That story is still ongoing. However, the story that\u2019s actually exploded all over the Internet was the blatant censorship of the New York Post\u2019s story by Twitter and Facebook. In the case of Twitter, the New York Post\u2019s twitter account was suspended and anyone trying to share the story was blocked from doing so. This included the White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany. When she reposted the links to the New York Post story, her account was locked and she was told point blank to remove the twitter post \u201cOr Else.\u201d Here are a few details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n White House<\/a> Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany told “Hannity<\/a>” Wednesday that Twitter<\/a>‘s administrators “essentially have me at gunpoint” and won’t allow her to access to her personal account <\/a>until she deletes a link to the explosive New York Post report on Hunter Biden that she shared with her one million followers earlier Wednesday. <\/b><\/p>\n “It\u2019s not a temporary blockage,” McEnany told host Sean Hannity. “When I log on to my Twitter account, it says I’m permanently banned. They essentially have me at gunpoint and said unless you delete this story, a news story by the New York Post, I cannot regain access to my account.” <\/b><\/p>\n This happened to a large number of conservative groups and individuals who use Twitter. Facebook was also limiting the spread of the story by claiming that they are \u201cFact checking\u201d it. Here are a few details on this from MSN News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Facebook Inc. said it will reduce distribution of a story from the New York Post about Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, seeking to slow the pace of its spread before the social network\u2019s fact-checkers have a chance to evaluate its authenticity. <\/b><\/p>\n Facebook is limiting distribution of the story on its social network, spokesman Andy Stone said on Twitter without linking to the piece directly. That\u2019s a step Facebook says it takes if it has received signals<\/a> that a story is false, but the piece hasn\u2019t yet been reviewed by third-party fact-checking partners.<\/b><\/p>\n The simple truth is, Twitter and Facebook are run by hard left wing limousine socialists who hate everything about this country, even though it made them rich. Any dissent to what they see as \u201cThe Truth!\u201d has to be banned and the people saying things they do not approve of have to be silenced.<\/p>\n Well, the Republican National Committee has filed a formal complaint with the Federal Elections Commission regarding Twitter\u2019s actions. Here are a few details on this from Fox New<\/b>s<\/a>:<\/p>\n The Republican National Committee (RNC) on Friday filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) alleging that the censorship of the New York Post <\/a>article about Hunter Biden\u2019s overseas business dealings and former Vice President Joe Biden\u2019s alleged knowledge of those dealings amounts to an \u201cillegal corporate in-kind political contribution\u201d to the Biden campaign, Fox News has learned. <\/b><\/p>\n The complaint, filed by the RNC <\/a>on Friday and obtained exclusively by Fox News, states that the RNC \u201cbelieves that Twitter has violated FECA and the Commission\u2019s Regulations by making corporate in-kind contributions to Biden for President.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n This is something that the Trump Campaign probably should have done, however I could see where they might hold back. There is a potential conflict of interest, since the candidate is also the President of the United States. Still, it won\u2019t be until after the election before the FEC can take any action.<\/p>\n Among other things that is being looked at is what is known as \u201cSection 230<\/a>.\u201d This was a law past in the early days of the internet to protect Internet providers and web sites from malicious lawsuits over their content, especially the comments sections. The law differentiates between publishers and carriers. The relevant section states:<\/p>\n No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider.<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n This section is what allows Facebook, Twitter and other companies to basically operate. The problem is that Twitter, Facebook, Google and a few other companies also censor what is being posted on their systems. We\u2019re not talking about clearly illegal things, such as kiddie porn, but removal or blocking of information that they don\u2019t approve of, hence the disaster they\u2019re now experiencing with the New York Post article<\/b><\/a> on Hoovernose Biden and his daddy, Dementia Joe Biden.<\/p>\n Twitter\u2019s Jack Dorsey and Facebook\u2019s Mark Zuckerberg are once again being hauled up in front of Congress, and it looks like this time they aren\u2019t going to be playing around with them. There is serious talk of breaking up \u201cBeg Tech,\u201d primarily Google, Facebook and Twitter. (They also like to bring in Amazon, but that would be for a different reason)<\/p>\n We\u2019re also see a massive rush to alternative social media sites that don\u2019t block content that people don\u2019t like. (Again, this excludes obviously illegal content) Several sites are seeing explosive growth in subscribers, such as Parler<\/a>, Mewe<\/a> and Gab<\/a>. Of the three, Gab has had the greatest difficulties. They basically have to build their own infrastructure and have been blocked from all the online donation sites. They\u2019ve been accused of being a \u201cFront for Neo-Nazis and White Supremacists.\u201d Yes, they do have a few on there, however they don\u2019t exclude them. They simply provide the tools to block their garbage, and trust their subscribers to use their own judgment.<\/p>\n Parler is being seen as a replacement for Twitter and a number of conservatives who have been banned from Twitter are moving over to it. I have accounts on all three platforms as a backup to the day when Twitter and Facebook finally drop their perma-ban hammer on myself and Anger Central. They have been arrogantly ignoring the warning signs that people have just about had it with their flat out suppression of their 1st<\/sup> Amendment rights of free speech, and Congress is taking notice. This is why they are backing the senile pedophile, Dementia Joe Biden. They see him, or his successor after he is removed under the 25th<\/sup> Amendment, Heels Up Harris, as their personal protectors.<\/p>\n They are doing whatever they can to push him over the finish line, and as we saw last week, they have now reached the desperation point. There is now serious talk of either tightening up Section 230 or doing away with it all together. (I favor tightening it up) Twitter, Facebook and the other will be forced to make a decision. Be neutral and stop censoring, or continue censoring anything they don\u2019t like, and open themselves up to lawsuits. If\/when it happens, look to the stockholders finally taking action and cleaning out the management, and the new management cleaning out the employees who won\u2019t leave their politics in the parking lot. It\u2019s long past time in my opinion.
