\u201cNo they don\u2019t…. I’m not gonna play his game, he\u2019d love me to talk about, and I\u2019ve already said something on court packing, he\u2019d love that to be the discussion instead of what he\u2019s doing now,\u201d Biden said, likely referring to President Trump. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s about to make a pick in the middle of an election, first time it\u2019s ever been done, first time in history it\u2019s ever been done,\u201d he said. <\/b><\/p>\n

As usual, Dementia Joe either doesn\u2019t know his history, (Highly Likely), or flat out lied again. (Also highly likely). There have been several cases where appointments were made prior to an election. Barack Obama sent a nominee up for approval, but the Senate was in the hands of the Republican party, and the man nominated had a history of ruling in favor of the government even when the constitution was pretty explicit in what it said.<\/p>\n

The idea of packing the court, which had been a fringe idea for years, began to move into the mainstream after Republicans refused to hold hearings for Merrick Garland — former President Barack Obama\u2019s 2016 pick to replace Justice Antonin Scalia — because it was an election year.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And we got a good justice in his place, Neil Gorsuch, who is strict constitutionalist. Garland, like the now safely dead Ruth Bader-Ginsberg, were anything but constructionists. They both believed that the constitution meant whatever they wanted it to mean.<\/p>\n

Granted, everyone expected Felonia von Pantsuit to win, and if she had, she would have either renewed the nomination, or sold it to someone even worse then Garland. Then a miracle happened and the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century won the election, and Mitch McConnell\u2019s delaying strategy worked.<\/p>\n

Now the Democrats are going full on tyranny. They aren\u2019t even pretending to care about the constitution or the rights of the people. They fully intend to turn this country into another socialist workers paradise, just like Cuba, Venezuela, North Korea and the old Soviet Union. Packing the courts with people who only care about their own power and privilege will go a long way to achieving their goal.<\/p>\n

First will go the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment. Without question, they will rule that the people have no right to keep and bear arms. This will be quickly followed up with assaults on the 1st<\/sup> Amendment\u2019s right of free speech and religion. (At least those religions that won\u2019t strap on a bomb vest and blow themselves and their targets up for Allah)<\/p>\n

This all ties in with San Fran Nan\u2019s latest plan to \u201cGet Trump!\u201d by trying to use the 25th<\/sup> Amendment to force him out. The arrogance of the Democrat Party elite\u2019s is staggering. Their complete lack of a clue into what is happening in flyover country doesn\u2019t bode well for a peaceful future. I like to joke about the possibility of \u201cThe boogaloo\u201d, but that is the last thing anyone in their right minds wants. Putting that senile pedophile into office almost guarantees that \u201cBad things\u201d will happen. Remember in November! Purge the Democrats from office with ballots!<\/p>\n
