The 1960 election that put John F. Kennedy in Dealey Plaza<\/i><\/span> the White House is generally considered to have been due to election fraud in Illinois and Texas. The Chicago Machine, run by Mayor Richard Daley and the Texas Democrats under Lyndon Baines Johnson, managed to stuff enough fake ballots to hand the states over to the Kennedy Campaign.<\/p>\n Today, we\u2019re seeing the same sort of shenanigans happening in Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia Pennsylvania and several other states. Hundreds of thousands of ballots suddenly \u201cShowed Up,\u201d and every single one was a vote for Dementia Joe Biden. Not a single vote for President Trump. In fact, these same ballots didn\u2019t have any selections made for down ticket races, such as for the House of Representatives, The Senate or local elections.<\/p>\n This is why I think that Daley and Johnson are both spinning like tops in their graves. The complete lack of subtly by the Democrats in their attempt to steal the election is so bad, that people are demanding recounts and court actions are going to happen. There have been several criminal referrals sent to the Department of Justice, and I\u2019ve read that the FBI is looking into the vote counting in Detroit, Michigan.<\/p>\n If Daley and Johnson had been doing this, they would have made sure that all the down ticket choices were made, and they would have made certain to give the opposing side a percentage of the votes. (Especially if they paid off Daley and Johnson) What the Democrats have done is made it impossible for Dementia Joe and Heels Up Harris to rule<\/i><\/span> govern even if they manage to sleaze their way into the White House in January.<\/p>\n I think one of the reasons the Democrats thought they could get away with this level of fraud is simple. They are used to it because no one was able to challenge them in the past. In 2018, a consent decree finally expired that prevented the Republican party from challenging election results due to suspicions of fraud. Here are the details of the Decree from Investment Watch<\/a>. <\/b>It makes for some very interesting reading and demonstrates the flat out cowardice of the Republican Party, even under President Reagan.<\/p>\n With the expiration of that decree, and with a President who will fight back, the Democrats usual Method of Operation for the last 30+ years is now going to blow up in their faces. Because of the level of fraud found to date, (If only alleged), there is a good chance that the results will not be known in time to seat the Electoral College, and the race will be thrown into the House of Representatives.<\/p>\n This is where it will get interesting. It won\u2019t be the current house that selects the President, it will be the new one that was just elected. The Democrats were hammered, and there are still several races to be called. It\u2019s unlikely that the House will flip to Republican, but it may not matter. If the election is thrown into the House of Representatives, then the 12<\/b>th<\/b><\/sup> Amendment<\/b><\/a> is activated. Here is the text of the 12th<\/sup> Amendment of the Constitution of the United States:<\/p>\n The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and all persons voted for as Vice-President and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate; <\/b><\/p>\n The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted; <\/b><\/p>\n The person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; and if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. <\/b>But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote<\/b><\/i>; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice. And if the House of Representatives shall not choose a President whenever the right of choice shall devolve upon them, before the fourth day of March next following, then the Vice-President shall act as President, as in the case of the death or other constitutional disability of the President. <\/b>(Note: This provision was superseded by Sections 1 and 3 of the Twentieth Amendment<\/a> in 1933.)<\/b><\/i> <\/b><\/p>\n The person having the greatest number of votes as Vice-President, shall be the Vice-President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed, and if no person have a majority, then from the two highest numbers on the list, the Senate shall choose the Vice-President; a quorum for the purpose shall consist of two-thirds of the whole number of Senators, and a majority of the whole number shall be necessary to a choice. But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.<\/b><\/p>\n Basically, it won\u2019t be a party line vote. Each state gets one vote, and since the majority of states are Republican, theoretically, President Trump is reelected. If Dementia Joe the pedophile is selected, then the Senate selects the Vice-President. Potentially, you could have President Dementia Joe and Vice-President Pence. If Dementia Joe is shown to be mentally unfit and is removed under the 25th<\/sup> Amendment, then Pence becomes president.<\/p>\n Then the real fun begins. If this were to happen, it isn\u2019t beyond the realm of possibility that Pence nominates Trump to be his Vice President, who is then confirmed by the Senate, Pence resigns and Trump is sworn in. Trump then nominates Pence as his VP, who is then confirmed. Is this a likely scenario? Who the Hell knows?<\/p>\n What I will say is, The Democrat\u2019s blind hatred of President Trump, their complete and utter contempt for the Constitution of the United States and the citizens of the United States, along with their desire for absolute power has led us to where we are now. An election so tainted that no one trusts the process now. This is where the Democrat party has pushed things with their corruption. I hope they\u2019re satisfied. Daley and Johnson would never have let things get this far out of control. (Of course, they probably would have been pushed out of today’s Democrat Party.
